look at the body cam footage from an
arrest I covered back in August 2022 of
a Maryland Sovereign citizen I think
we've all become familiar with who can't
seem to stop getting arrested or having
his Vehicles impounded we've seen his
version of the arrest but it's always
interesting to see another perspective I
think especially when it's body cam
footage because we get to see more
footage surrounding the arrest plus we
get to see the face behind the camera
now if you remember the previous video
he went to his local PD to make a
complaint on his motorcycle with those
homemade private dot exempt plates to
complain about his cabin tour the
previous day he made the complaint left
the station the police realized he was
driving or riding his bike illegally so
they've followed him out of the building
and pulled him over down the road
hi I'm Sergeant Robinson to Tacoma Park
police see your license registration
pushing him badging them all Sergeant
Robinson
what can I do for you can I see your
license registration please
what kind of committed all uh you don't
have a tag
your Tag's not readable
what crime have I committed on your
license plate tonight readable
first she said I didn't have a license
plate now you say it's not readable what
is this
your license registration please
what crime level after made it off
in a traffic violation traffic violation
I'm traveling
okay okay I don't need a license and a
registration to travel over my private
property you do need a license to drive
a motorcycle
I do not need a license or a license
plate to travel
you can travel all you like but the
moment you jump onto that motorcycle or
behind the wheel of a car and take it
out onto a public road you are subject
to the laws of the state you're in which
in this case is Maryland
so what are we going to do sir I don't
know you tell me you tell me you're the
one that stopped me I need your license
and registration well that's not what
you're going to get I don't need a
license on my own private property this
is a private property it's a public
property this motorcycle is a private
property sir this is a public Street the
Supreme Court is ruled I'm traveling I
don't have to need it you need a license
I do not need a license sir nor do I
need plates yeah I'm still gonna need
that no no so what what is what are you
going to do sir
get your body cam on yes sir okay your
honor this individual has stopped me on
a public street riding my private
property telling me I need a license and
I need plates for my own private
property show me the law or the statue

registration for driving I'm traveling
for commercial use this is not
commercial use

going to do now what about your name and
date of birth well you're not getting
anything nothing nothing zero well how
can I tell Who You Are

riding on a public Street traveling and
this officer has stopped me
yes which he is allowed to do in fact
that's his job if you have an issue with
that then take it up with the judge
all right sir okay you're gonna be
placed under arrest hope you're not
giving us your license registration let

anything
this officer followed me out of the
station
and now I'm being arrested for what I'm
being arrested for uh driving a license

I'm not driving sir I'm traveling
yeah that's just two of the ten charges
he racked up on just this one stop we'll
go over them at the end of the video
and I don't have the idea in the state
of foreign
and by the way the police in Tacoma Park
are still waiting for this valuable
lesson to this day

I uh was it I couldn't get my keys off
of that bike too
you can have the keys but not the key to
the bike
I don't even know where you're where are

dude you're in handcuffs on your way to
jail and your bike is on its way to the
impound lot you're in no position to
talk about jurisdiction

I had to go
um he wanted me to go somewhere
and I saw this bike here with
a tag that doesn't exist
that's funny stuff on both of the other
vehicles oh really yeah that's the same
oh read it spells private yeah it's
pretty much done yeah it was the exact
same one the big attack if it was real
the only thing is like I mean his
argument is still right
but he's saying he's a sovereign citizen
without saying that but then he has
these vehicles for sale
you know then that's conducting business
yeah that's no longer
you know
right so yeah his bike was towed and he
spent the next 24 hours in the
Montgomery County Jail and of course on
his release he had to make everyone pair
but he's been saying that for years to
almost every government employee he
meets so that word has lost all meaning
at least when he says it
so the charges he was hit with 10 so
let's quickly go through them all
operates in a non-registered motor
vehicle on a highway unauthorized
display and use of a registration plate
and knowingly driving an uninsured
vehicle a failure to display
registration card upon Demand by a
police officer failure of an individual
driving on a highway to display a
license to a uniformed police on demand
driving a motor vehicle on a highway
without license and authorization
driving a vehicle on a highway with
expired license driving a vehicle on a
highway with unpaired registration fee
failure to attach a single registration
plates on the rear of a vehicle as
required and drive in without current
tags and last but not least and this
charge wasn't listed operating a motor
vehicle on a public road without a brain
not a real charge I know but I live in
hope well he did want to know the
statute so there they are and since this
video his third and last car The
Battered Mercedes has been towed I've
covered that video already so I'll do up
a link for anyone who hasn't seen it in
