Her statement and his statement coincided. The primary aggressor is her. Okay? We have to establish establish who was a primary aggressor. Okay? And for based off what she said, based off what he said, we decided she was a primary aggressor. So, us as law enforcement officers have no choice but to remove one or the other from the situation. Okay? So, that's why we're going to take her into custody. The reason we went hands on with her and took her to the ground and almost tased her was because she was being combative and she was resistant. Okay? We didn't want to do that.
