no no you don't have a license no I got
it have you been drinking tonight
what's up everybody I hope you guys are
doing fantastic today we'll be taking a
look at another drunk driver getting
arrested now this guy used the oldest
trick in the book which is I don't speak
English to delay the investigation and
when he saw an opportunity he bolted but
unfortunately for him it didn't go the
way he wanted as you're about to find
out with that being said let's get right
into the video
so this drunk driver was so easy to spot
for the officer because he was literally
driving on the wrong side of the road
it's like these dumb criminals make it
so easy for them to get busted
in her own lane of travel today is going
to be through Georgia three two two
three four King five repeating three two
two three four K five through Georgia
220.
time to traffic stop at three
Hey sir how's it going
to put your thing hmm
uh just English you have an ID or a
driver's license okay you got it I can
see it
so I want you guys to pay attention to
his level of comprehension of English
because right now the officer just asked
him do you have an ID and he said c so
obviously he understands some English
he's able to make up what the officer is
saying but later on in the video I feel
like he's going to try to use that as a
get out of jail free card
the reason I stopped you you're driving
on the wrong side of the road
I got you
no no you don't have a license no I got
you have you been drinking tonight
I got you put the car in park I ain't
stopped the car stopped the car stop put
put your foot on the brake put the car
in park step up for me
step back here to my car
set my heat
all right so what how much have you had
to drink
no I'm not freaking English no English
okay one second just wait right here
so this guy is so damn wasted as you're
about to see he just makes bad decision
one after another first he's driving on
the wrong side of the street now he's
about to try to get back into the car
and then he's gonna run from the car I
really don't understand these criminals
that take a really bad situation and
make it 10 times worse
right here see oh no there's no weight
right here wait right here okay
yeah sir
look yeah no no step back back here to
the car okay okay
how many drinks have you had tonight T
how many how many surveys
no
Junction in
hold on one second hold on
my telephone no on
oh
it was at this moment that he knew he
[ __ ] up
okay
now in all seriousness what the hell was
this guy thinking he really thought he
was going to be able to outrun these two
cops and even if he did outrun them what
then his car is right there is he going
to ditch his car forever to try to avoid
a DUI arrest he must have had maybe some
warrants or maybe something else because
to me it just doesn't make sense to run
from the cops for a DUI arrest you're
just gonna make your situation 10 times
worse
um
that was real smart wasn't it
drunk yeah right there in the inside
everybody else in the car it was just
him that I saw
foreign
[Applause]
I'm gonna put him in the back seat bring
them in my pockets
yep he was
he was driving my way on the road
so he was charged with DUI possession of
an open container driving without a
license obstruction driving on the wrong
side of the road that is a lot of
charges but what's really great is that
nobody was injured that night he didn't
kill anybody he didn't run over a kid so
at least he'll learn his lesson in jail
and hopefully not do it again from what
I've seen when you get arrested for your
first time doing a DWI or DUI it's
classified as a misdemeanor but if it
becomes a repeated thing then it becomes
a felony but still you still hear these
stories of people that get arrested 10
15 times for driving under the influence
and they still have their driver's
license in my opinion the penalties
should be much harsher if you lost your
license for 10 years after your second
DUI then I'm sure people would
reconsider drunk driving a lot more than
they do right now
foreign
so there you have it another drunk
driver off the streets I think this one
was very dangerous considering that he
was driving on the wrong side of the
road absolute nonsense I don't
understand how people put themselves in
their situation but I guess it is what
it is and that's what Jail's for thanks
so much for watching everybody please
like And subscribe if you enjoy the
videos and I'll see you guys on the next
