so did you just get in or you I just got
in you just got in yeah
I don't know what's gonna happen but I'm
telling you right now this could
probably
in October of 2022 the city of Santa Fe
Police Department got a call about a
large fight happening at a high school
football game when officers arrived some
school officials were able to point
officers to the situation and that is
where they found the main aggressor
Lorenzo Garcia when all this started
so when I approached the whole gate here
it was pretty much closed off there was
a bunch of people here
a lot of tips off the bat is someone
with a red hat
and suddenly someone with a group of uh
these guys here
at the four of the girls here
um just saying something about a gun
someone chasing someone else and it was
just chaotic so I'm trying to just
keep everyone in one situation
and uh go from there okay yeah
how did you
how did you single out these four guys
here and well they came in after the
fact maybe about five minutes after
they came in from they came like maybe
five minutes after your time yeah
I don't know who these guys are are
these our kids they're graduates from
Santa Fe High okay yeah okay okay yeah
this this is Pat you know you know Pat
Yeah so basically you tried to hold them
I said 100 guys there's people you know
saying something about you guys
which is why they got sat down to kind
of interview them because they were like
being talked about a lot
which is kind of weird because they came
in like maybe 10 minutes after the whole
situation was uh occurring yeah
okay
I'm actually kind of glad they're gonna
interview here
we're saying though they're trying to
get here for their little brothers
I'm not sure their little brothers are
but
that's what they told you yeah they were
saying work here for my little brother
trying to make sure he's okay and I said
well you gotta hold on for a little bit
okay that's why they're in the corner
here
assistant principal yes Santa Fe High
School
that has a gun Jeremy
so we're talking so
all right thank you yes sir anything
else give me a call okay
really when you were talking I thought
that's why you stopped because he said
literally when I was getting the sword
he said it's those guys the guys that
he's talking to with the chairs
yeah well I mean yeah because it's all
heat one he's talking to his daddy he
said that it was Pat and those and those
guys
but I guess there's a guy named batter
but he's in jail still because it
happened like over a year ago but
battery's not around but he said Pat and
those guys
I think so yeah
uh
foreign
[Music]
yes
hey did uh falcon224 give you that
well yeah go give it back to that I know
give it go give it back to that [ __ ]
control
yeah
okay
this is
already trying to hand off stuff to
individuals
thank you
that's it
[Music]
when he's talking to his dad I can
overhear him saying like oh it was bad
[ __ ] you know
who's his dad
um don't stand right next to him over
there gray hair black shirt shorts or
cargo shorts that's him
um so we don't but they may have so much
anybody here named attack
[Music]
[Music]
but uh well
let me do one of two things you can
either blanket talk to him and be like
listen do you guys having problems with
people or
pull them all aside and
uh Lakers jersey 17.
you're gonna have to deal with that oh
that's great but um like parents gotta
call the parents someone to pick him up
awesome
all right so we're just going to Pat
them all down individually okay there's
no way okay okay cool let me talk to
this guy real quick
what's your name brother Lorenzo Lorenzo
l-o-r-e-n-z-o yes
you're related to that gentleman over
there uh no okay
what's your date of birth
um I mean just general questions man you
know you haven't got any issues anybody
around here so yeah go ahead brother no
no issues that was anybody around here
no Bees No corals nothing like that I
mean
I mean like uh you're at school
um
no plans just you know
beefing with anybody's like that
um well whenever I went to school
there's little fights but yeah but
nothing major yeah
yeah
yeah okay and you just went into the
parking lot they just exactly what he
said they just started telling him
what's up and he said what's up back and
he doesn't he doesn't he can't make out
whether or not it was a weapon that he
saw they're like he's all will come find
out he had something in his hand but
they can't he said he doesn't know for
sure what it was so he put all these
guys are supposedly the ones doing them
and I don't know if that if a name an
individual Lorenzo or Pat are in that
group right now so if there is We can
question
I have no idea about any female okay so
we never located the female the female
is his girlfriend
he might have been shot she's the one
that was freaking out yeah okay but
she's she's fine now she's calm down
he's not shot nobody was shot okay
there's no sign of a weapon or anything
like that right now
so as far as I know nothing right now
okay how are these guys all here
um well they were in the parking lot
when this all happened because they're
the ones that are these are the suspects
that are pretty much yeah so
we we
just patted them and make sure where
were they coming from when you
they literally when I saw him they were
talking to Ruiz right here and then I
told him because then he said that soon
and I said okay stop those guys okay but
he never saw it no he never saw him okay
ID Oliver already yeah we already got
there he's just talking to him
individually yeah and I already patted
down the James gentleman the Jersey it's
not these guys yet so okay do that real
quick and then it's interview him
individually see if anyone gives a hint
of anything okay and then we'll we
should be able to clear up sounds good
all right
all right boss
so we're just gonna Pat them all down
him in the Jersey if you want to Pat the
gentleman the blue let me come patch you
down bro it'll be quick I like your I
like your Yeezys I got a lot of
compliments on these actually are they
comfy oh yeah I don't brother so go
ahead and just put your hands on your
head real quick all right ah you're fine
that's all good yeah everything's gonna
Focus you can hear me okay
what is that right here no don't reach
for it what is that I'm gonna take it
out
oh yeah
but I swear to God
keep your hands on your head sir keep
your hands on your head
okay
why do you have a weapon on school
campus
no idea huh
you guys waving that around at somebody
no
do me a favor put your hands behind your
back just for a second it'll be
detaining okay
all right
all right let me do this I'm gonna put
this just right here on the ground
do me a favor just hang out okay
so like I said okay you're just being
detained right now just being cool I
appreciate it really that's all it is
located right here in this front right
pocket yep
remember when I asked you if you had any
weapons on you and you said no come on
bro I think I think I was gonna find it
Instagram is Miranda
okay
I don't know dude let me just read your
protections okay so you have the right
to remain silent and then you say can
will be used against unicorn law you
have the right to talk to Lauren having
present with you while you're being
questioned he's gonna afford to hire
Lord won't be appointed president
represent you before any question if you
wish you can decide any time to exercise
is right so not answer any questions or
making statements okay
how old are you 18. so just you know I
just registered your protections do you
mean room to you again though just you
understand no no okay so okay not having
these rights in mind
wow
I really just carry it around with me
just because there are a lot of young
people dying I do not want to be one of
those people
are actually just doing it okay and I
have some army or Air Force Air Force in
my back pocket so did you just get in or
you get I just got in you just got in
yeah
I don't know what's gonna happen but I'm
telling you right now this could
probably
yeah I'm going to go ahead and put this
into possible
you've been cool bro all right can you
see it I'll let you hear it okay
you know a lot of [ __ ] crazy [ __ ]
happens especially if you [ __ ] young
[ __ ] nowadays I don't know what
it is with you guys but no I but anyways
I understand yes sir yes sir okay I just
wasn't thinking to be honest and I know
there's a lot of gang members out here
and I'm not gonna go but I mean at the
end of the day the reasoning and I asked
you I was like you got any beef with
anybody right no I don't have any beef
with anybody but still like there's a
lot of people dying and I'm not one of
those and I do have like like the people
that are fighting school and stuff they
have wounds and I know they have wounds
so okay
uh so this is the dildo
30 million calculator Gonna Cancel
okay you're 18 years old
I think uh search has it
can I stand I'm sorry yeah bro no that's
fine sit down
I want you to be real with me for a
second okay man you already got caught
with the farm okay
you guys waving that damn thing around
bro don't lie to me because I will look
at the camera right now no sir you're
not
you think I want to look at the camera
or something because I am I guarantee
you either me or the other officer is
going to look at the camera so be real
with me bro I get it if you got B for
somebody but I need to know the truth
because if you're waving a gun around
bro that is dangerous no sir okay
okay are you pointing it at anybody no
sir
it just so happens though that we got
called out here for somebody waving a
gun around and so forth yeah and you
still happen to have a gun on me so why
did I all of a sudden get a call for
that that doesn't make sense right
unless you're telling me that all that
didn't happen that I was some how would
I stop somebody being you that has a
firearm right in their pocket so tell me
does that make sense
no okay
Now's the Time to come come forward and
be truthful brother okay I get it if
you're scared I get it if you're nervous
I get it if you're
I mean you're [ __ ] bricks I get it
but I need you to be real
what happened
I'm sorry like I wasn't waiting around
though like
it's just like I said it's been in my
pocket and there he took it out I do
have it obviously and that sounded good
okay
[Music]
[Music]
I'm just letting you know okay all right
all right bro I just want the honest
truth that's all it is okay
I get it if you don't want to talk about
it that's fine
you know what I mean can I call my
mother
we're past that point once you're 18.
okay
so will I be going to jail tonight
um I I don't know okay I'll let you know
when I find out okay I don't know what
this time
but as of right now you are detained
okay yes sir I don't
I don't know how long we're gonna keep
you detained for until we decide what's
gonna happen Okay but as soon as I know
I'll let you know
going to stand up for a second I know
that you have your wallet in here I'm
just gonna grab your ID super quick okay

bringing the school going to a school
campus is a bad bad thing
okay it's a bad deal
and just to let you know like I had no
intentions of hurting anybody nothing
like that
I I like I said that's you're fine to
say whatever you want yeah okay just
remember you're 18 now sorry all right
[Music]

stuff yeah the others the overall yeah
whoever yeah I'll get with Pat and we'll
discuss it and
whoever the primary on the original call
will handle that portion of it you'll
handle this portion
all right all right now we're gonna go
walk to my car okay okay
now do you have oh that's gonna well we
can I guess hang out there in front of
that car for another time being okay
yeah okay
all right so just hang tight okay
that's all
I'll tell you what let's go in the back
of my car real quick okay yeah right
