I'm trying to get a hold of my mom, but I'm not getting any Wi-Fi um service so I can tell her what's going on cuz like he wanted like he just takes me up from my house in CP on 39th Avenue and um brought me out here and then um he told me to get out and um he ripped my shirt off so I'm like take me home. All I want to do is go back home. Okay. And he told me to get out of his car and [Music] so what am I supposed to do? I don't have any money. Um, I got a bag of It's back then. What am I supposed to do with it? What was the purpose of you guys hanging out? Well, he's my ex-boyfriend, but he also got me in trouble with some girl down the road at Madira Beach over on um at the Lucky Lizard. So, I should have known. He was like bad intentions. Like, especially when my roommates told me to go from the fire to the boiling water or from the boiling water to the fire. And basically, I didn't know. I was going to really like be treated like this. like obviously he got me fired from my job in Toronto Island. I was working at the base at the Bayside and um I thought maybe there'd be something some answers like of what was really going on and um basically I'm getting aside from the shirt thing. Did he hit you or did he put his hands on you in any other way? What's all over the seat? home. That's why what's all over the seat? I have no is this seat. I wasn't even in this car. I was in a I was in the back seat. I was in a different car when I got here. Oh, this car from here to here. You'll see on video camera. I don't know what he's been doing this time. Okay. Did he throw water on you or something? Huh? I don't know. You don't know how you got covered in water? I don't know. You don't know. Okay. Do you got somebody coming to get you or I need to call my mom. Call your mom. Have you been able to get a hold of her? No, I have no Wi-Fi right now. All you got to do is go across the street probably and I'll get the Wi-Fi. Oh, to the McDonald's? Probably if they have free Wi-Fi, but I doubt it. Okay. I just I don't have $35 payment bill. Obviously, I didn't know I was going to be like too late. So, if I had known that this was going to be like some kind of ditch and deliver kind of I would have been like I was at home and thanks. But what was he what was your plan today with him? Just to hang out, spend the day together. We were He got me like I was working at Bayside in a marina on Treasure Island. I had a place. I had a job. I was happy. He wouldn't leave me alone and he kept on [ __ ] coming around me and he stayed in my hotel and he brought his boat and he asked me to go on it and I said no 100 times and then finally I was hungry one night so I got buying dinner and then he tried like he was like all trying to just talk me and then it was just all bull. It was all bull. It was just about him trying to be about him. So today, was he just trying to get you out of the car to leave you here or? Obviously, he had some guy driving that said um some music that was like ugly, bumpy, so there was somebody else in the car with you, too. He want to pick me up. There's a different driver that picked me up with him. So, whose car is this? His as far as I know. Do you a favor? So, it's his car, but he wasn't driving. Exactly. Where's the other guy? Um well, actually, I think he just parled back over there. Okay. I haven't seen her physically, but I saw him grab something from like and then pull like a shirt off, screaming back, but you you saw her you saw him reaching and you saw him have a shirt like a peach pinkish shirt thing was like um and then I saw him throw a cup of water in her face or whatever was in his cup the whole time, right? I haven't heard him, but she's been screaming like, "Don't touch me. Get away from me." But when he threw the cup of water in her face, I said, "All right, I'm just going to call." Okay. So, he's saying they're not fighting. Well, we're still we're still we're still investigating that. How you doing? Oh, good. How you doing, brother? So, you saw all this going on, too? Uh, yeah. Like, briefly, I just walked out here. I'm getting carts. I just walked out here. So, what part did you see? So, I turn around cuz Alex is like, "Fab, over here, cuz she was going to go get my store manager, Tony." And then he's screaming at her, telling her like, "Hey, get out of the car. Get out of my car." She's screaming, "I just want to go home." And then she was like, "All my in here. I'm not getting out of the car." Mhm. And then he swings around to the other side. Door's wide open. He has a cup, undo the lid, chucks at her. He's like, "Get the out of the car." And then he throws it at her. Not the cup. He threw That's the ice with water. I'm assuming there's water in it. There's ice. Solid. Yeah. He's always coming in the store. He acts like we're dogs. I don't know. You What's up with the uh her shirt being ripped? Trying to grab her out of the car. Just get ripped and she didn't want to go to the car. Get out of the car. Get out. I didn't rip. Okay. Whose car is it? Mine. Nobody. Um, how was how are things with you guys before this incident? Good. You guys drinking at all today? Uh, I have a little bit. What about her? Oh, yeah. Okay. You guys get like this when when you're drinking? She I do. Yeah. No. What about uh what did you throw at her? Nothing. Just water? Nothing. Well, she's she's wet and we had somebody witness you throw something at her. A cup of something? No. And why is she wet then? I don't know. Okay. You guys at the beach? Yeah. Earlier? No. No. Not today. 2 days ago I was with someone else. So, where were you guys before here? Uh, right here. Right here at McDonald's. And what did you do before McDonald's? Uh, went to Publix. So, you guys have literally spent the entire day in this plaza. Uh, well, yeah, I went to pick her up, but not me. I didn't drive. Who drove? No, buddy. Where's he at now? He's gone. What did he drive? my car. And what? You just walk away? Yeah. That does not sound believable whatsoever. He just walked away. We're fishing. Yeah. Yeah. They had to go. Not on a bike or nothing or what direction did he walk? Uh we're And you know him because of fishing. The dots. Yes, sir. Okay. Yes, sir. Do you have his name? Uh no. over at names. You don't have like a first name or nothing? No. No. You just let a guy that you don't have his name drive your vehicle? We call each other different names, you know. Oh, what is what are those some of those different names? Oh, Bird. You know Birdman? Yeah, I met him yesterday. Did you really? Yeah. All right. Yeah, that's my buddy. Anyway, that's who drove. Yep. We want you to pick her up. Nobody here. I didn't drive. Making an arrest based off whether or not you want us to or not. Um, it doesn't do that at this point. You know, you have said several times that you don't want anything done of this. You just kind of want us to go. Kind of just wanted. Okay. So, what's your plan now? Um, probably to go to Mexico. Okay. So, where is all your stuff? Um, I don't really have any stuff. I Okay. So, what do you have in here that belongs to you? On treasure island. So, what do you have in here that belongs to you? My bag. Just that bag right there. My bag. My duffel bag right there in the back. Okay. So, are you going to get that stuff and get out of his car? I'm like obviously. I mean, what do you think my alternative is? Well, that's what I'm just I just wanted to make sure that that was your plan. What kind of choices do I have in this matter? I'm asking you what choices do you Is your camera on? Can you tap it to make sure it's working? What choices do I have in this situation? I'm asking you what your plan is. I'm sitting in the same vehicle I got into. You say what I said and you can take it or leave it, but don't push me out of the situation when I'm the victim and you know it. Okay. Don't break. Are you going to get out of somebody else's vehicle? Listen, I'm going to go with my mother. You're in somebody else's vehicle. Excuse me? The guy that ripped my shirt off. Yeah. I want to press charges. I'd like to press charges now. Hey, sir. Can I ask you a question? I'd like to press charges. Would you like to trespass her from your vehicle? Oh, wow. You hear this? You hear this one? This is a brand new one. I got marks. It's okay. My mom told me to take pictures. Yeah. Let's go to the boat. Yeah. Yeah. I'm not going to be I'm going to change my shirt first. So, if you don't mind seeing the You might want to turn your head. Are you done? No. I need to change my shirt. Like I said, in private, not in public. Let me look like a homeless victim that's so stupid walking away from a car to your boat where I look like I'm all shrung up and everything because that's what you guys want is me to look so stupid, right? Okay. Well, you've already said several times you don't want anything else to do us to do anything. I didn't ask for any of you guys to come. I didn't ask for any of your help. And obviously, I took care of myself, right? And I'm still in the same predicament. So, I don't think you did anything to save me or help me or not. Well, he told me we'd go to the boat and I walked all the way over there and he stole my phone and now he won't get my phone. Turned off. All right, do me a favor. Go to the front of my car. My phone's turned off. What? What did he do when we left? He stole my phone. My mom was on that phone. No. No. He He stole my phone. Where? I didn't press charges. Left. What's your first name? I never I never spoke to you. Mary identification card if you need it. Mary, where uh where did you see him put the phone at? Um, again, he tried to walk away with it or on the side of the car and I caught him. So, I got it back from that time. But when I asked him to hold it when I jumped the fence over here by the water, which I can show you exactly where it is. Um, I had to jump around the fence, you know what I mean? So, I'm like in the water almost cuz I had to jump back on the sidewalk. He held the phone and now it's gone. So, he had it has it or knows where it is. Three. Was it just the phone or was there any anything? It's my It's my cell phone, which is the way that I communicate with everybody in the office. No, no, no, no, no. I I completely get that. What I'm asking though is there anything further that happened other than Oh, yeah. He touched me like like he ripped shirts off at me in the front seat of the car and then told me he'd take care of me. He just stole my phone. I mean, if you don't think that's abuse, I mean verbal, mental, physical, and then obviously material. I think those four apply right there. Do you want me to swear on a god? Cuz I will. So, make sure I do. And I do. Mary, I don't need you talking to me raising a voice like that. Okay. I'm mad at him. Sorry. So, from my understanding, cuz you spoke to that deputy over there, is that initially when we were out here 20 30 minutes ago, you didn't want to press charges. You're right. I didn't want I wanted to go home. That's what I said. I didn't I'm Mary. Again, I didn't talk to you. So, I'm I'm gathering all this information right now. Sorry. Yes, sir. Okay. So, you were around these these this brush here? I was in the car. No, no, no. I'm talking about when you hopped the fence and the last time you saw from the car to the to the area behind the pizza place and likes pizza. We did not come around here. We went straight from the car to the boat, okay, to towards the boat until I couldn't get around and I asked him to hold the phone and he tried to walk away with it. Yes, he has my phone. It's a felony charge. I know it is. If you steal someone's cell phone, I already know that. It's a Mills County Sheriff's Haven tactic. I know this. And yes, I would like to go ahead and press charges if he doesn't give my phone. Yes, sir. Okay. When you were on the phone with your mom at the time? Yes, sir. Yes, sir. All right. Hang out right there. All right. What happened? We're getting She said I stole her phone, dude. I don't Where's her phone? I don't know. Look, my phone is off. Here. Here you go. My phone is off. Okay, that's I'm not I don't want to tell you. She's going to call it and they won't call it because she's being mean to them too. Okay. And you ask them ask them everyone. Okay. They said I'm not going to call her phone because she's so I thought the plan you guys were going to go away. She said I stole her phone. Whose car is that over there? Mine. That's your car. So how would why would you not just I'm very sorry to hear that. That's unfortunate. I apologize. I'm sorry. That's her ashes. Okay. Um, why would you not get in the car and just go? No, no, cuz I have a boat out here. Oh, so you live out here? Yes, sir. Oh, on the boat? Yes, sir. Oh, okay. Okay, fair enough. I mean, I know that my Yes, sir. And then she was like saying I stole her phone, but I was like, I'm going to call it, but I don't. My phone is gone. Um, just for everybody's kind of contact. Do you mind if I take a peek for your backpack real quick? Go ahead. Okay. Here. Here's my wallet. There you go. Okay. You mind if I pat your pockets down real quick? Okay. Okay. Just face the car for me. Take all of this. There you go. What's this? Nothing. Nothing. Nothing at all. I got a marshmallow on my shirt. Hey, my phone died. I'm trying to call where it was at. Maybe it's in the car. It might be. I mean, you understand that Sure. Apologize to me, Greg. That's fine. Yes, sir. All right. I'm going to be honest with you. Um, I'm not here to play around with this. Okay. I want you to stay with me. Yes, sir. At any point, did you take the phone and it fell somewhere or anything like that? It might be in the car. It might, but my phone's dead. I couldn't find Well, can we check to see if it's in the car? Sure. Cuz I'm I'm This is making me feel like I'm I'm back in elementary school. Come on, man. All right. Come on. Hey, I don't have nothing to lie to you about. I'm your friend. All right. You might not be the same, but I'm your friend. Go ahead. You can search the whole entire car. I know what you sir. Thank you. Go ahead, guys. Nothing going to poke nothing. You might slice. [Applause] I'm telling you, I did not throw nothing. Did you uh get her info from before? Yeah. Did you get her phone number? What did she say to you? anything different from earlier. She's smart arm the shirt she brought up and that she's yelling this guy right here. I'm I'm tempted to take care of her. She's out here bothering them. They're not doing anything. I mean, even our caller, she was screaming saying somebody hit her. That was enough for somebody to call. That guy has been sitting down at the bench. She walked over there and sat down and is now yelling at him. Two words buddy system. Yeah. We don't need a comrade. I'll take it. Mary, they knew what happened. This one over here and they saw their own. Walk to that Tahoe right there. [Applause] They saw the abuse. They saw right over here. Just right over here. Okay. Right here. Just put your hands on your back for me. Yeah. What did I do this time? So, right now you're going to jail for disorderly conduct. Okay. Oh my god. All right. This is the second time we've been out here. Resolution is the same. And the only thing that's uh pretty continuous is the fact that you cannot seem to be behave um in a public setting. Okay. continuously bothering people that are over there sitting down just sitting there trying to get away from you. You know, they don't want to be around their time. Okay. Right over here to this door. Otherwise, just staring at me. Actually, we're going to go I'm going to walk all the way around. Well, you're obviously intoxicated and yelling. I'm going to walk all the way around the other side. I have stuff on this side. 10 minutes ago, um an hour ago when you saw me over there, remember? Do you have any anything on you signs? Obviously not. Or else I'd be like snotted out. Okay. So, I'm obviously not a female, so I'm not going to do a very thorough search, but if you have anything that's in the jail, it's going to go in and it's going to come out as two felonies. I don't even have a phone. Wow. Thanks a lot. Wow, you guys are great. Great. Just great. Hey, tell Fatty over there to eat another double cheeseburger for me. You know what? Cuz we all got problems.
