on February 20th 2023 Bernalillo County
sheriff's deputies responded to a crash
with a pickup truck in Albuquerque New
Mexico the truck was driven by 37 year
old Jose Pacheco Neri of Albuquerque
when deputies arrived Pacheco Neri
exited his truck with two shooter
bottles of alcohol in his hands he is
seen handing the empty alcohol bottles
to the deputy
