at 300 p.m. on a Friday while investigating a parking lot crash an officer witnessed a vehicle crash into two other cars these are the events that followed okay so now being that the traffic crash investigation is complete and finalized I am now changing the hats to officially going to begin a criminal DUI investigation driving Under the Influence okay do you understand that so you you do understand that I'm going to explain so your everything that happened so far with the crash is the Civil traffic crash investigation that's complete I'm not going to be ask I'm not talking about the level the indications of the breathalizer is not match your level of impairment what's the level of impairment so the level I observed you the the thick tongue slur speech the unsteady on your feet not how I've been speaking to since you and I have yeah I told you I suspect impairment so now because of this so we ruled out it's not alcohol so now I have suspicion that you were under the influence of any type of controlled Narco or substance chemical or controlled substance I have prescriptions okay you didn't I asked you what those prescriptions were you didn't know I can't okay so that I know that being said I'm now requesting you submit to a urine test for will you be will to do that well will I you going home tonight no what's so okay so you are so I am now requesting you submit to a lawful test of your urine for the purpose to determine the presence of chemical or controlled substance will you take that test absolutely not okay so now that's everybody's body I mean requested of you your driving privilege will be suspended for a period of one year for the first refusal or 18 months if your driving privilege has been previously suspended or if you have been
