we have to go to the DUI Center first
all right
when we go to the DUI Center
um I have to go over a bunch of
different stuff with you at the DUI
Center
uh process should take about two hours
uh give or take a little bit it depends
on how fast they move and how quickly I
can get their support done the paperwork
done I like to get everything done
lickety-split
um with that being said then we go from
the DUI Center to the Orange County jail
yes sir while we're at the jail
I have to do a booking process to get
you booked in
once you're booked in
you will um
all right watch for once you're booked
in
then you will be allowed to like you
have to do all your booking process with
them and then again I'll let you a phone
call all right
um you should be allowed
to use your phone to get phone numbers
in case not
I'm gonna give like a piece of paper
that we can put inside your property and
that's if you remember phone numbers
all right and as far as like so time
that I'm in there bingo that's what I'm
going to next I have
I don't even need note cards anymore
I've done something I'm sorry I said I

all right so uh with this being said
um when we move on
to the jail and you're booked in and all
that stuff you have to remain in custody
for eight hours okay
bond for something like this
um if I remember correctly DUI is five
hundred dollars
you need either 10 percent
or a hundred dollars
with that being said
because you're
your amount your 10 of 500 is 50. the
minimal amount is a hundred so you're
gonna have to put down 100. as far as
like get me outside to bond and stuff
like that because remember you have to
remain a custody for eight hours so it
runs like without one right
or even if I paid it like right yeah you
have three main account seat for eight
hours

can see that she declined to do the
breath test which means that she will
lose her license for I believe it's up
to a year or something and that doesn't
mean she'll get away with it especially
when she was trying to walk in a
straight line she was having a really
hard time maintaining her balance so I
guess that will be up to the judge to
decide I don't think this is one of the
worst drunk driver we have seen far from
that she was very cooperative and I do
hope that she will learn her lesson I
don't think we'll see her again on this
channel I do hope that she learned her
lesson I guess time will tell that's it
