so this [ __ ] was charged with parking
on railroad tracks he was charged with
driving Under the Influence with blood
alcohol content with .08 or greater AKA
DUI and driving under the influence of
alcohol so he pled guilty and he was
ordered to pay 3 700 which he did pay on
top of that he was sentenced to 14 days
of periodic imprisonment I think that's
a little bit light for a sentence and
his probation was to maintain employment
abide by order of protection cannot
possess illegal drugs no alcohol
consumed no driving administrative
sanctions program no bars or taverns
cannot be where alcohol is sold so yeah
hopefully he's not going to do it again
obviously this guy was completely
plastered it's a miracle that nobody was
hurt but yeah let me know what you think
of the sentence I think it's a little
light I think the fees should be a lot
more and he should spend a little bit
more time in jail that way it can
dissuade him from doing it again but I
guess it is what it is thanks so much
