right so the driver was charged with
burglary with assault or battery which
is a felony I'm resisting an officer
with violence uh misdemeanor with a cash
Bond of 51 000 the son who could have
just stood back and stared out of his
dad's inevitable arrest was charged with
resisting an officer with violence a
felony and assault and an officer a
misdemeanor he was given a cash Bond of
six thousand dollars
