You know, you feel you feel in fear for your safety. Literally, he was harassing me through text messages all last night and I'm just not responding. He won't leave me alone and I hate being not left alone. Yeah. Um, so go to the judge, request for a restraining order. Um, you could actually you could request for an emergency hearing. So when you go back to the clerk, ask for an emergency hearing because police was involved. They gave me less than a 48 hour notice to be in court. I mean, I went to pick up the paperwork Wednesday evening. They wanted me to be there Thursday morning. That's no time for me to prepare, cancel appointments that I have, all that. Yes, it's an extremely important matter, but I had no time. Yeah. So, but next time, now that you know how the process go, next time make sure like your the next few days when you do that, the next few days when you do that, make sure your schedule is clear. So, um I'll like I said, I'll give this everything and you could just explain to the judge that it's getting to the point where police is involved and you can, like I said, you could do a public record request um when I give you the number and request our body cam footage with him being here and the way that he's behaving. So, make sure you have all that together and then go to the judge and show it to them and it shouldn't be like no problem. They going to give you ASAP. Yeah.
