have anything to drink uh like one or
two one or two so I'm just gonna have
you I promise you it's not gonna be me
[Music]
first
what's up everybody I hope you guys are
doing fantastic and today's video will
be taking a look at another drunk driver
getting arrested today we have a college
girl that was driving very very drunk
almost doubled the legal limit and when
she realizes that her actions have
consequences she burst into tears to
avoid jail with that being said let's
get right into the video is the
registration on you
where are you coming from tonight uh we
are moving asking more college right now
okay
we've been down any of the bars anything
like that
okay what bar were you at we're at
topamero Tap and Barrel do you have
anything to drink uh like one or two one
or two when was that
like about how long ago
okay and would you have jabir wine oh
like a box of soda okay is there
anything wrong with your lights type
thing like that
there shouldn't be now no no like gonna
pay tickets or anything like that I have
one on BJ get with Massachusetts and I'm
paying it next week when I get home okay
all right do you know why I pulled you
over
um
no I don't have a speeding
so I pulled you over because you're
driving without your lights on
oh all right all right so stay in the
vehicle for me okay for right now all
right thank you
I always find it hilarious that drunk
drivers are often attracting attention
to themselves by driving without tail
lights in this case driving with her
lights off by swerving all over the
place and that's why it must be a piece
of cake for these officers to identify
these morons and take them off the road
straight to jail where they belong
all right
all right because you had a couple
drinks tonight I'm gonna have you step
out of the car
um I'm gonna have you go through sfste's
just make sure you're safe to drive okay
hey you can step out this way ma'am
all right
peace
my sitting here with my partner for a
second I'm gonna
close
all right
you look comfy
thank you I have like very little
clothes because we're moving out of our
apartment right now okay bye
the minimum I have is I'll take coffee
yeah
hey I'd rather be comfy than in a
uniform I'll take comfy all day you look
warm though yeah I am
not bad
all right how long ago did you say your
last drink was I would probably say like
an hour ago an hour ago yeah I find it
interesting that the officer is engaging
with Pleasant banter with the suspect
before the test it's probably a very
good strategy because now the suspects
guards are lowered and she's more
willing to admit to something wrong all
right so what I'm gonna have you do
um maybe we'll go up onto the side
yeah PSO mindset people plan to the
sidewalk all right
all right so you can stop there all
right so you can face me
all right
so is do you have um when was the last
time you had something to eat
I would say
seven o'clock 7 30 at the latest okay
are you do you take any prescription
medications
okay so you're not under the care of a
doctor for anything else diabetes
anything like that
okay
um do you have any issues with your legs
any knee problems anything that would
you know
are you able to walk and turn and yeah I
mean I have like knee problems but
nothing that's prescribed for okay no
balance issues anything like that okay
all right do you wear contacts or
glasses all right
all right so for this I'm just gonna be
sneak their feet together hands at your
side okay
see the tip of my pen here what color is
it black okay and you can see that okay
yep okay so I'm going to have you do is
follow the tip of my pen with your eyes
and your eyes only without moving your
head okay
at this point we've seen so many of
these tests on the channel it's very
easy to know when the person is going to
fail or succeed and in this case she's
failing miserably you can tell that her
eyes are fidgety they're moving left and
right and they're not able to focus on
the light
1782
. so this time we're just gonna go up
instead so if you need to Blink a couple
times that's fine ready remember just
follow with your eyes and your eyes only
without moving your head
okay
yeah
all right
so for this next test
um I'm actually gonna have you start a
little over here just because the
pavement's not even all right so if you
want to stand right here for me
yep that's fine uh pavement's flat clear
right you don't think that you're gonna
trip or anything like that right now
okay okay so for this next test I'm
gonna have you imagine a straight line
in front of you
okay and I'm gonna demonstrate the
starting position once I put you into
the starting position don't move from
the position until I tell you explain
the rest of the task and tell you to
start do you understand
yeah okay so I'm gonna have you put your
right foot in front of your left foot
with your heel touching your toe hands
at your side
stay in this position and don't move
until I finish explaining the test okay
so you're the your right heel will touch
your left toe okay
and then from here I'm gonna have you
take nine heal the steps Heel To Toe
steps forward like so
one two three you're gonna go to nine
you're gonna take a series of small
steps around to turn around and then
you're gonna go nine Heel To Toe steps
back one two three you'll go to nine
I've demonstrated three
while you're doing this test you're
gonna look at your feet keep your hands
at your side count your steps out loud
loud enough so I can hear you and once
you start this test do not stop until
you have completed the test okay do you
understand the instructions I've
explained them to you okay whenever
you're ready to start one
nine
one
two three
four five
so I'm sure you guys noticed that but
she's actually cheating because she's
supposed to have her arms to her sides
but instead she's putting them in the
air to help with her balance and even
with that Advantage she still almost
lost her balance a couple times so
obviously this is a fail
I'm gonna have you while I explain the
instructions you're going to start with
your feet together hands at your side
again okay
and then so you can watch me so then I'm
going to demonstrate the test to you so
we're gonna do the one leg stand so
either foot whatever one of your
choosing I'm gonna have you raise it six
inches off the ground with your foot
parallel to the ground while your foot's
raised you're going to keep your hands
at your side you're going to look down
at your foot and you're going to count
out loud One Mississippi two Mississippi
three Mississippi so on and so forth
until I tell you to stop okay
do you understand yeah the test yeah
okay
yep so don't start yet so just while
you're doing the test make sure you're
carrying out loud loud enough I can hear
you your legs are straight hands are
down at your side your foot's looking
your eyes are looking down at your foot
okay
so whenever you're ready to start
One Mississippi to Mississippi
six inches off the ground
so once again the girl is cheating she's
putting her hands up in the air to help
with her balance so in my opinion she
failed this test as well
intimacy
you can stop
okay so I'm gonna have you blow into
this and you're gonna blow into it like
you're
foreign
take a deep breath
okay
so I'm just gonna have you I promise you
it's not gonna mean what you want like
okay so I'm just gonna have you I know I
know blow into this like you're blowing
up a balloon one continuous breath out I
will tell you when to stop okay you're
gonna hear a click okay so when you're
ready I'm gonna have you take a deep
breath and blow okay
order
keep going keep going keep going keep
going harder nope
Okay so
deep breath we're gonna try it again
I know you can do it no I know deep
breath blow out like you're blowing a
balloon okay you know I'm so sorry I'm
just
it's okay
keep going keep going keep going keep
going good you're good
foreign
place your hands behind your back you're
under arrest for DWI
all right
take your hands behind us
so she's sober and she's a valid she has
a valid license
is inspired I don't understand what the
difference is so obviously we all knew
that the crocodile tears would start
flowing but I don't understand why she
did that little spin what was she trying
to accomplish was it for a dramatic
effect if that's the case it really
doesn't do it for me
so if her license is expired she doesn't
have a valid license so she won't be
able to drive I understand that so she's
gonna we're gonna try to find her a
cavern Uber okay all right can I ask you
a question please what
I'm over 18.
so my parents like all right my parents
situation that's up to you I'm not
calling your parents
we can go but do you have a sober friend
or someone that could come pick you up
later yeah okay that's all we just need
someone sober come pick you up doesn't
have to be your parents okay
so we're gonna go over to my car right
here
let's go have a phone and a wallet that
you need out of there
oh yeah
okay
[Music]
no
it's okay
so that way we don't have to tow it I'm
gonna park it right here okay
can she does she have permission to move
your vehicle so we don't have to tow it
yes yes okay
take a deep breath for me okay I know I
know
I know that
you know I know you're sorry okay so we
all make mistakes okay
it's gonna be okay
I know I know
most likely school's probably not going
to kick you out okay they already did
it's why I'm here this weekend is
because I'm moving out like okay
okay
I'm just gonna have to search you before
I can put you in my car okay that's fine
honestly that is the most intense crying
we have ever seen on the channel and it
seems that it's very traumatic for her I
really hope that she uses this
experience to never make that mistake
again I guess it's too early to tell
maybe she'll end up on our Channel again
in the future but hopefully this is an
experience that she will not forget and
a mistake that she will not repeat and
on the other hand she should be very
thankful that the officers are going to
move her car so that she can avoid the
towing because those are just additional
fees that she would have to pay okay
[Music]
oh you don't have any like can you
please do my best friend of clothes
yep I'm gonna go talk to her right now
okay
we're gonna make sure she gets a ride
home
go ahead take a seat
hold on
I'm just gonna start the camera on the
back I'm gonna go talk to
him
where do you need to go tonight
to college where's that let's just get
more okay because
she's getting arrested for driving while
intoxicated okay
um
so you're gonna have to find somebody to
come pick you up
either somebody come pick you up get an
Uber or taxi okay back home okay
your ear yeah can you come please come
get me
I'm I'm like okay she's right you're
right across from um
the Holiday Inn on Broadway
where is she a skin Motel yeah
yeah okay okay
no we're all set thank you
does she have like a phone or wallet or
anything in here
and will somebody be able to come get
her in a couple hours yeah yeah I think
I think
I can hear you you can you can speak hi
hi can you
she got all arrested for driving while
intoxicated
okay so she's being taken back to the
station and processed we need somebody
to come pick up uh I think it's your
roommate correct your roommate okay
the Saratoga Springs Police Department
five Lake Avenue
okay she'll be your dad she'll like pick
her up she'll be done in a couple hours
my dad will drive down right now because
he's a lawyer so well she'll be allowed
to make phone calls
okay yeah yeah don't wait can I come
talk to her uh I find her reaction
hilarious she's like my dad will come
down he's a [ __ ] lawyer he'll take
care of this well I'm sure your dad will
tell you that your friend should have
been driving drunk it's like they're
trying to make the cops to be the bad
guys when actually the bad guy is the
drunk driver so just take accountability
for your action your lawyer isn't going
to be able to do much for this as we're
able to find out in just a few minutes
Nova I'm taking her phone will she be
able to call you I don't I don't know
she she needs to call me because my dad
could get her out okay this could be
released to a sober yeah party that's
all she's not gonna need any bail money
or anything she just needs somebody
silver to come pick her up in a couple
hours
so
your dad to go pick she just needs a
sober third party to pick her up that's
it no money no anything just a sober
third party to come down here Dad needs
to go pick her up
can I call you in like 10 minutes yes
[Music]
and then she said that we can move her
car to park it legally okay
it's one of us or she said is your life
do you have a valid license or is it
expired
okay like it was expired like Thursday I
can't drive what does she need out of
the car
all NFL
I think her phone's right up there
okay here's your phone
does she have wrong in here
you have her ID so I'm not sure where
she got that
did she say she had a wall in there yeah
yeah
it looks like
I know where her wallet is
okay if you don't know I mean we can ask
her yeah
um
she she does her roommates coming
together yeah
yeah because we're gonna legally park
our car for her so we don't have to tow
it because we don't want to put that
burden on her either okay yeah so if you
could you want to tell your friend to
meet you at Duncan we'll give you a
courtesy ride up to Duncan you can wait
in there until all your roommate comes
would you mind bringing her over there
okay so you can get your stuff out
I don't have shoes can you get her
information too for uh PG
so the suspect Megan was transported to
the jail where she was asked to do a
breathalyzer test she blew in it and she
blew Point 17 so that is double the
legal limit obviously she was pretty
wasted she was found guilty of driving
while ability impaired alcohol and she
had to pay fees of
555 which is pretty little in my opinion
and then also she was sentenced to a
year in jail but it was a conditional
discharge so she didn't have to spend
any time in jail and she had her license
suspended for 90 days so in my opinion
it looks like she kind of got a slap on
the wrist hopefully she learns from this
experience and doesn't do it again but I
guess we'll find out if she ever ends up
on our Channel again so that's it for
today if you liked the video hit the
like and if you disliked it hit the
dislike thanks so much for watching and
I'll see you guys on the next one
