then he even admits that he had a couple
screw balls so yeah this guy was
completely wasted and I'm glad he was
taken off the streets with that being

second of all he's not able to walk in a
straight line whatsoever on top of that
he was using his hands to maintain some
of the balance so I am confident that I
can say without a shadow of a doubt that
he failed this test

said your right knee hurts so this is a
one leg stance you can use that use your
left leg balance on your left leg okay
do not start to perform this test hands

so after getting arrested this [ __ ] was
transported to the jail where he did a
breathalyzer test and the result came
back to
0.179 which is a little bit over doubled
the legal limit he was found guilty of
DUI which is a class A misdemeanor he
had to pay twenty five hundred dollars
of fines and on top of that he had a
conditional discharge of 24 months and
he had to do 240 hours of public service
and he had to attend DUI school now is
he going to repeat that mistake I sure
hope not it looks like he was possibly a
normal citizen that was just having a
bad day and did a really really bad
decision hopefully he doesn't do it in
the future hopefully we never see him
again on the channel that's it for today
