at 4:45 p.m. on a Monday an officer conducted a traffic stop regarding a suspended license these are the events that followed what are you doing knock it off all right M office letting your traffic stop me video and Order recorder okay you have your driver's license registration for insurance I don't have my IDE you don't have your ID no Rebecca you on the car correct yes I do it's my vehicle okay are your license suspended my license isn't suspended yes your license is SC because you fail to take a glass are you supposed to take no it's not are you telling me cuz I have access to motor vehicle data and we ran your tag and your tag is suspended let me see your registration Pro insurance that expir you have your insurance card no that's it this the one hey where are you at I need Pro insurance or else that is all iing have your car is about to be told if I don't have Pro Insurance where are you at can you please come I need you I need you to load youring boat up and come I'm about to to get arrested apparently my sh was suspended mying tag in license no she can drive it back to the all right ma'am step out of the car I'm not stepping out of vehicle step out of the it's not a request it's for what reason start I'm not listening there is no goddamn reason for me to get out of my goddamn car you're under arrest get out the car no out I'm under arrest can you come get me for noing Reason Record record do not touch me stop do not touch meing from me Ryan don't get me what the no record this record this everything's recorded come on there's no reason for this be arrested stuff suspended so she was ordered to take a class okay I try to explain that to her and then she didn't her license was suspended as a result okay the classes that you supposed to take she didn't take the class that she was supposed to it's simple she that would have been just a ticket I don't know why she I don't know ask [Music] what my mom said how she get her license if she didn't take that class what do you mean she she yeah she was she got a ticket and uh that ticket required a class and she didn't take the class they suspend they cancel her license in she got a ticket she was supposed to take that class she didn't take the class just in the back of my car now just in my car now I guess so okay all right here's what we're going to do so there's no insurance on the car I toow the car right now okay I don't want to throw the car with you guys I don't I can take the car right home okay there's no insurance on it okay that is a criminal offense in the of Florida the car cannot be on a public roadway if it's not insured okay I am going to let you keep the car and park the car my mom said that she can put insurance on the car real quick what is what do I need the VIN number one what do I need to give you put insurance on it real quick you have a you got a license it's Rebecca's car it is car you're good here s she can't send you anything she's in the back of the cop car and he has her vehicle registration in she's talking to Mom it's a driver was is in the back of the cop car I can't send you anything because her vehicle registration is in got a she wouldn't get out uh yeah it's it's her she's problem I mean they they didn't really do anything but uh so the car is not insured her license suspended she didn't believe it and then she made a scene out of it she didn't want to get out the car so she got assisted cool to get out the car all right so she's good I'm not I'm not going to tell the car or anything like that obviously there's uh there's things uh her license valid so I might just going to let her park in private property okay U cuz her mom is going to get insurance run if your mom is going to put insurance on the vehicle right now where is the VIN number on this it this right here that's what I thought yeah she said it was on the dash that's not the dash yeah so if you want to if you want to if you want to keep that should be there okay cuz that the one she gave me that expir as well but I show have the the V number okay I think so this is is that your sister no that's my dad's girlfriend so okay is she dealing with some mental ISS issues some some problems it's up okay my mom wants to talk to you from speaker yes ma'am yes so I'm not I'm not going to to the car uh I'm going to let her park at the gas station and uh uh I'm yes I'm going to uh letter park park at the gas station just make sure that for the vehicle moves uh you guys put insurance on it cuz uh driving without insurance is a criminal violation in the State of Florida so if anybody else uh gets C driving the car yes uh her tag is good uh as a matter fact let me check I didn't I didn't even check that I pulled it over because of everything else yeah her tag is good it expires uh uh next uh next month correct uh issues the the insurance in her life and then on top of that she said she was going to I got you all righty and then on top of that she said she was going to punch me in the face is she dealing with some some issues right now is that why she acted the way she did that's that's understandable and I appreciate uh you guys being cool okay [Music] yes cor right it's okay I do believe that you I I do believe that you guys going to do the right thing so I'm just going to uh let uh let let the vehicle parked in uh in inside the gas station okay it's the uh the Mobile gas station on US1 in Kings Highway okay down here here see what's in this what's in the cylinder down here what it's not right man' watch out buddy thank you thank you oh that's yeah some weed that's a grinder okay okay that's that's that's it's so good all right uh so here's what you're going to do okay no reason to call me a dick she put herself in this situation she would be asked her out of the car and she hit her head and everything listen when when if I asked her to step out of the car multiple times she doesn't have the right to refuse it's an order a driver or passenger anybody if they get asked to get out of the car they have to get out of the car okay if not they're assisted and and in this case I didn't feel like I needed to taste or anything like that I just pulled her from the car okay but I didn't take her down nothing nothing like that again everything's so okay uh but again she the only thing she needed to do was fly and she would been let go with a ticket and now she's in the back okay if she apologizes to me I won't charge you with the felony I'm making a threat to a law enforcement officer that she said she was going to punch me in the face that is a felony okay uh but again you you spk there uh get insurance before the car drives off okay any questions no no uh is she going to yeah she's going to she's going to go back with you um I guess I don't know you're good go ahead she saying what about the dogs whose dogs are they your want you on no all right party be on my way thank you I'm sorry for the m yes ma'am can you please get her father's number uh her yes I need her father's number that's my boyfriend I got you do you know this is your dad's girlfriend yeah she stays at our house well thank you for being po okay and I'm sorry that everything it's all right I got the number okay what am I being arrested for uh well uh there's no insurance so that's a criminal violation driving what do you mean there's no insurance yes you have no the vehicle is not insured man what do you mean yes you see like I keep telling you thing is you don't you don't believe me there's no insurance on the car and your license has been suspended since 1123 2022 when last year I did not know about any of that yes so you felt there's a class that you were supposed to take and you didn't take a class uh also you are being charged with resistant arrest and I'm considering charging you with the felony of making a threat to a law enforcement officer when you said you were going to punch me in the face there is no reason for you to pull me out of my vehicle ma'am you don't you need to understand that you're a driver or a passenger you don't have the right to remain in your car if a law enforcement officer orders you to step out there was absolutely no reason for you to pull I don't need to I don't need we don't need to have a reason I can pulled everybody out of the car okay so you you you're under that misconcep conception that you have the right to REM in your car but you don't okay but you're supposed to read me my rights to actually not that's only when I'm asking you incriminating questions and I'm not 204 I've already been this dirty don't 15 rout to CJ start mes 72741 I'm sorry what was that I've already been through this y are dirty I'm not [ __ ] I mean I was I was very nice from the beginning you were not nice you had an attitude man I talk loud we're on the side of us one I that's not an attitude you an attitude when I told my dog to shut up my dog is trained if I feel threatened to attack I didn't I I didn't even hear you saying that to your dog and it's fine don't at her but you know it happens well you you should have just this would have been a ticket that's it and you escalated the whole traffic stop you still could have gave me a ticket there was no reason for this there was no for what you you you created the scene instead of getting a ticket for drn with to suspend the license now you're going to jail facing possible felony charges one I did not know my license was suspended okay that's the only thing you need you needed to say I I didn't know that's it you had an attitude I if I show you the video we'll see who has the attitude I have dash cam footage and I have a body cam footage and it's all audio video recorded I explained that to you when I stopped you what's happening with my car my NOS my sister and stepdaughter sorry what was that what's happening with my car my sister my daughter so I'm I'm I'm not throwing the car uh I told uh your sister that she could park it at the gas station and your mom was going to get insurance for it okay is that is that is that good enough and I'm trying I'm trying to do my I'm trying to help you guys out as much as I can you know you you didn't help yourself ared me what was that you would not have arrested me ma'am you you put yourself in the situation you put me in a hostile situation I felt threatened you felt threatened how how cuz you're the one driving with to suspend the license and no insurance I did not know about and I said that well you you you didn't you said no it's not you didn't say you didn't know you said no it's not suspended and then you said it was B and then you said it was B when I got pulled over in July well I told you your license was suspended November not July and no that's when I got pulled over I know when I got pulled over I didn't get pulled over in November it was July 4th yeah but your license was suspended in November not July and the cop told me nothing about a class or anything you got a ticket yes he told me I needed to pay my tickets and that was it he never said nothing about a class or anything what what's the ticket for oh I see it here hold up let's see changing my address and I supposedly ran a red light okay well that normally requires a class he never told me nothing about a class it you pay the ticket online or you went to the courthouse I paid it online it it will give you a message uh cuz you have to select one of the options in the back of the ticket if you don't want points your driver's license so you elect that option and tells you online that you have to take a class if you don't want points uh maybe you didn't read that part uh but that's actually written uh when you go pay for the citation if you don't want points in driver's license she was charged with threatening a public servant resisting an officer without violence presenting invalid proof of insurance and failing to update her address on a vehicle registration the felony charge of threatening a public servant was dropped and she was sentenced to 12 months of probation 25 hours of community service and mandatory anger management classes thanks
