stop a vehicle for traffic violations

received a bond amount of 500 and was
subsequently convicted of felony fleeing
eluding and misdemeanor gun possession
he received credit for six days of time
served with the rest of his sentence
State and he received two years of
probation he likely received a
comparatively light sentence due to
being relatively forthcoming about the
gun possession and the comparatively
short nature of the chase there were no
injuries Additionally the suspect in
this case did not have a criminal
history prior to this incident court
records indicate that since being
released he has been in full compliance
with the germs of his probation
