refuses Because he believes they don't
have the authority or jurisdiction to
pull him over this leads to a short and
comical police chase which doesn't end
well for the traveler or his land vessel
right let's get into the
video today an automatic number plate
recognition orpr operation is taking
place in
Burton thousands of cameras in secret
roadside locations as well as cops incar
ampr systems are connected to a police
Central database when a wanted car
passes by it triggers the

alarm there will be no Escape for
drivers whose vehicles are associated
with drugs reported as stolen have no
insurance orot
and trust me these cameras are
everywhere in the UK and they come in
all shapes and sizes so if you want to
be a traveler in your land vessel in the
UK then you've got little to no chance

attitude and failure to stop gives Angie
good reason to search his

like wait so you paying income tax but
vehicle insurance is where you draw the
line nothing in the vehicle that we can
see it's just very bizarre can you not
touch that vehicle it doesn't belong to
you well how do I know it belongs to you
it doesn't it's not your own business to
it belongs to you belong to you does it
I'm a police officer and I need to that
you're legal to drive that car what what
do you mean legal to drive a car the
laws land state that you need a driving
license and you need insurance need a
driving license I'm traveling in a car
and when required by the police to stop
you should stop and if you fail to do so
you're committing an offense your belief
you are committing an offense I don't
care
offense okay it's fine yet this guy
would be the first to cry foul if anyone
has so much as looked at him the wrong
way he'd be the first to snitch and call
the
police backups arrived to take the man
to
custody me you under arrest at the
moment he is under arrest he's failing
to provide details failing to stop so
yes he's under arrest
it's not illegal to not provide details
sorry to have to break this to you but
the road traffic act says different 164
gives a constable the power to require
production of a driver's license or date
of birth or any person driving a motor
vehicle on a road now you will argue
that you're traveling but courts in the
UK like in America have consistently
denied that argument for well obvious
reasons the driver's still in denial of
the law and is attitude towards the
police is a mystery to Mick he didn't
think that he does have to stop for us
um he's still refusing to provide us
with any details as to ownership of the
vehicle or in fact his own personal
details
himself and is completing the paperwork
to seize the man's car and she has her
own theories about his
behavior yeah andie's got this guy all
sused out she recognizes the magic words
and incantations but like us she's
immune to the word salad
yeah well I mean that's Sovereign
citizens in in nutshell really they have
what's known as a persecution complex
and boy do they make the most of playing
the victim to their own detriment of
course because nobody cares about their
little Tantrums anyway let's see the
conclusion the man was charged with
failing to stop for the
police under arrest failing to provide
having no license and no insurance he
failed to appear at court to face these
charges of course he did why am I not
surprised well at least he kept things
consistent by first refusing to stop and
give his name and then finally by
refusing to attend court so a warrant
will have been issued for his arrest by
the magistrate and that was a mark for
Fiesta he was driving so it wouldn't be
worth the cost to get it released so it
most definitely went into the car
