been arguing loudly upon speaking with the male the officers learned that he had been struck in the face here's what happened next Police Department I'm I'm um my back is really hurting okay hey Amy I'm offer ging I got to buy the camera on okay what what's going on uh we had a fight and um who's we my my fian and I okay what's his name Nick Nick what's last name okay he's 61 locals check how old is NI F he's right outside he's 42 I I I just I fell really hard and okay um somebody called the police and okay I can't find my secret secret okay do you care if I come in here with you talk to you you they on here yeah okay um put away the donation stuff cuz we lost everything yeah everything okay sorry to hear that you don't know what the argument was over okay what what happened in your can you kind of explain your argument to me did it get physical or is it just verbal just verbal okay but how' you fall I was um I I don't have a lot of balance in my and really frustrated over that okay officer wasn't sure if the woman was telling the truth so he asked her for more details to see if they matched the victim's statements I accidentally laed him out and he okay and and then he stayed in the car then yeah which now we have no gas and no money okay and my my godfather put two more kns down his room and I don't want to cause any disruption and you're 100% being truthful and that nothing physical happen me at the house yeah okay I've been through a lot at the house I know you have he has one scratch on his eyeball okay you guys have come and I've had my entire head ripped open and you didn't care how did he get how did he get how did he get punched or we both fell you both fell he's saying that you punched him last night is that true yeah I was punching like trying to get out of the situation okay what situation not familiar environment okay so why why would he why would he be saying why would he be telling officer Mcall down there that you punched him I don't so how did he and if I pointed out every one little thing on my body I would be sleeping with everybody in blomington nobody's saying anybody's in trouble but there's some inconsistencies you're saying that nothing
