a shopping area where officers noticed a car moving in the wrong direction creating a potential Hazard for other vehicles and pedestrians law enforcement approached with the intent to guide the driver safely out of the predicament emphasizing the need to correct her course to avert an accident ma'am you you're going the wrong way you cannot go this way ma' ma'am you can't go this way no you're not
