on September 4th 2024 deputies from the kuga county sheriff's office were called to Dick Sporting Goods in Auburn New York after two females exited the store with two shopping carts full of stolen merchandise fortunately deputies were already in the parking lot investigating an unrelated fight and were able to respond within minutes they quickly identified and detained two black females who matched the shoplifting suspect's descriptions said who do I need to detect I got one walk with purple pants on I got one just ran into [Applause] house hi stop right there stop right there okay her too oh wait what I what okay don't take my you're just being detained right now we fight I know y not thinking we want to far y'all think we don't want that 51 AQ I have one female the T for seven has 1 to 10 girl that was just fighting do you have any weapons in no okay what's your name rocky rocky they Rocky B yeah okay right my name is Brian I'm while Sergeant Myers what what's going on somebody was in there fighting and then they started being nasty with us like we with these people and we like all right now if we walk out with our [ __ ] then y g to be mad cuz you could even look at my pocket I got a pocket full of money like I'm not yes you can see it like I was got literally PID for my stuff but it was being rude to us like we the ones who was fighting who is being rude to the people in the store like I feel like that's profiling okay well they like well you know these guys are you with them we see we just pulled up she was over there and I seen is you're with her the other girl no I'm just with her yeah right so she was running across the parking lot and the deputy said that you guys were involved so you're not under arrest right now okay uh you're just detained cuz I don't want to run or fight with you or anything like that I wasn't going to run or fight with y' I'm very Cooperative is the other one oh wait what US what stop walking is two subjects or subjects that where are they other two this I'm look at you cuz I need you to turn around I can't look at you cuz right I finish what I'm doing first what I'm going to make sure that they don't get tighter on you I need to stop good there's this fun thing that if you keep sing they're not locked yet so they're going to get tighter on that's what I'm trying hurry up and put me in a car like you got home I want to know here I can't get want here put me in car you got anything on you go to the entrance of the cemetery on wood for Street there if they come out that way we're circling the cemetery right who appeared to be related to the suspects approached the deputies she questioned why the women were being detained and claimed to be the ant of one of the girls mentioning that she had just been involved in the fight is this person with you that's my aunt that's right nor off in the car for me please off in the car for me please wait why she you got stand why I got get in the car you my window down yeah I got watch wait this my niece hold on she only not me I didn't turn around what you mean turn around come over here please right now I didn't take [ __ ] here I never said you did I need you to turn around and listen to me wait for what I came over here Wily to get my niece why the [ __ ] would I come over here if I did something don't put your hands on me officer you going to resp down there I need to talk to you speak why you trying to put me here cuz this is my niece right she because we're being told that there's other situations coming from Dicks over here I just dispatched to was people fighting in the entrance entrance of because she she kept calling me out let me talk okay people fighting in front of deck okay we come pulling in all right and I seen her she was running this way and then you were running you weren't running but you were walking across but she was running so we just grabbed we don't know what's going on we don't know if's been been hurt we don't know if maybe it was a robbery we have no idea okay so we just detaining people no one's under arrest right now all right so who fought with him I didn't know that he was was that was even them in the store I didn't even see them in the [ __ ] store but I was I'm going in shopping for my niece and then the [ __ ] Sera who keep com to my job done call the police two Wendy's a couple times she come to my job order stuff come to the window Wendy yeah I love Wendy's she come to my job throw [ __ ] she thrw [ __ ] through the window at me when I open the thing I done call police the time the same [ __ ] I said where the daughter so I'm in there I see her I'm pH my sister I'm like I should smack this [ __ ] right and she looking at me she like [ __ ] I'll smack you so I said come smack me she I mean I beat her [ __ ] ass in here okay and she took off yeah we both we both left we fought outside the cold I said I chased that [ __ ] beat her ass again you got anything done about the fight are you no [ __ ] that [ __ ] I be her ass I finally caught the [ __ ] outside of work so I don't give [ __ ] no more all right but you good with it you good with it right just call me and said one other issue then you grab a Gatorade on your way out that was that that that's the I said I said I start Chas beat your ass I tell you what this is what we're going to do okay we got to get some information we still got to go talk to the people this okay involved you were involved no I was we not involved in the same thing oh basically I was investigation tried yeah they was basic them like about them like that's like somebody like say if you was my color and they see somebody else my color walking in and they arguing and fighting first of all I didn't even see the people they walked up to us like oh are you guys with them and stuff like that and I'm like no like oh do you know them like why are you asking me all of this stuff basically like you trying to force me to know I do know her that's come to find out you do know yeah I do but I didn't know that that was them but don't come up to cuz we black and that's basically profile like I could have literally opened my phone and [ __ ] recorded y'all it probably would have been easier than stealing something right yeah inight we wasn't even going to really stealing we just did that to be funny to me we in the Uber [ __ ] all right deputies returned to the store to speak with the staff who confirmed the theft what's up you gave the stuff back so can't you didn't get the stuff back you were exited the car you looked right and you saw me but but they got they stuff back cuz I promise you pull over doesn't matter doesn't matter you still stole it so I'm going get charged right yep I care we got one in the back one in the back we're headed to dick okay there's another one um she's all set she's going to be walking over here that was part of my incident earlier and right now was witnessed again so there's another female yep we've just talked to her she's all set harassment violation charge if she wants to go about it she's on the fence about it um the fourth party has left and uh they're going to be upet these two are going to be different stories okay well like I said we got things to figure out right now and let me uh see what we got I'm just driving over here and then I'll fix those for you okay I told you they got I know they did cuz I already like I said I witnessed at all but she was being racist if she would have been racist I would have I wouldn't have push that c what' she say cuz she thought that play we was playing on the side of the road why are you guys on the side of the road though cuz we was right way here we was thirsty we bur and then that's when we had CAU each other a [ __ ] and I was like who a [ __ ] and aunt had pulled the car over but she had dropped us off and she left yeah cuz they said that you guys were slapping around but then she said that your aunt got out and was person's phone number who I we I we is realiz I couldn't understand you're walking really fast you're really emotional I got her on Facebook and stuff okay do you know her what's her first name Rea she be she lived on Auburn too we both live on Auburn you live in Auburn too okay so how do you know her you work at one these she comes there and harasses you basically this whole thing started when she me and her mess with the same dude we we she we got to she text my phone while she with him I guess asking why I text him all this stuff and I said girl you can see why we text him you see all the messages so I'm not like no delusional ass [ __ ] out here so she tells him she going to snap me when she see me mind she know I work at women cuz she was cool with my sister mhm after she did all that [ __ ] on Facebook went live about me all my sister said something to her she said [ __ ] my sister baby my must to be having her kids and all that okay so she know where I work she came to my job she threw a drink on me I let her slide no I let her slide she did that [ __ ] again I I made her my mix whenever I wherever I catch her at the [ __ ] work at Home Depot I said wherever I catch her I'm beat her ass I got I came for my sister job r that dunk in mhm and I came over here cuz I was shopping my sister baby I saw that [ __ ] I'm on the phone like ask my like smack [ __ ] now or later I said we can fight outside we can fight outside fight no matter where it's at you're going to get she run her mouth in the store put her stuff down keep saying [ __ ] my sister baby all this other stuff she came up on me and I beat her ass in the store right by the door okay and I took I tripped that [ __ ] took out her clothes and you're driving a white car a white Jeep a white Jeep mhm which car which Jeep is yours my friend the phone got my car okay so you have your friend's car no it's my car but my friend is driving my car right now mhm okay she's supposed to come she pick she pick my sister up okay she was she coming to pick you up right now yeah she picked my sister up right we we was here together yeah I'm just saying like how are you going to get home from all this oh I'm going to get home she going Tock come back and pick me up she pick my sister to bring her here okay all right so what were you going to ask my other officer oh H press charges on her on her so I'm going to be the one handling all that so um like we said if you want to go through a harassment charge it's a violation and what happens is I get a statement for you on paper and you're going to tell me your side which you kind of already have but we're going to then put it on paper okay nobody gets arrested right now I got to try to talk to her see what she says once I locate her she gets to give me her side as well if she wants to charge a harassment on you she can um if not you guys both go your separate ways it is what it is um what did she do to you what you mean like you charged her first cuz you saw her and no I didn't Char I was standing at the CF reg I put my stuff down inside decks mhm I put my stuff down on the register yep and I said and I'm sitting here I'm like this this that [ __ ] I'm I'm I double took I double take I'm like you call [ __ ] this is really hurt so I'm like that's her finally catch her outside of my job where I can't get fir for fighting yeah finally catch her outside somewhere I never seen the [ __ ] at her job I go in there looking for her ass yeah she never in there I never see her every time I go in there I never see her okay so do opportunity and I said something to her what' you say she got back I said you want to fight and she was all way at the end she running her mouth put her phone down I'm like come over here MZ I know how to L go you s first usually you get arrested type [ __ ] trusty so they say something to us whatever she standing by the door she tried to hit me with a cart so I punched that [ __ ] in the face oh in like the bus wheel or like all right here it was right she grabbed a cart and she tried to hit me with it mhm I threw my gold around her from that guy from dunin I tched her on her face is that that plastic cup that's still down there oh yeah that's it right there all right and I [ __ ] her and I was beating her ass at first they the lady said she thought we was playing so she thought me fighting her ass cracking around her [ __ ] mouth like a dog in so you you punch her and then what happens we fought I beat her ass what did she do to you she was she was fighting back okay but you you got to elaborate on that oh we was both we was just like I don't know like what you want going to say like we was fighting like okay do you have where did she hit you clear off par I'm going to have you like remove your mask I'm going to look for red marks I'm going to look for bruising she hit me up here shouldn't hit me here it all gets documented I have a huge report I got to type I got to hit if it's was this arm no it's this arm oh it's right here that's why I think it's the guardian of that child all right so they also getting me all this video footage so this is going to cooperate it so again like statements if say anything isn't truthful we have video footage that back it up and you will then be charged with a misdemeanor so for what if you sign a piece of paper that states that like this is your statement this is truthfully what happens and then you sign it say the video footage says something differently you I told you I hit her ass first told I'm not going to here l so again it's just it's just like when I ask people their name and then I follow up and I say hey if this isn't your name you're going to be held accountable for it it's just all part of the procedure and the fund so um just saying all that but I got to see what's going on with her see if I can find her and then go from there okay so generally we type a piece of paper you sign it you do the statement and then it would be harassment charge but again I got to I got to get more information I definitely got to see this video before we go about that but that's the basic route of how it happens okay all right so over came over here you understand them like if somebody steals your property like that's a charge right that's something you generally would tell to the police I'm confused on like what you're trying to get at I like trying to get smart me or nothing like no I'm being serious like that's kind of a big deal if you think somebody stole your wallet that's something that we would make an arrest off of if we can prove that and assist you okay is that something that you're looking for yeah with my wallet that all my stuff in it okay well earlier you were frustrated about getting a harassment charge and that's something outse that I need video footage for so again we we've got like three different cases here now is what you're telling me just go too much so now who are you calling the person with a Jeep huh person with the Jeep yeah all right are you going to figure that out yeah okay so if anything cha to the police station well like I said you're telling me you want to charge harassment violation but it's like it's like you like getting smart on me or something no cuz from an outside perspective if this was me and I just punched somebody and somebody punched me back it was just no one punch and one punch who were in there fighting hold on but my wallet's missing at the end of the day I'm thinking my wallet's a bigger priority here and we've been here press charges on her period like that's what I'm saying press charges on her period right but we need to know what those charges are in order to just walk up to somebody and say hey you're arrested okay do you see what I'm saying because a violation as in a harassment nobody gets arrested today wallet is very different that's somebody potentially getting arrested right now do do you do you understand what I'm saying a little bit more that's why we need like names details all that good stuff cuz that's going to change the way that we invest yep yeah so that's all very help information but again if your wallet's missing it during the fight and it's now stolen that's a different investigation we're looking [Music] at meanwhile the store employee counted the total value of the stolen goods $ 4,546 worth of I right the deputy went inside to speak privately with employees about whether the aunt was involved in the shoplifting scheme and if they had any footage of her involvement knock knock hey hi um I just be parked for a Home Depot because apparently this other person works for Home Depot she's telling me and apparently I got that she's hiding in a shed currently that's that's oh sorry about that it just it looked fishy to me like cuz I had said guys I think this is all going to be like this is all the same like scenario like they're all together they're all Affiliated we just don't know like what the actual situation is from it um because they were without stealing anything just fighting in the grass SL the road on Grand have 20 minutes before this like on the other side of town County l why is you coming up to me and my little cousin asking us are we with them and we all the way in the back of the store okay I feel like they was being funny like so then what happened after that she gets in an altercation with another female in front of the store and then it sounds like your daughter and another and another female I think she said it was her cousin they run out of the store with a carts full of stuff so so we're just trying to actually sort through all this but let me get your information your mom okay all right so her to call me so like what's going on cuz I'm at work right
