say on October 27th 2024 the Flagler County Sheriff's Office was managing a crash in orand Beach Florida that had blocked traffic lanes while directing drivers to make a U-turn a deputy approached a pickup truck and noticed an open alcohol container in the cup holder along with the strong smell of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle the driver later identified as 27-year-old quadon lter of bell was instructed to pull to the side for further questioning ever instead of complying lter attempted to maneuver around the car in front of him oh all right hey stop stop stop is there another way to get go I don't know how to get stop your truck go get him oh there we go go pit him black DOD deputies pursued the pickup truck which was later spotted turning into the parking lot of the Super 8 Motel when a deputy drove to the rear of the hotel he discovered the truck had crashed into a Park trailer and the driver had fled on foot dispatch has been updated you confirm what chares you have uh we pulled up to the traffic control with open container alcohol marijuana told him to pull off to the side to evaluate if he was DUI and he blew through our traffic control and almost hit Deputy wanting disregard reckless driving operating a motor vehicle without a valid license failure to obey police resisting an officer without violence tampering with physical evidence an aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer he was transported to the sheriff Perry Hall inmate detention facility and held without bond right now it's on to pull over he tries to go forward but Jackson's standing behind the car right here so then he tries to go around that car Jackson walks up right there tells him stop and that's when he like at him and he like Steps out of the way and then he Zips around him that's where he slammed on the brakes so right there he's right there you see the headlights dip
