on June 18 2022 Doraville Police responded to 9-1-1 call about a hit-and-run accident in Doraville Georgia when an officer asked the victim about the incident he said that the suspect left by simply saying that he couldn't stay and had to go [Music] [Music] hi everyone hey dude how are you good so he just ran into the back of you yeah he hit my back uh I took a picture of it yeah they got him down there already oh good good afternoon but I'm not sure I'm not saying anything so he he went and said hey I have to run I can stay blah blah blah I'm like okay okay it's all good thank you thank you and I took a picture of his cars okay thank you so you let him leave [Music] yes sir foreign [Music] was not far from the accident and was able to pull the suspect over for the investigation while talking to the driver the officer noticed his glossy eyes and felt a strong odor of alcohol and uh I was about to have to be kept on going why'd you keep going no I I stopped I got out of the car I I talked to the other driver so why did you keep on going what happened where are you uh where are you coming from right now sir you know what I've tried to go back to the labs no I'm saying I'm saying then this guy just like whatever whatever man like that's important above the age of 21 correct of course yeah okay perfect foreign okay this time we are going to be placing you under the rest or driving while intoxicated okay I'm gonna read you something okay please just listen and respond accordingly the state of Georgia has conditioned your privilege of like the The Slammer well yeah that's Your Privilege he was asked to submit to a chemical breath test to which he agreed and was taken to the Doraville Police Station for further evaluation will you submit to the state administered it's very easy to get to from here um let's take 141 South right past the CVS it's on the right big yard okay so it's gonna be uh hit and run leaving the scene of an accident um and then we're gonna have no oh he's already here look at that we can give you a card hold on all right let's see I didn't I didn't leave because I was I was trying to do what what I thought was best okay well listen this is only half of the judicial process so I mean you have more than welcome to talk about that in court to the judge when you know this goes to court um and then following too closely which is just you know yeah they're they're yeah okay all right so um what's wrong well nowhere Jesus Christ a little bit like where am I going to end up you're going to DeKalb County Jail okay for how long well I mean I can't say for certain but I would imagine you get a bond within uh I mean you'll have a bond immediately uh he's got your phone and your wallet and your keys other than your car keys so if they allow you to bond out on your own recognizance that's up to them the driver has all that stuff the driver the other officer yeah he has yeah he has all your stuff in the front seat right now I made sure okay so you should you'll be able to make phone calls once you get to the jail Okay add your phone all right please watch your knee what's up I'll get you what yeah I'll get you oh he's getting there's this here's the second breast sample you gave it says 0.206 is that the same number okay it would appear to be would you say that's above or below 0.08 just asking questions officer I'm just asking a question man you would say this above 0.08 right right so um if you want to look at it in terms of numbers eight would be where you're allowed to be like a number eight and you're at 20. just to let you know so you're twice the legal women at the moment so here's the way this works you get a copy of this it's going to go with your paperwork along with the citations that this officer is
