on December 30th 2022 an officer on routine Patrol scanned the Mercedes license plate and obtained information about the owner's existing warrant for arrest in Atlanta Georgia a vehicle was pulled over for further investigation an officer explained the reason for the Stop and asked the suspect to step out he was placed in handcuffs and started crying hey M hey how are you I'm officer with BR Police Department are you aware you have a warrant on for you you have the warrants so I'm going to have you step out of the vehicle for me I have a warrant yes sir so step out of the vehicle I have a
