International Airport the police got a call about a woman causing problems at the Spirit Airlines part of the airport this woman called Miss de had drunk too much at the bar and fell asleep there when she woke up she found out her plane to California had left without her and she got really mad what's up she appears to be intoxicated I can't V her in that manner okay are you serious Las Vegas did you you called car not listen listen listen you're not being listen I'm not intoxicated I can get on theing plane I cannot for the next fing ticket so where the f is the manager and who the [ __ ] pay for my next ticket cuz I'm not paying for this she is the manager okay then you can pay for the ticket for me to get to California cuz I'm not paying for this I'm perfectly fine I'm not I'm not for perfectly fine so I'm good this is theing mask all right thank you this Diaz but the airport workers didn't change their minds yes let's go let's go talk up front no I want to talk right here I'm not going I'm getting on the F plane see the door's closed they can't reop even though the airport workers tried to explain Miss Diaz didn't listen I'm not paying for this I'm not talking about I'm not paying for it not doing nothing I'm not saying you have to pay for anything go home I want to go home and she's me when the police officers talked to Miss Diaz she got even more stubborn she didn't want to listen and kept saying she just wanted to go home the officers tried to calm her down and get her to leave quietly but she wouldn't cooperate eventually the police warned Miss Diaz that she could be arrested for making trouble in public which is a big deal in an important place like an airport if you don't stop now you're just going to you're going to have to come with me and and go to the county jail if that's the that's what you want that's what we can do it's up to you right now make a decision what are you going to put me in jail for I'm not illegal for being in an airport you're causing a disturbance you can be arrested for that you want to do that it's up to you I'm giving you the option you can listen you can walk quietly want to go home Miss Diaz you want to go home shrouding got into a big argument on a plane the argument was about rules and rights during the pandemic Adelaide was on the plane looking upset and not wanting to wear a mask like the airline asked the flight crew tried to make her follow the rules but she got more upset she thought she had the right to say what she wanted because of Free Speech but she didn't realize that private companies like Airlines can make rules to keep everyone safe hello we're going to take you off the aircraft yep you're going to have to get off the aircraft okay and you at there and I compliments you and not escalated as the flight attendant tried to deescalate the tension reminding Adelaide that she was causing a disturbance and that it was necessary for her to leave for the safety and comfort of other passengers give me another unit on the plane if you really if you ever going to chance on me grab your bag no I would grab my bag but you know I'm want to and up no one's going to put on all right that right no you should though after leaving the plane Adelaide kept arguing saying she didn't do anything bad and shouldn't get in trouble but the officers didn't change their minds and they arrested her in court Adelaide said she didn't contest the charges of resisting an officer without using violence and trespassing you should have to honor that that's my right don't talk to the tell we need to remove it really is that's my right like you need to no we're getting to the point where you're not expect Notting my human rights as my God that's not C I didn't do anything that did anything to no man that's not okay dude that's not okay you know 29 centr W she got a punishment of 6 months of Probation and 16 days in jail which included the time she already spent in jail as part
