On April 16th, 2023, Dunwoody police officers responded to a dispute between two men at an Exxon gas station in Dunwy, Georgia. >> He's on. He asked me before I went into the store to buy some black and so I go in there. >> Where is he at? >> He ran back into that parking lot cuz he picked up a piece of steel or something like tried to swing it at me. >> So, I got duck. All I did was ask him to or he asked me for me to buy him some black and Miles. I'm standing over here at this high. >> Okay. >> Did he say anything about wanting to kill somebody? >> Yeah. No, he did. He was like, "So, I came outside and I was like, "Here are the two blacks and here's $2 cuz that I'm talking [clears throat] to a person who saw everything." The the male ran off into the parking lot of 455. >> Suddenly, the black male who had called 911 appeared and the officer turned to speak with him. >> What's going on, man? >> Don't get hit. Get him. Stop him. Stop him. >> What? You got to tell me what's going on, man. >> Stop. Stop him. Stop him. Stop him. >> Hang on. >> Don't let him leave. >> Don't let him leave. Stop. >> Hold on. Stay there. I'm not about to bring him over here when you two are yelling at each other. You need to calm down. >> Talking about >> Stop. >> I didn't yell. >> Stop. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> There are more officers on the way. >> I think that's a D. >> There are more officers on the way. >> Dian Campbell's people. You related to Devon Campbell? >> Sir, just hang out. Hang out. >> So, what's going on, sir? >> I'm not even supposed to be over here, sir, right now. If you could talk to the guy in the tie-dye shirt real quick. >> I'm not even supposed to be on this property. >> All right, we got some officers going to keep him here. Let's walk over here. >> I'm not even supposed to be on this property. I was standing I was coming through as >> nearly >> What's going on? >> When I was walking I just got off the bus over there off the train. >> I know I wasn't supposed to be in the store. So I asked him as he was walking through crossing the street. I said, "Sir, here's my $5." >> Okay. >> I said, "Can you go in and get me a black and sure why not?" I said, "If they're I said, "If they're 99 cents, get me two of them." I said, "If they're not 99 cent, just give me one and bring me back my change." He said, "Cool, fine." I understand. He is intoxicated. I know that. Okay. That's uh Foreman. How you doing, Foreman? >> So, is your ID on you, man? >> Yeah. But when I came back out, the guy handed me $2 and I said, and he gave me two blacks and I said, "I don't want that. just give me my money back. He threw an attitude, threw the five at me like I was a piece of crap. I said, "Okay, cool. Fine." As I walked off, he started to escalate a problem. Kept coming at me. Kept coming. I said, "Bro, I don't want no problems. I'm gone." And then after that, I'm trying to leave the scene of the property, he kept coming towards me. I walked over this way and as I was walking this way, he came like he was charging me. I grabbed the little things that they have right there. I said, "Man, get back. Leave me alone." cuz I dropped my money in my phone. After that, he walked that way. I tried to go that way. I realized I left my money in my speaker box right there. I came back. He came back charging me. He followed me over there. I called you guys two three times. Came back. That's exactly what happened. >> All right. >> If he's saying anything else, he's lying. So, >> okay. I haven't had a chance to talk with him too much, but what I did get sounds about right. Okay. So, I'm going to ask again, do you got your ID on you? >> Yes. >> Okay. But you got to realize, I'm not going to let you walk up to that man when you two were shouting at each other >> and you had already gotten into a little altercation way over there, sir. >> Talking to me real quick. He's talking. >> What happened? >> This guy had a trespassing warrant. He tried to steal the car, the employees >> and other Yeah. other people too that complain customer not today. >> Okay. >> The other night, last February 12th, if you go to the airport, you'll find it. >> He is not supposed to be in our property, but he came in here and he fight with customer. >> He was inside the store. >> No, outside by the skin. Yeah. >> Okay. >> And the customer was telling me that there are two guy fighting. So, he's the one and the other guy. >> Is that customer right now? I don't have >> Okay. You don't have access to it. Did you see anything of what happened? >> No, I didn't see it. But after customer telling us I came out. >> Was it that C? Was it the customer in the tie-dye shirt? >> Yeah. Yeah. Okay. >> He was inside. >> Was that before or after he came in to get some black and Miles? >> We get the black and Mile and something and he just came out. >> And did he come back in? And that's when he was like, "This dude, >> you just walk around this way. I don't see." >> So when when did the whole argument about the trash can take place? >> Before that some something happened. >> Oh, so before he went into the store was when all that happened. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. What did he say? That was >> another customer tell me. Not this guy. >> Oh, so another customer came. Okay. Okay. Okay. >> And so what did what did they say about what happened over there? >> I came out this customer tell me that I found it that crashing was over there. You know there somebody was fighting there. He said he somebody is begging for something like something like I see the trash can. It was in the floor right there by the sign. This is somebody had knocked over the trash can. >> Yeah. Knocked over trash and all this. >> Okay. >> Sounds like >> What do you want done tonight? >> I I need to take him out because we get our even he got close to our uh >> Okay. So, you you want to honor the uh the criminal trespassing? >> Yeah, exactly. Criminal trespassing. He had a criminal trespassing before. >> Okay. How about how long ago was that? >> Couple months from what I hear maybe. Yeah. >> Okay. Cuz you said back in February, right? February there is a incident happened one of the customer he had to call the police for it. >> Is that when he was crimally trespassed? Okay. So back in February. Okay. All right. >> If we go inside you can see the picture of him. >> Okay. >> My general manager he print out the picture and >> All right. I got you. I got you. >> All right. Um I'm going to go chat with them again and then uh if I need anything we can also come back in and chat with him. The officer then returned to the white male, allowing him to finish his story. And this time, it finally started to make sense. >> All right. >> Because I had to break away real quick, kind of run back through what happened. >> So, he asked me to go in. I have the rece. >> Yes. Here they are. He gives me $5. He says, "Hey, man. I was just walking past from my hotel room walking in." He says, "Hey, will you go in, buy me two black and white?" So, I go in, I buy him the two black and come out. And I was like, "Here, man. No problem. Give them to him." And he But he gave me $5 before I walked in. And so when I came out, I gave him these and I gave him $2 bills. And he was like, "No, I only wanted them if they were 99." And I was like, "Well, they weren't. They were $1.50. You know what I mean? Cost $3." He freaks out. He's like, "No, bro. You're not paying attention." He throws one at my face and like just swings a punch at me. >> So this one at you. >> Yeah. Yeah. So he throws he's like I hand him to him. So like me to you, you know, and he's just like, "No, bro. You didn't listen. Give me my money back." Throws him up my face. So I gave him $5 back, picked it up, and he was like, "No, you and he like swung at me and then put his hands up and I was like, "Man, I'm not going to fight you." >> What happened over the trash can >> by the trash can? See, so that's when So I was like, "All right, man. I'm not I'm not done with this. Pick up my bag. I start walking back towards like I was going to the hotel and I hear footsteps. So he runs up behind me and I was like, "Hey man, leave me the [ __ ] alone." And he swings at me again. And then he like tried to grab my shirt. Barely. Is >> that where the tears are? >> Yeah. So he just barely grabbed my shirt. >> He is that where the holes from? >> No. Yeah. Tear. Oh yeah, I guess so. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Well, anyway, so he grabs my shirt and I shoved him and then swung a right hand and he runs, but then he ran back around and he picked up there's this long rubber metal like thing. >> Yeah. Yeah. He picks that up and starts swinging. >> So I thought a couple times then I like I chased him down like not like chased him chased him down but like ran after him cuz he was swinging at that at me. So I covered my head, came in and like tried to throw like a couple little punches to get him to stop swinging that after at ran. And then every time I would start walking back, he would chase after me. He just kept chasing me. Kept chasing me. Every time I would turn away to come back, he would keep chasing me. >> So after you kind of went back into it to try to get him off and you tried to break away, he would follow you and chase you again. >> Absolutely. Every time. >> And would he be swinging? What do you mean? >> He he was just running yelling with his hands up. So I mean he wasn't like trying to swing at me cuz he did get close to me but yeah he was >> all right. >> And like you know I mean he didn't he never technically never hit me. >> You know what I mean? So >> I got you. >> I mean he did he grabbed your shirt and >> he did grab my shirt but like it wasn't >> you know what I mean? It's >> I don't I don't know. I just don't want anybody >> I mean you obviously felt the need to defend yourself. >> I did. Yeah. Absolutely. >> So, you know, if I was in your shoes, you know, >> I I'd kind of want the dude who who who pushed me into that position, you know, take have some, you know, take take some have some consequences for his actions, you know. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> It is entirely up to you on if you want to or not, but >> No, absolutely. I I I don't want to press charges on. I mean, you know, and it's seems sad enough as it is. >> All right. >> So, yeah. >> Well, um, thank you. >> Thank you. >> Give me a quick second. The officer then went back to the blackmail to clear up a few details he seemed to have missed earlier. >> Yeah. So, real quick, what happened over by the trash can? >> By trash. >> Trash can. >> The guy Am I going to jail? Yes or no? >> I just need to figure out what's going on, man. I'm still trying to figure out what happened. >> The money at me and I pushed the trash can over and then I took off running and that was it. >> When did you grab the the how' you call it? Like the giant rubber. >> I didn't even swing. I picked it up. I told him, "Leave me alone." Then I said, "You know what? Look, I'm gone." I said, "I'm sorry. I apologize. I put the thing down. I walk that way. He takes me that way." >> Okay. >> Am I going? >> So, right now, yes, you are. >> Turn around. Place your hands behind your back. >> For what? >> For what, sir? >> For disorderly conduct. >> Yes, sir. >> What was about, sir? >> Picking up the giant metal wood rod. >> But if you look, you don't want to press charging on you. Cuz then you'd have serious you'd have more serious targets. >> I'm going be honest. I thought I hit you. You want to do >> Don't be saying that to me. >> Which pocket is marijuana? >> Why would I hit you? Cuz you want to. >> This is a lawyer. [music] >> Mr. Strap. Where's Which which pockets of marijuana in? >> Oh, you got it. >> You bet. >> Yeah. I should have just went home. Yeah. Should have just went home. Not come over here to this gas station and ask what you guys get in here for today. >> No. Come on. >> Dude, you've been aiming at me all day. You said you're the one not supposed to be here. >> I tried not. >> Okay. >> This is a set. This was all set up by the police. >> Cuz if you keep running your mouth, you don't catch another truck. >> Put my money in my pocket or do something. Where's all the rest of my money? >> I'll put it back in your pocket, man. >> Can you see? Can I see if it's all in there? >> You got that one? You got that one? All right. Now set me up the whole time today. >> Put my charger with my phone and um >> it'll be with your phone. >> Have a seat. >> Step in. >> I am. Let me fix my phone. >> Have a seat. >> Step in. >> Shut up. >> That ain't important right now. >> Shut up. Quit acting like y'all going to do something. I'm not being out of line. Shut up. I ain't asking no more questions. >> All right. Well, I was going to go and see if you bought those here and then I was going to get you a seat, but if not, we just don't wait. Don't worry. Yeah. What? Excuse me. What? >> Talk to me. >> Okay, I'll talk. What's up? >> Sitting in the back of the patrol car, he seemed to realize how foolish it was to fight over a couple of cigarettes worth just $3. What was he talking about? >> Uh, give me one quick second. All right. >> I should have just left, man. I should have just took the two blacks and left. I should have said, "Nah, man. I'm cool. I thank you." I should have just took the [ __ ] and left. [ __ ] >> And this will violate my probation, right? >> Uh, that'll be for the probation officer. >> And this is disorderly. >> Yes. >> How was I being disorderly, sir? >> Uh, you basically threatened a man with a 10-ft stick, >> but he came after me, sir. He charged me. Sir, >> you also threw black and Miles at him. Grabbed his shirt, tore his shirt. >> No, I didn't. No, I didn't. So, you mean to tell me that his neck was that that neckline was that loose? >> Yeah. >> I never touched him. You can look at the camera. I never touched him. >> Can you go look at the camera in the store, sir? >> I can't. I never touched him, sir. And then you got to take pictures of him if that's all they Where's the pictures at, sir? >> Pictures of what? You supposed to take pictures if that's what all that is cuz he's going to have to come to court to testify, right? >> He doesn't want to press charges. >> Okay then. Then what's the disorderly for? >> Picking up the stick and threatening a man. >> He charged me, sir. So if I would have picked up the stick, I wouldn't have went to jail. >> There's a number of other factors that led to it. Have you been criminally trespassed from uh from Exxon? >> Ma'am, can I can you talk back to the foreman and see what he was asking? >> Are any of these felonies, sir? >> No. >> So, what am I getting charged with, sir? >> Disorderly conduct. >> That's it. >> Yes. And then the weed. >> He asked to speak with a supervisor and claimed he had left his bag inside an apartment. He didn't know the exact unit number, just the complex and the unit's location. He also told officers it would be open. Officers grew suspicious but agreed to stop by on the way to jail. >> Just so I can uh stop the broken record that is him back there. What were you talking about? >> Seeing if you had seen if you had a receipt >> for something. >> Oh, I was going to receipt his money back. >> You want to talk to me now? >> What was you saying, sir? I was asking you if you had a receipt for the cigars that you had that were purchased here so you could get your money back. >> Do you think I care about that right now? >> Do you want your money or not? Because it's going to go in the trash. >> You going to throw it away anyways? >> No. I was going to get your money back if they was purchased here. >> Look at Avalon. >> Look at Avalon. Stop. Do you want your money? Did you buy it here or not? Or were they purchased here or not? >> Would you like your money back if they were? >> Yes or no? >> You don't like me, man. You don't. >> I think you're a great guy. >> You don't like me. You don't have to show. >> You don't. >> And it ain't cuz I'm black. It's not cuz of that. >> I don't care if you're purple. >> Exactly. >> Mean you have >> I know it ain't >> You ain't had no problems. >> It ain't no I know. So it ain't a race thing. >> I've got no problems. >> It's not a race thing. I ain't had no problems. >> I already know it's not a race thing. But I know just as a person, you you've been watching me. You know I'm a good person. You know I'm a good You know I really don't do too much, but you just don't like problems with you. >> I understand. But you just don't like me because you feel like you're too darn hard-headed, son. >> You know what they say about hardheads? >> What? >> Wait for a soft ass. >> And you hardheaded, too. >> And I have a soft ass. >> So why you shaming me? Why? Why? >> I asked YOU A >> WHY? NO. ASKING THAT QUESTION. WHY DO YOU SHAME ME? >> I AIN'T SHAMING YOU AT ALL. >> AND YOU JUST like me. You hard-headed, too. But you're just doing your doing what you're told to do. That's all you're doing. >> If the government, if a governor or senator tell you do this, do that >> or your whoever's over you, you're going to do it. >> WHAT GOES WHAT GOES DOWN WITH YOU AT THE END OF THE DAY? YOUR BILLS. >> You know who the boss is here tonight? >> Who? >> Exactly. You You're the >> sergeant. >> You always the boss out here. >> You're the number You're a detective. You pass You're past a sergeant. You're detective. I'm just a starter. >> You're a detective. >> I'm not smart enough to be a detective. >> You're a detective. >> Andre, >> look, man. Quit playing with me, >> Andre. >> You're a detective. >> Okay. I'm a detective, dog. >> You're detective. >> OKAY. >> JUST LIKE THE OFFICER, THE ONE THAT WAS AT THE MALL WHO WAS PLAYING LIKE HE WAS HEAD OF SECURITY. HE WORKS WITH THE FBI. >> I told you I STUPID. >> DAVID TUCKER CARTON AND THEY DOING THAT WITH THE NASHVILLE hot chicken. >> Mhm. The woman got the key to the city. >> That's why I don't eat that Nashville hot chicken. Too hot for me. >> What you eating? >> I can't eat. I'm white. >> You eat princess, huh? You eat Popeyes, huh? >> Popeye's kind of spicy for me, >> man. Look, let's end this conversation. >> Chipotle. >> Look, look, look, look. >> No, no, no small talk. I'm in I'm in handcuffs. >> Mhm. >> I'm not happy. >> Yep. >> Okay, that's it. >> Okay. >> And I know y'all, this was a setup situation. This was set up. This was set up. >> Okay. >> I should have just took the black and Miles and left. Yes, absolutely. Should have. >> I 100% agree with you on that. So, do you want me to go and get them get that money back for them black and >> Yeah. And I want you main thing I want is my bag, man. It's I got a black and gray Nike bag. Like, >> I don't know where your bag is. I don't know what apartment it's in. >> If I show y'all before y'all take me. Can I I You can keep the handcuffs on me. I just want my bag. Okay. I spent too much for that stuff. I will show you. you. I can keep the handcuffs on. Please just get my bag, Freeman. Please. That's all I ask. >> Go over and start wandering through the whole apartment. >> It's not a whole I can show you exactly where the apartment is. We could pull in that. You don't even have to open the gate. I just want my bag. That's the number one thing. I paid $450 for that raincoat and them pants and stuff. I need my stuff. That's >> You know what? >> We'll drive over there. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. That's it. That's I'm fine. You ain't got to give me my money back for the black and Miles. It's gone. It's gone. I might be in jail for 3 to 6 months anyways. >> Andre, >> I just want my bag. That's it. Is you going to get me about Is you going to take me to go get my bag? Yes or no? >> Yeah. >> Okay. I'm done talking. >> Close the door. >> Let me ask you this question real quick. >> Close the door. I'm done talking. Stop. The door is open to that. It's in It's in the uh what you call it? Go in there. Get my bag. Come on out. >> All right. man. >> Now, he told the officer that the white male had already given him a full refund, but he still wanted the two black and milds on top of that. He didn't like it when they were thrown at him and regretted not just taking them and leaving. >> It ain't that. It's that stupid ass probation officer. She going to violate the [ __ ] out of my ass, man. >> You're on probation? >> Yes. >> I'm not seeing you on probation. >> I'm on probation. >> I generally see people on probation. No current probation or parole information. You sure you on probation? I'm >> on probation. If I If it ain't on there and I ain't no pro. That's what I'm trying to tell you. >> I'm getting framed by the police. >> How are you? How are you getting framed? >> Huh? >> How are you getting framed? >> Like situ like this. This wasn't even no situation for him to even get mad at me and throw my five back cuz I didn't even get angry at him when he came out of the store with the two black and Miles and my money. I was like, "Never mind, man." I said, "I don't even want to know." Cuz I said, "You you uh" said you got the wrong I said, "You got the wrong thing." I cuz I was trying to get a pizza out of North Italia. And what he did made me just be $2 over. I just wanted him to get me one black and m I was going to have the exact amount enough to go right there to North Italia and get me a pizza. Okay? Because I still got some money on my cash app. The guy went in there. He bought me two blacks. That took $3 out. I had $2 back. I said, "He done messed up my That's what kind of made me angry a little bit." So, I asked him nice and politely, "I know I wasn't supposed to be at this store. I see the cameras." I gave him my uh the $2 in the black and mouse back. I said, "Man, just give me back my money so I can leave." So, he uh didn't give me back he he didn't want to give me back my money at first. So, then I said, "Here, I'll just give you the black and mouse and the and the money." So, he gave me the five. He went to his pocket. He pulled out 20. He's like, "Here, man." And he just threw the black and m and he just threw the the $5 at me. That's what made me get mad. I kicked the trash man or whatever the case may be. Then he chased me. I left when I got ready to leave. He chased me all the way over there in that parking lot and he just did it just to show people like he's scary. And then the dude that was over there at the pump, HE WAS RECORDING the whole time. That's all it was this was for. People say, "Oh, he think he hard." HOW DO WALKING AROUND LISTENING TO A RAP song wearing a Air Jordan outfit think he hard? How do I think I'm hard? Did I proceed to like I was hard when I was when you guys walked up when you guys pulled up here, sir? >> What do you mean by that? >> You know what? cuz y'all got stuff going on with some of these people and y'all know that and y'all know I know y >> I ain't never met that man before in my life. >> All right, I'm done talking. >> All right, >> want to go get my bag. >> So, where's your bag at? >> Where's your bag at, bro? >> It's at the drug. >> Man, that's a big a big old complex. >> I can show you. It's at the last >> So, he can show you where the thing is. I'll ride over there with you. >> All right. >> The officer asked him again about the apartment with his bag, but his answers only raised more suspicion. >> It's It's in the front of the building. It's not in an apartment. >> It's in an apartment, but the apartment is right there. >> How did How are you staying in this complex? >> I wasn't staying there. I just put my bag in there. Even though it is some little Mac thing in there, but I just had my bag in there. I put I found a little thing. I didn't want to to the bag all day today. Bag be wearing me down. Put the bag in there earlier today cuz I didn't want to carry it all day. After I uh put it down, I just put it in there for the day. Going to rest the and let the white boy go. Good old >> Okay. So, it's through through the gate. >> Turn right here. Turn right here. Turn. >> Dude, like I said, man, this apartment's got like 17 entrances. >> Turn right here. Make a left cuz he a good old boy and I ain't like but beer dragon ass white boy something with 232 like that anyway >> 32 you can show me 26 32329 >> y'all done been to the military army y'all all about drinking >> 32 329 >> where's the where's the apartment >> it's the second one on the second floor right right here stop >> the one up there on the left >> up there on the left Yes. >> So, it's this building. >> Yes. >> Up there on the left. >> Yes. The second floor. >> Second floor. It's this one right here. The one next to the five. >> Yes. >> Don't want any police. >> When the officer entered the apartment, it was clear it was empty and being prepared for new renters. Hey, could you ask him what color bag it is? new one up over here for >> 5201 >> uh Jackson point. Okay. >> You can do a charge for LP and all that stuff. >> Okay. >> He's on statement. >> No, I mean I I was thinking it too. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> I need to turn on my incor radio so he doesn't lose his mind. Yeah, I turn around. Did >> you find this? >> Yeah, I got it. >> Show them that and just verify that's >> Yeah. bag. Just want to make sure I got the right one. >> Hang on back. >> Is this one it? >> Yes. That's all I care about. We can go to jail now. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, we always got here. >> I mean, cabinets are ripped off the walls. Um, drywall's taken off. You can see the uh you can see the studs remodel. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, cool. >> Like it's it's clear it's meant to be an empty apartment. >> Okay. >> Is it going to be one I mean two cases? >> Yeah. I was about to say >> two cases. >> All right. That's all people do out here is try to fight. I swear I'm I'm the most person that everybody wants to fight. Everybody fights me. Why is that, sir? >> I don't know. >> What can I do about that, sir? >> What can I do about that? I get into a fight almost every day. >> I mean, my suggestion to you is reevaluate how you approach those situations. >> What if they bother me, sir? >> Sometimes it pays to be the bigger man. >> So, just let just just talk to What if I don't want to talk to them, sir? >> Uh, walk away. >> I What if I do and they get mad at me still? >> Well, keep walking away. >> Okay. What if they come and hit me like this guy tried to do tonight? >> If they hit you, call us. >> Okay. >> What if I get in trouble again and they I get charged with another charge like that? Because that has happened to me before. >> That depends on the situation of the crime at the time, right? >> Yeah. >> If I look like I've been scarred up, scratched up, closed, you transfer one from this location to Cap County Jail. Starting mile is going to be the same as ending for the last call. 32329. >> The officer informed him that he would face an additional charge for the apartment. Oh, I will let you know as well. Uh, you are going to get charged for sleeping in 5201. >> I wasn't sleeping in there. >> You have a bed in there, sir. >> That's not mine. It was already in there. >> It was already in there. >> Yes. >> Okay. What prompted you to pull on the door handle? >> What? >> Exactly. No, you have no reason to be pulling on door handles. >> What door handle? >> You You found it open, didn't you? >> That's what you said. You found it open. >> So, what y'all charging me for? What? >> Litering and prowling. You know, you shouldn't have been in that apartment. >> So, you charge me bored and proudly, too. >> Yeah. >> Do you have to do that? >> What? >> You don't have to do that. >> I can't hear you. >> I said you don't have to do that. >> Why? You think it's all right to just walk into random apartments? >> I just put my bed my my bag in there. So, >> okay. Well, you had to walk into a random apartment, didn't you? No one lives there. >> You You think it's fine to just walk into a random apartment regardless there, sir? You're not >> What? What if you wrong and somebody Well, >> why can't you just give me a trespassing charge if I don't have a trespassing charge? You cannot. You have to give me a warning first. >> No, I don't. >> You can't just charge me with ordering prowling when I don't have a trespassing charge from that. >> You're thinking a criminal trespass. You're not thinking of lawing and prowling. >> Huh? >> You're thinking a criminal trespass, not loitering and prowling. >> YOU NEVER CAUGHT ME ON THE PROPERTY, SIR. your own admission. >> I could have lied. >> Oh, really? So that's not your bag that I pulled out of that apartment. >> I could have gave somebody my bag to put that in there. That ain't none OF YOUR BUSINESS HOW it got in there. If I told you my bag is in it, that's in there. I could have gave somebody my bag to put it in there. >> Okay. All right. You'll have a court date for that. >> So that's still not a 72-hour hole. >> Uh yeah, it is. It's on a ticket. Court date is going to be 9 a.m. >> Man, you quit talking to me. >> I will ask, is there anything in the bag that I need to know about? Because it will be at >> Man, I'm not talking to you. Shut the [ __ ] up and drive. Take me to jail. >> All right, cool, >> man. Shut the [ __ ] up. >> I was trying to let you know how to get your bag out of property, but you know, >> I know how to get my [ __ ] >> You can't get me for the Lord. You never caught me on that property, sir. >> Uh, I don't have to. You're on admission. You put the bag on the property. >> I didn't tell you. I said I just said the bag was over there. >> All right. We're going back in circles. I'm not having this conversation right now. >> I want to talk to Foreman. >> All right. Well, that's going to have to wait. It's going to have to wait for you to get out. >> Doing this so they can put you right back on goddamn probation. >> Now, since we talking again, is there anything in your bag that I have to know about? >> Man, shut up. No, >> cuz I will have to go through it in order to put it in safe keeping. >> Y'all going to do that anyways, right? >> Yeah. Okay, then >> just let me know up front if there's something in there. >> Shut up. Shut up. >> All right, cool. >> He sounds stupid. I hope you didn't plant nothing in the goddamn bag while you was up there, >> man. Everything's on body cam. You good. >> Ain't nothing in that goddamn bag. There should be no gun, no drugs, no crack, no not a peel. >> Well, if there shouldn't be anything in there, I won't find anything in there, right? >> Okay then, [ __ ] Drive me to jail. Shut the [ __ ] up. What the wrong with him? You don't need your mother job. Shut up. >> In jail, he started insulting the officer, but the officer stayed calm, professional, and just laughed it off. >> Funny. >> You're white. >> What's that got to do with anything? >> Cuz you you're losers. Okay, y'all take shared women. You have a shared lifestyle. Your old ladies probably [ __ ] >> What? >> You go. You're fat. You're not a nicel looking guy. Unless you look like a aing goddamn Ricky Perez type of guy, you know you ain't. And a lot of you white guys, y'all ain't Black people don't live the way how y'all live. We don't have the mentalities that y'all have. Y'all got a mentality. >> What is that? >> You just [ __ ] up. Y'all bland. >> You know, y'all are bland. That's just naturally how white people are. >> We bland. >> Yes. >> Yeah. Y'all, French fries with no sauce. >> I like that now. First time I heard that one. >> You Chick-fil-A without the sauce. >> Which you probably like chicken sandwich without the sauce, right? >> Hell no. >> Okay then. But that's you though. You a Chick-fil-A without the sauce. But you don't like that, right? Okay then. >> Mr. Strap. >> That's what you are. >> All white people are bland. Okay, let me tell you something. When you get 20 people No, listen. No, no, no, no. LISTEN. WHEN YOU GET 40, $50 million, you're not going to do what a black guy does. Go buy chains and rings and Lamborghinis and Ferrari. Are you going to do that? >> Well, no. Cuz I don't do that right now. I can do that right now. I don't. Well, not the cars. >> Why you don't? >> Not the cars. I just don't. >> Why you don't? >> That ain't me. >> Why? >> Because >> why you don't buy your little necklace or something, put it around your neck? >> Because >> why? >> I don't. >> Why? That's not you. Exact. But if I had >> better things to spend my money on. >> Okay. Well, if I had no money, I would go buy me a necklace. And it ain't got to do nothing with being black or racist or or Jimmy jam ass guy. I feel like I look good with jewelry on. That's why you don't. >> You're not going to get no when you go out to a club. Ain't no checking for you. >> When I go to a club, check for me. >> You really don't like white people, do you? >> I didn't say that. I mean, you you categorize you categorizing all of us like that. >> Women don't check for you. I'm just talking in general. Women don't check. >> Man, you don't know a thing about me, do you? >> Who check for you? [laughter] >> You don't know a single thing about me. >> Cuz if women check for you, you wouldn't have never even arrested me. You would have came to that scene. You would have handled that scene like, "Look, you go your way, you go yours." That's what you would have did. >> And that's why you ain't in my job. >> Right. Exactly. >> Because women check for me more than they check for you. Cuz if they check for you as much as they did me, you would have did me like that. Look, you go with Nobody got hurt. None of this, none of that. No bleed, no none of that. Okay, you go your way, you go yours. That was the case. The guy at the store said I wasn't supposed to be there. Check me up. See if I had a CT. I don't have a CT. Criminally trespass me. Let me go my way. He go his you charged me with all three things that you never even seen me do. Nothing. You didn't see me be disorderly. You didn't see me lord or proud. Nothing. You hitting me with extra charges that you never even seen me with. >> Did Freeman tell you did Foreman tell you it was all right to hit me with that charge? >> Yeah, he didn't. >> He the one told you to do it. >> No, he didn't. >> I need to go through him to make sure he's saying that it's okay. Because if I would have knew that before he left, I would have asked him, "Is it okay with him?" Because a lot of times with a situation like that, it's up to his decision not >> I'll put it this way. He's the one that told me to put it under a different case number. Is that going to help solve it for you? >> Cuz here here's the thing. >> It's going to get dismissed, man. Hurry up and get me out this goddamn car. >> I will, man. You got to give me a second. >> He's sitting up there trying to act like that [ __ ] all serious, man. All that going to get dismissed except for the weed. That's one thing that you can't dismiss. The two situations, unless that man pressed charges, ain't nothing disorderly. Unless that goddamn you caught me on that property, you cannot say I was lording in problem. I could have gave anybody that bag and they could have walked and put that in there theyel. >> Except you said you put it in there yourself. >> That don't mean difference, white boy. I lied. Shut up. >> Do you want another charge for lying to me? >> You can't hit me with another charge for telling you to shut up. >> No, for lying to me. Yeah, >> I'm not lying TO YOU. >> YOU JUST TOLD me you lying to me. >> Shut up. >> See? >> I said I could have lied to you. >> Oh, so you ain't lying to me. So you didn't put that back in there yourself. >> I didn't say that either. >> Well, then which one is it? >> So what you going to hit me with? murder >> loader and problem. >> You can't hit me with law and problem if you didn't see me put that on there. I ain't worried about it. You ain't the judge. >> You're right. The judge is going to give it to me. >> He going to dismiss his son. >> Oh man. >> When he do and I see you and done with it next time, I'm going to pull I want you to pull over somewhere so I can let you see my And when it when it happens, I want that you come on with it. You pull over at that empty bag and I'm going to pull my dick out so I can let you see how big it is. No, I ain't gay. All right, man. You just going to be going straight back to jail for public indecency, then? >> Well, hit me with it later. >> All right. Well, I can't wait to see you when you get out. >> Real officer be like, "Man, you go do your little time. Get out, man." That's what a real officer would have said, man. You go in here, do your little time. 3 days, they probably going to dismiss that [ __ ] when you report anybody. You come in here talking fly. All right, >> we going to hop over here. camera. I can I can take the camera. If you a see me being disordered on camera, you can't charge me with and that's what I'mma do. >> And then they're going to do >> cuz it ain't right to just go up to a random and pull on the gun. >> You don't have to do that. Like if I would have talked to Freeman, he probably would have said, "Oh, well, I don't know. Freeman ain't he ain't in my shit." I mean, like I said, the guy >> I I understand trying to find a place to stay. I do. Okay. And this ain't me trying to like get anything out of you to try it. This is me being like, I completely get it. All right. You ain't the first person that I found sitting in an apartment complex, sitting in an abandoned building, nothing like that. All right. I get I get it. It's unfortunate that I have to, but I do. Okay? Because there are consequences to sitting in a random >> I understand. I understand. It ain't that. But >> it's actually the lowest charge of the three. >> I know. I know that. >> What you call them? Like >> And especially cuz when I when I run your name through our system, you know, you got a bunch of criminal trespasses from apartment complexes in that area. >> Never from that one. >> Not from that one. >> So from the bell, uh I want to say it was perimeter 31. That one sound about right? There's a couple apartment complexes that I've seen on >> All right. So, because of that, you know, you it's it's clear that you've been doing it before >> or at least been hanging out in apartment complexes where you ain't got no reason to be. Right. >> Safe to say, >> right? >> Okay. So, that's that's another reason that >> I I rather look like and smell like I smell instead of looking and smell like that, bro. I don't care what you say. I'm going to do what I got to do to take that. >> You ain't going to stop me. Ain't none of y'all going to stop me. If I have to go back over there, I'll be here. Just I'm going to make you do your job. Okay. >> I'm not going to stink. >> I mean, I'm get with I'm going get with management about locking them doors. >> Well, they keep them open all the time because the Latino women do it for me. >> They It's It's them going through and working on the water damage apartments, >> right? But they do it purposely all the time. They leave apartment doors open for me all the Everywhere I go. Trust me. >> Who do people everywhere I go or like a lot of the attendants that be working on the on the You hang out at hotels a lot? >> No, I don't even hang out at a hotel. I've never I've been out here 4 hours. >> I've never even hung out a hotel. >> So, how do you find that? You just randomly go open doors? >> No. >> No. >> The [ __ ] windows. >> I mean, not the windows open, but the blinds be open. You walk by, you see the goddamn apartment. Nobody stay there. Touch the door and it opens. They do it all the time. And like I say, the Latino women do it purposely. It's done been times they done gave me keys to do it. Okay. Well, >> um >> I know management is trying to clean up that that that complex. >> Okay. >> So, >> um it's in their best interest to make sure that they stay locked >> to prevent >> somebody from walking down and they going to keep doing it. >> Okay. Well, then it's going to keep happening. >> Well, not necessarily. >> No, it'll happen every time. >> What do you mean? >> You taking a for Lord and Crowley? >> Not necessarily. >> If you're found there, yeah. >> Okay. Maybe this charge could get dismissed. >> It's not going to. >> How do you know that? >> Because how do you know? >> I've written something like this before. >> How do you know? I'm I'm proven innocent guilt. >> All right. Yeah. >> I just know it ain't going to get dismissed. >> How do you know that? >> Because I've gone through this before. >> Okay, man. I I get a lawyer and they get it dismissed. But >> if you want to pay for a lawyer for city court, go for it. >> Okay. If it get dismissed, >> and then they get dismissed. >> Okay. >> This is Atlanta, Georgia, right? No, this is the cab. >> What? This we in Atlanta. This is Georgia, right? >> Georgia. We in Atlanta. >> Okay. This is the cap. Okay, that's even worse. Okay, cuz this is like the black metal. Okay, >> black people. >> We could be honoring the littering and prowling charge at DY City Court. >> He was charged with disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, and loitering and prowling, then booked into DOAB County Jail. The >> judge ain't going to talk it out. Let's go. Come on. >> Cuz if you want, I can charge you with burglary. You didn't catch me. >> I know you were in there. >> No, you don't. >> You told me yourself. >> Look, you got these, man.
