on July 21st 2021 a dorville police officer on a routine Patrol spotted a male individual urinating at a MARTA bus stop while driving through dorville Georgia the officer promptly stopped and approached the suspect the suspect caught in the act was quick to deny any wrongdoing in an attempt to evade the situation he claimed not to speak English yet continued to engage in conversation with
