On March 10th, 2023, the Dunwy Police Department received a call from Carter's kids clothing store about two female shoplifterss. The suspects had already left the store, but an employee provided their description and the vehicle they left in. Officers quickly located the car and initiated a traffic stop. She puts it right here in the middle. Okay. So, she's going to get stuff like over there, over here, wall, puts it all in the pile, and then she puts it in like our little blue carts that we have. And then that's when she meets the other female. And she rolls a cart over there with her. Mhm. Yeah. That cart. So that she like sat on top of it so we couldn't see her. Mhm. But you can't see that in that camera angle. And then that's when they started putting in bags. Yeah. And then she rolls it over there. Yeah. Mhm. She had to work about 5:23. So, they were probably up against this building and I didn't see them when I came around this way. Probably. When the jail transport van arrived to take them in, they called the officer over to ask some bizarre questions. He's going to explain it. What What's the What's your question? I was saying that you the guy in that truck right here, he said that as long as it under 500, you get something by the side and it's not under 500. I got the receipt right here. Let me say they did they did they all that stuff 40 and 50% off. They add that you don't get discounts when you steal stuff. You get it at the market price. Now, you don't get taxed because you didn't buy it. But still, the amount is well over the felony amount. Oh, even though both of you, cuz you were both in here shoplifting. So, it's a total amount.
