on April 22nd 2022 the Sandy Springs Police Department responded to a call regarding a drunk couple arguing at a residential complex in Sandy Springs Georgia upon arrival the responding officer heard a woman screaming inside the house move get on the ground get on the ground I'm call her mother right now get on the ground get on the ground YouTube the man was on the phone with his girlfriend's mother describing his girlfriend's destructive Behavior I just called off the phone I can get my phone right now acting super crazy I don't know why I L the cop she bu my she bust my nose she broke my chandelier to my to my house she did everything and then she tried to throw my she tried to throw the pool table St to jail because she's drunk she's super drunk and she literally they about to take me to jail she think this shit's funny how am I laughing am I laughing at anything I'm she not this is her mother right now come on over here you have any weapons on you no I have no weapon turn around I'm going pat you down she's literally like cuz you know if a female calls before me I swear to God not do anything to Asia she literally called the police she did everything like literally I sit down over there sit down over there I did everything the way I'm supposed to I called the police my phone is you can get my phone in the car I has nothing on me she's super drunk she's super drunk she just tried to all my windows up me down keep going keep walking I don't know what's she's acting super crazy all right you see I just can't tie everything on I know that's what I'm telling you I tried to get in her car to go to her room with her she oh I don't she just got the acting crazy she so look call Mom back and going to talk to me okay okay the police she tell you everything she the back with you so we get in the car and everything she oh I don't want to go back to you I'm I'm like come on like what are you doing so we were driving down the street she has her leg out the window I said as what are you doing I said please stop so she go back home go back home so I take i p I literally rewind the car all the way back I literally drove the car back real Qui to tell you what I I promise you she do fale ro I promise I did not I I been I don't want to go back like literally I would never put my hands on a woman I never would I don't want to go back so how did you get the scratch mark because she she grabbed my face and everything like literally we were in her car she grabbed my face and I tried to stop her and I took my chain off I said get my chain back if you want to leave get my chain she grabbed my face everything like literally I did not hit her one time I did not hit her one time so as we're driving back um as we're driving back I got out the car I told her I said you cannot have your keys cuz she's super drunk I knew if she get in the car a chance of her getting a car accident or whatever she get my key she falls out right there as you can see her her her her her her her tears are still right there like she she fell out I so I carried her back I stopped right there because she was getting heavy and it's a heel so I carried her back up she let me go so she got out she got on everything and then after that I think I told her I said go ahead I said go I gave her a keys but I at the end of the day I've been on her 2 years I took her sandal cuz I know she's not leaving I took the sandals brought her sandals which are the Gucci sandals right there and she give me my sandals give me my sandals give me my I left the door y came back in no no no no no no no she was still laying right there I came back in give me my sandals give me my sandals and then uh the door was still going L she took this she threw it down there she took that one threw it down there oh you going to have a lot of problems to deal with so I don't know when and where but she started screaming rap rap ah rap rap rap she end up coming I called that's when I called uh I called the police she got the banging at my door and I told them do you guys hear her right now do you guys if you guys have that recorded you guys can hear she was banging Out My Back Door about to kick it in before she kicked in I opened it she where the [ __ ] is my sandwi I'm out of here I'm out of here I said you don't need to go anywhere right now I told I literally if you ask her I told her you can Uber I'm not letting you drive what did she do she grabbed my chandelier I'm not doing that to my own home she grabbed my chandelier pulled it down she start taking golf balls me um pool table balls throwing them at the wall throw them at the window that's why when you came in and put the gun up I was holding her because literally she was going to she was her objective was to break my TV her objective was to break my TV I swear I did not do anything she called her friend so you so what you're telling me is the reason why after I came in and seen you over her is cuz you were trying to restrain her no yes from taking the golf the the pool t ball cuz that's what she did like 10 seconds before we walked in she was taking them and just throwing them throwing them I probably have a dent over here in my wall and I know for a fact I have to have some type of Dent over here she was L literally throwing them aiming for the windows and aiming at the TVs she's a if you breathalizer right now I can tell you she's extremely drunk she I don't we never had no nothing like this that's why I told her like I literally looked in her face 10 times said what is wrong with you as you can see my shirt she pulling my shirt she SC my face everything I did not touch her I did not hit her I didn't know anything her thing was oh I called him first so you're going to go to jail anyways and I said why would you call the police I didn't do anything to you I'm trying to get you to be safe if you get in the C you're going to crash you're going to do something you're drunk you're drunk that's why I literally just called her mom she didn't even call her mom I called her mom and told her what was happening she said you guys were just cool a minute ago I know that's why I said yo something's wrong with her something's wrong with her I don't want to press any charges oh it's it's past be on that it doesn't matter what you want I'm here and you got injuries the officer documented the man's minor injuries and took photos of the damage to the house see your [Music] hands FP over yeah I'm fine I'm fine I'm fine this is like literally we were leaving to go to her um cuz we stay here but she got a a hotel the last couple days cuz she some Instagram stuff with another female she got mad about it she left we came back we had lunch at a at augustin's down I'm not from here but aug's down in Midtown we came back hey you want to get get some liquor yeah let's get some more came back in everything we're tell I get chance like come outside and talk to me just like do what I'm saying now everything [Applause] take your breath we are here to help you meanwhile the assisting officer spoke with the woman who claimed she was the one who called the police first and insisted she was the victim she was upset that the first officer hadn't spoken to her initially the assisting Officer De escalated the situation and explained that it didn't matter who called first she room I said let's go yeah want to go so yeah of course what's going on I Lally call you guys first she walked in while he's holding me down on the pool table tell myself when I'm yelling help and she want to hear his side of the story Story how does that work okay everything that she asked me I comply to now she wants to hear his story she's saying hold on I said I have the right of freed of freedom of speech to tell you what I went through if he if you walk in no no no I'm talking to him please thank you if you walk in and he's holding me down on the pool table and I'm yelling help what the what are you going to think I have my own car out there I called my friend to at least come help and pick me up and I told her I said I call my friend to pick me up and then I can literally show you that but my phone's in the car I didn't say I can go get the phone you can go get the phone yourself and I'm still right now waiting for her to get back and you can literally call her and speak to her yourself and she wants to hear just his side of the story it's not that she wants to hear his side of the story no she said hold on I'm not talk this to you wait yes it is she wants to hear just his side of the story if you walk in he's literally holding me down on the pool table and I'm yelling help you literally want to hear his side of the story so I'm worked up because at the same time I'm yelling usually whoever we want to speak to as the first party it's who we grab if he I didn't understand it but it's the same time if you walk in and you holding your gun up and you see him holding me down of the neighbors heard what was going on they called I'm help yes 100% they heard what I'm assuming was that falling and said that a possible gunshot went off okay so her reaction that officer when she came in that is her mentality of what's going going on okay so if she pointed it at you or at him or or whatever that is the mentality she was in when she came understand but I'm saying if I'm coming in you see him holding me down the p t and I'm yelling help why are you pointing at me and I'm complying with everything that you're saying you say get down on the floor she told him to get on the floor he got down on the floor you telling me to get on the floor and then I'm trying to tell you what's happening and you telling him come out step outside with me and I'm literally you walked in when you see him holding me down from the PO table so like what what does that look like right I understand that but again from the mentality of her coming in it was no different than me driving like crazy to get here okay was that a gun possibly went off when we come we don't know who did that it could have been you it could have been him and what we do in our investigation is give everyone a fair chance to give their side of the story the same way I'm listening to you and talking to you I like to like it like roll that over to her because she did not do the same thing I understand that's why I specifically as when you came in I said can I speak with you because I was willing to speak with you and she did not do the same that's why she was by herself it's a little bit different it's a little bit different but she was here pointing it at me so you got to understand if you have a gun pointed at you and you're not doing anything and you're the one yelling help you're going to feel a specific way all right well I'm sorry you feel that way okay but when we come into situations like that we don't treat anyone any differently because I don't know you different than him okay so what she he's doing is getting his side of the story because you wouldn't want the same way you want to be heard okay it wouldn't be fair to only listen to you and not to him the same way it wouldn't be fair to only listen to him and not listen to you okay you are to be heard you're going to be heard okay now that everything's calm and everyone's separated I just need you to take a deep breath I'm background okay yeah you have to be you have to be fair about that too speak to her but if she's the investigating officer at least give your side of the story of what happened no it's not worth it to jail you're safe now we're here okay that's number one number two we're going to conduct our investigation they're conducting their investigation um I don't know what he's saying where where he's at with all that but they're going to want to talk to you if you don't want to speak to her that's fine but you'll speak to someone okay that's helping her out okay to give your okay I understand that retrieve her phone and purse so she could inform her friend that everything was fine throughout she kept insisting that she should have been the first to tell her side of the story like such feeling that I'm not heard when I'm the one who call in this right but here's the thing no one's not listening to you I if you see somebody P down on on the table when you walk walk in what are you going to to the officer that you just spoke with he said you he did not observe any injuries ask anything so this whole time he was talking to you he didn't observe anything no we Lally spoke about the situation in about two okay so I ask what I me battery Family Violence all right you want to take your property with you or you leave okay get 230 check on one F custody she was charged with battery and transported to Fulton County Jail I'm the one who call for help and I'm getting arrested you literally walked in on me getting pinned down on the pool table being harassed and you're arresting me
