2024 a serious vehicle crash occurred when a passenger lost control and attacked the driver the incident took place in a busy area but thankfully no other vehicles were involved in the mishap the situation escalated when the police arrived at the scene when the older brother in a state of intoxication became aggressive and physically confronted the driver leading to the accident who all involved who involved hold on stop we're not doing this all right hold on it's okay I you're fine fine what's going myle okay um my son was driving my other son to a farm cuz he had been drinking at our house4 35 he's just going to try to get we just had him in hey get out the road we over here we can over here come on let's go the street come come over here yeah sir I'm get freaking out like this 4:45 one miss m the thing why you freaking out like this huh huh why you out like this the BMW that H3 right there you know I was driving that [ __ ] you hey [ __ ] here hey you about to get Ted dude understand me stop that do you hear me in the car get in the car sorry get in the car the unlock you got it sit down weapons on got his waist man oh V what's your name you look familiar the officers quickly assess the scene noting the damage to the vehicle and the nearby street sign initial confusion arose regarding the presence of another vehicle but it was soon clarified that no other parties were involved the police focused on calming the situation ensuring the safety of both brothers and gathering information about the incident he hello so this my older son this is my other son he offered to drive him out to our farm cuz he was drinking he was getting a little loud at our house we live here yes and so he's like I'll drive him I was like I'll drive him he said no I he didn't want him alone with me so he offered to drive he got to like right here and he said he just went crazy and and he just like attacked him while he was driving so I don't know you can explain the P of SEC cuz that's his brother obviously I got you he attacked him as they went to get into the he just thank God no other cars are involved but my husband's on his way he's at work we live right in here where's the other vehicle no other vehicle right he avoided you need ambulance man you don't need one so you don't need how old are you I'm okay how old is he during the investigation it was revealed that the older brother did not have his ID or phone complicating the officer's efforts to confirm his identity and recent activities he doesn't have an ID lost his phone like I said we just got out of Meridian and I feel terrible for even letting him I should have just I don't know my husband wasn't there work it's my car was my car freak okay so apparently uh freaking they were riding down the road I guess this kid's been drinking so he offered to drive him somewhere cuz I guess he was getting hostile towards family or something and oh damn they hit the sign over there too yeah oh they okay they came from right there I guess that's what huh they hit this PO yeah I'm sure they hit the pole FP coming bro for now yeah can I get one of my man do you have an ID on you no sir is it in the car or you just don't have one house I can have my daughter bring it it's all good yeah I ran that it's registered to her the police learned from the family that the aggressive actions were out of character for the older brother suggesting that his reaction might have been exacerbated by alcohol despite the volatile situation the younger brother was not seriously harmed and the vehicle though damaged had not caused any injuries to other Road users after ensuring that no medical attention was needed and that the scene was safe the officers proceeded with their protocol documenting the damage and taking statements from both brothers and their mother hey you need an ambulance for any reason huh you need an ambulance for any reason I I ambulance what's up I don't need him cuz y'all were in a crash no you know you don't no okay all right sh oh I was talking to him I said I'm not a what's he used sorry what's he used besides alcohol meth well not not recently he like he's on it right now his head if he is I don't know how because he's like unless he doesn't have a phone he's been out to our farm and back and we're his Transportation like I don't think he but he acts crazy he complicated situation A man mentioned that he had worked as an electrician in Puerto Rico and currently needed to work in a domestic role the officers repeatedly instructed the man not to hit the car despite these warnings the man inadvertently repeated that he hit the car escalating the situation are you electrician too man I worked in Puerto Rico for the nature of this we still need to work as a domestic yeah work the domestic part of Well's your choice oh sry irrelevant if we take the 93 since he was since the victim was the driver will they come do a crash report well that's what I'm I ask them when they get here and see if not we here let's let's not do any of that okay okay what all that hit in the car okay hit what hit in the car don't hit the car I a hit the car okay well I guess in the car huh I hit the metal bars in the okay well let don't hit that either okay I didn't touch Blass okay I I don't know if you're following me don't touch I'm not following you don't yeah well I'm going to tell you following I'm going to tell you I'm going to pepper spray you if you hit your the the officers warned the man that if he continued to hit the car they would have to use pepper spray to stop him unfortunately the situation reached that point and the officers used pepper spray as a last resort okay I'm going pepper spray you yes sir I don't care okay I don't care if you don't care I'm going to tell you to get in the car okay yeah I'm in the car okay you hit my car again we're going to pepper spray you that's all if you hit my car again we're going to pepper spray you put your move your feet I told you H the [Music] car hit in the car you can get air you can get air you can sit right there sit down sit down I need some fresh air okay well you getting fresh air right here but you're not going any further okay I asked you very nicely to not hit the car and I told you what the consequences were did I not okay and it's right here on my camera that I asked you nicely okay okay I just don't want him to get loose from out of here it's some deep some you got some water somebody got some water following this the officers shifted their focus to providing care to the Man by trying to flush out his eyes with water to to alleviate the burning sensation caused by the pepper spray they repeatedly asked him to open his eyes and attempted to clean his face with gloves showing concern for his well-being despite the earlier confrontation y'all got some water K you got some water I just want to flush his eyes up that'll work Open Your Eyes Open Your Eyes they good better hold on do it again [Music] uhuh you wi wi uh you got we'll get a glove and see if we can wipe them okay turn around just get you some fresh air you're taking that like a champ Ain going lie a choice hey you got any water ster I don't lean forward if you're going to spit can you watch him I'm going go see if I got some water in my car I'll get some gloves the incident ended with the man facing several legal charges including resisting an officer without violence simple battery and criminal mischief the damage he caused to the car was valued between $200 and $111,000 that wraps up our case of an
