when you drop you better stay right where you're at that dog's going to bite you on April 11th 2023 an officer while sitting in his parked Patrol vehicle noticed a man driving without a seat belt additionally he discovered that the man's license plate had expired as soon as the officer tried to make contact with the driver the man fled at a very high speed what happened next escalated the whole case ex me a 12f Northbound on Nova from Isabel white male driver white female passenger that be shut down all right stand by they're going down Knox drive into the mobile home park here which is kind of a dead end traffic yeah he's going in this dead end here he doesn't know what he's doing so if someone can get down here he's going have to pass me again but now he might be going to the back way hang on Cut Down Normandy uh hang on I lost sight for a second he's going to be going down Normandy back out towards Isabelle it's an older model Nissan mostly silver but the back bumper is black with like spray Paine or graffiti on it the officers deployed a stop stick which was effective in damaging the car's Wheels after which it crashed into a private lawn here it comes Grass Grass 25 coming your way [Applause] there he is show me your hands show me your hands now there's a box right here in the woods here are you good I don't know what's happening please hey are you 104 [Applause] what the know why he did that she's got a bunch of oh my dog my dog he so my baby out their hands up [Music] walking uh Deputy or somebody in gray pants and a black shirt that's the driveway of the house that uh that is behind the house where he ran from you want to put her in my car or you want to put her in I don't know why he did that though I swear okay this is your dog yeah I didn't know he was getting I don't know him like that we right here you have anything on your person we need to know about before you go in the back of my car I'm so scared no please why am I getting I'm going to make sure you don't have anything in your pockets nothing on your person let my dog die I don't know why he did that dog is not going to die I know but she all right have a seat I promise you I didn't know why he was doing that get in I'm sorry pleas is he going to bite me probably okay get in the car you [Applause] want hello what an exciting day yeah holy crap so obviously you have a car in your backyard oh yeah yeah it's pretty um unusual yeah so right now when they were coming in they wind up glancing off your pole here I just replaced that when they dropped the tree into it okay and then on the other side of your house over here that's all sprinkler yeah it was a sprinkler and then uh must yeah they missed that one where the hell so your down spot as well so and then your uh your petow over here no those were dead they must have gone Airborne when they hit that they must have been up yeah obviously because that there's not enough room in here they yeah I'm I'm yeah I'm surprised they were able to make it back here so is anybody pushing through the woods from an West is that a sprinkler oh no the driver had fled the scene but the police believed that he wouldn't have run far the whole area was being surveyed by them and their Chopper is anybody pushing through the woods from anest 45 behind that uh yeah the guy that we're looking for has no no shirt blue jeans okay we're somebody ran from the police from police yeah yeah yeah we had a a guy run from the cops we haven't found him so we're just looking for him okay white guy with no shirt andar all they see they can find all right so you say you don't know why you're in did he say anything to you who is that guy to you I even like see each but I don't I'm not known him that long like how long have you known him 3 weeks you know his name he says Adam but he goes by Jonathan I don't know his name's Adam but he goes by Jonathan patch I don't know and then when he pulled when he pulled back there he just thre the black he threw the box at me then I grabbed my dog cuz I just wanted to get away from the car and then I don't know through what box at you there through Black Box okay so he was holding on to that the entire time no you got an ant on you I want you get no it was it was behind the the thingy behind what thingy I don't know what you call the console like the middle part yeah okay here watch told me to get the out and he took off running and I just grabbed my dog and stuff and tried to so is he has two first names than Jonathan his first his last name starts with a K but you don't know exactly iser or something or something I don't know okay all right put your feet in for me well uh um he ran back there uh the other officer was going to see if he went back to the car so we're going to like I said we're going to try to get him and uh get him into some saf keeping let me out I don't know why no like I said we're the officer that was uh the one that initially tried to traffic stop you guys is the one that's going to come and interview further reference to all this okay like you said I'm here because I was one of the uh officers that was part of this whole thing there's definitely the possibility to to move north it just starts to get pretty dense it's under the grass but there's a a solid Road where a wrecker can come back that way okay and we can pull I'll move the boat and he can pull it out that way that works if who's who's going to supply the recer I guess oh we we Supply okay I'll work with them when they get here okay um but as far as the actual crash portion of it there is no insurance on the car of course so yeah I don't know if you're going to be able to go after the opposite I'm there's no damage there's there there's no damage okay I just want to confirm that I just want to confirm that through you sure um obviously parts and pieces and stuff like that officers found a woman who showed them the CCTV footage of the moment when the suspect fled so this is your driveway here correct ma'am camer is that that's from the corner front corner of the house okay so he actually looks like he runs right down the driveway of the neighbor's house like it looks like he was right down their driveway according to this I'm going to swap these cuffs out cuz they belong to him and he's got to leave so so does he have a big does he have a big tattoo on his no it's on his face on his face yes cuz one of the officers that saw him when he drove past him said he had a big tattoo it looked like it was on his neck there was a guy named David that he looked up that's an associate of yours D David Brown I think he said it was Justin has a tattoo on his neck and he's in jail all right we're actually crossing the canal right now going to the other side some yeah come on come on good boy off BL BL BL no no soon the police found the man hiding in a tree got a taser on you keep working your way down down right if you try to run you're going to get dog bit or tased if you produce a weapon I will kill you you better slowly come down that tree with nothing in your hand answer us to you we know you can hear us dude say something CW down crawl down crawl down the tree he's not he's trying to run away listen up dude you're not getting anywhere so get down right now you're going to end up breaking your leg get out of the tree watch the dog watch that nor North but he's literally in a tree right now trying to climb it like hard you're about to get bit when you drop you better stay right where you're at that dog's gonna bite you don't move don't move do not move do grab the here get the dog he's fine the dog can stay on I got him I got him I got him just hold that arm I got him you're an idiot dudey hold it hold it hang truth it's Brandon either Brandon or David no you just said no Jonathan or Adam he all of a sudden I just see a shoe and like black pants up there in that thing and it wasn't moving the first like is it a like a mannequin and then I couldn't see his upper body at all and then McDow is like oh yeah that's him and then he literally comes all the way out here to like this branch and just hangs on by an arm and finally he's like I guess I can't do it and just drops ready all right we're going to roll to my side here all right sit up you're going to take a leg fold it underneath you and then you stand up all right oh hold him right here we're going to search him for me all right let's go you guys CL right my shoes are wet because of you who uh faed him McDow nice now though here B that last shoe off got it's okay I live in the city I know I check everyone all right swing your feet inside for me in a minute the fire department will be here to check you out and we'll get the taser probe out and go from there all right watch foot yeah well I mean he made it evident pretty quick he wasn't the moment he flipped that U-turn on Nova and just took off what was he saying the whole rest of the time cuz he was driving all over the place for I mean what a good 10 15 minutes from us it felt it could have been very well they could have I don't know I mean he had to have said something to you right at some point I know but I was freaking the [ __ ] out I didn't know when to go and when to stop because like my dog like I want my dog and like I want to get out and I can't I understand what what was he saying just that he loves me and this and like I don't really I don't understand do you ever say why he was running what about today how' you guys get together in the car he hasn't left me since then okay do you want today this morning is he trying to make you his girlfriend no it's it's it's like that but it's just it's very very very overwhelming yeah where you guys been stay on the dash like it's just too soon for all that cuz literally this guy that I was seeing having a hard time seeing because like I K over after I got out of jail and like he was still messing around is in jail right now and like I just don't know how to feel about like all that and dog bite dog B to the leg as long as you guys say he's good to go where's the dog B at the leg spin buddy what's your name Adam what is it Adam when was the last time you what the happened though like he threw some out of the car he threw the car like in the park when did he throw stuff out of the car I don't even know like it happens so fast it's like like around here or before this no like right when we stop like I don't know so here's the thing I'm just going to ask one more time for my own peace of mind I'm not trying to call you a liar but do I need to have a female officer come down here and search you do you have anything on you I mean literally like I have nothing on me I just wanted do you have much nasty do you have anything in you because when you get to the jail they will have you Squat and cough and I've had it before no okay just making sure I had a lady give birth to a crack rock inside the jail one time that was about the size of her F I went for my pre- tri um uh what is it called violation uhhuh this girl had a rock aale in her belly button I didn't know a belly button
