water and then um I called him out she
got out on the main field and we're like
is that through this gate yeah she
didn't get through right here I'll show
you where she got through it's like all
the way on that side so more out of
center field or like the center field
tunnel gate yeah yeah okay so there work
that she she just yeah cuz it's just a
pin you pull out the ground P it and ran
and that's when we're
like to make a move so she ran across
like all the way around she kept trying
to jump over and meanwhile he's on the
phone

to get her to stop she tried getting
into yes tried getting into the seats of
the stadium he prevented her from that
so he took the initiative and tackled
her and then I held down her arm okay
and then that's when I picked up his
phone again I was on line with the
officers like hey they're out the game
we need to let them in so I had trying
to figure out how to I had to let him go
I'm like all right good luck and then I
let you guys in she's fighting him
standing up again okay I'll show you
where we found her but like I said
there's no

thing is I think she was waiting she's
she has to either have a vehicle park
somewhere far uh either all the way back
down there we just walked up cuz you can
see from the distance us going in and
out theate you can see the delay and how
slow the gate is so my thing is she was

leave following a training incident at
the Charlotte Kenny Sheriff's office
earlier this year the cops are people
that have that have issues like
everybody else the sheriff's office
tried to get kovalski to come in for an
evaluation weeks before her arrest she
refused we sent law enforcement expert
Dave Thomas the court records and
Internal Affairs report it's tragic that
it happen this way and and but you know
at some point you
know you can't make somebody do
something that they don't want to do you
don't know if it's a mental health
history you don't know if it's substance
abuse history or you don't don't know if
it's a combination of the two kovalski
