though case no huh that female was not his car stopped him all the way back here and he slow to here where he stopped and his girlfriend ran around the corner oh even better so she's trying yeah I'm not trying to see what's going on he asked me to bring him his phone grab his phone from me I'm trying to see why can't I get it because we are in the middle of an investigation he's not from our Police Department I told you to stay over there didn't I I backed up I back up I wasn't close to them I'm trying to tell her just keep giving me some like she kept trying to like go on the car okay so we got bxp b p 1292 bpx e dude it's a different upper and a different lower all right we're going to throw he began to complain about being unable to breathe I can't breathe what do you mean you can't breathe talking right now and a heart m i needy yeah but it's not with me that's the whole the car okay I'm asking for more I'm I'm in cffs where am I going to go dude people try to jump out the window all the time bro what the this so clowned out bro I'm not letting yes I'm not letting you make phone calls touch my phone because you're telling people to come to the traffic stop I don't need more people here to cause more scenes I came from right here right here sweet is right here I'm not talking to you I just talked to the officers who stopped your that's your boyfriend and I will that's my girlfriend I will explain to you what's going on okay because now I have the full story but when you tried to go past me and try to get to the officers I didn't try to get to the office I try to close my car door when you try to get when you try to walk up on a traffic stop while they're in the middle of an investigation that's my boyfriend I don't know what's going on I see his car pull up to my sleep right here and I seen lights and ran out cond listen to me they conducted the traffic stop when they walked up to the vehicle they could see cannabis in plain sight the car smells like weed clearly somebody's been smoking in it you can't smoke in a vehicle it's like having open alcohol when they asked him to step out he didn't want to step out I heard him ask why he had to step out I was right here I can't soon as I see R condu the search based on the odor and visual observances of cannabis when you come onto the scene it's fine if you want to stand on the corner and iive I was right here got door y said cuz I I tried to close the door I didn't know if y'all said y'all had to search the car I would say okay okay but no way said that I kept asking what's going on I said that's my boyfriend I'm trying to see what's going on with him you didn't make it no better you still you're still not letting me talk to you you immediately became IAP anded you asking me you noty tring to trying to explain to you what's going on conf the female started arguing with the officers defending herself and her boyfriend so I'm trying to talk to somebody what's going oness what they're dealing with him who's tensing up and doesn't want to get the car search and all this other stuff so when that happens they have to deal with that they can't deal with you at the same time okay and then when I come up and I for what I knew I thought you were in the car with them you I didn't know so you you wasn't the one I need to be talking to then that's why I so so then when you come in when you come in from a completely different place and start to obstruct the investigation of their traffic I'm asking What's happen multi there's multiple officers moving you around told you stay over there you told me stay and he taking my phone to my head phones for what you have no reason to be touching none of my stuff listen to me I don't like when phone calls are made and people are telling me it's my safety my boyfriend safety so yes I'mma tell somebody to come up here so they can see what's going and that's completely fine y'all could you're extremely safe until you try and I feel like that's get in the way of an investigation I feel like that's fine and for my own safety yes I told my cousin to come up here so she can see what's going on too and that's fine as that you had no reason to touch my phone take none of my stuff you're not listening to me there's been plenty of times where people have come up on traffic stops and cause a giant scene that we don't need can you loosen up the right hand on the cuff it's bending my damn wrist like what the hell hold on they act like I just murdered somebody like what the hold on which one is it the right really both that hurt bro let me see what we got going hold on y'all been in the all over like what the bro I'm going do the left first right kind of like when you walked up on the traffic stop and how i c s I'm asking what's going on you wasn't helping me pushing me doing extra for try to suped and I'm see no no let me explain something to you without you screaming at me and we can have a conversation about this okay it would be in your best interest to listen to what I have to tell you okay cuz I'm going to explain exactly why you're under arrest at this point okay do you want to listen or no [Applause] you could explain to him he could see him just listen officer Dill doesn't work for the police department that I work for he's assisting us with this okay when police officers make a traffic stop people are more than welcome to come up and videotape from a safe distance and that's why you're in custody it's a misdemeanor okay you can bond out tonight good one of Y go close and lock my sweet door then where do you work in this one yes I all my stuff is on the floor we will make sure that we get that taken care of before you let out of here so before you get in the car before you get in my cousin can't come get the car I want to make sure that we can get what you need from your business okay so this is a salon there's multiple Suites right you rent out one of the Suites if you just come in there with me I'll show you where everything is say what officer officer nickel we will make sure that it's locked up for you you could put your property whatever you need in there okay this is your car right it's my mama car okay um let me grab your phone and your airpod cuz that's still in the car shortly after she was taken to the police unit we're not coming undone not with the way not not with the way that things happen I can't even get it here oh my God right now is there a key he is my site is there a pin code all right well this is secure that's the best we can do we don't have a key to get in here and you don't know the the code you said do you know anybody that you work with that has a suite next to you that you can call oh no okay you're going to go with her okay yes sir what are you do for you what's up man what's going on what's up man my little sister okay I'll let her make a phone call to you you want to talk to her through the window no told me to talk to you she told you to talk to us yeah the off over there oh uh well she's under arrest uhuh and I'll let her know that you're here and she can make whatever phone calls to you it's a misdemeanor at this point um and she'll get bonded out all right all right going go right here huh going tell you right there no she's going to go to this is that's Orland Hills she's going to go to 1501 in uh rinia it's city is that Orland Park oh Orland Park got a different Police Department yeah there's Orland Hills and then Orland Park that's two different cities yep are you guys still on or no yeah we're still on we're just like backtracking like double tracking do that gun was hidden like well with like trash and all around it and it you couldn't see it the way the crossbar goes under the seat and like the way the seat's like built like you could only see so far from the looking from the front and then when you move the seat all the way up and look from the back like it's like there's a bunch of on top of it he was totally like reaching around like this you know what I'm saying 100% yep I just came out my Suite I don't know what's going on that's what whole thing he arrested me cuz I called my cousin asked her to come up here that's really why he arrested me you yeah I asked if he was coming here this my first time getting arrested I don't know how this go I'm just trying to figure out what's going on with him is he going to be okay I know I'm going to be fine I didn't just do his clown ass arrested me cuz I called my cousin to come up here now tell me though I had my ear poot in my ear I didn't get irrit of course I'm irritated cuz I'm trying to figure out what's going on and he wasn't telling me while I'm trying to see what's going on he took my earpod out my ear that's when I got irritated cuz what's your purpose of taking my airpod I don't care if I'm on the phone with somebody of course I want somebody else to know what's going on and he didn't arrest me until I he heard me tell my cousin to come up here and then that's when I got irritated he talking about something I'm trying to do I don't know most crownest ever right now the male was charged with aggravated unlawful use of weapon possession of Controlled Substances resisting arrest obstruction of ID and seat belt violation the female was charged with resisting arrest YouTube thinks you'll love the video
