I'm no >> Why you in the first place, man? >> Huh? >> I just want to get my truck in yard. That's it. >> Brother, look. >> Brother, then why'd you get out right here? Why'd you take off on me? What was the point? >> Scared of what? >> What are you going to do to you? >> Who's going to take care of my mom and brother? We'll try to figure that out. Sit in the car. >> Stand by. >> Because we know you have a warrant. When you have a warrant, whether misdemeanor or not, you're a fugitive from justice. And you know, Dwayne, very well from having dealt with us in the past that we're coming for you. >> Well, boss, man, I was going to tell myself >> Yeah. I you know in the past you've said that and we don't believe you. >> Yeah, I always have. >> Okay. Well, >> nobody's ever had you running. >> No. No, just me. >> When? >> Yeah. You know, exactly. When you got involved in that case, you pulled that lady's hair. I got you on video doing that. >> Chased me. >> Well, no one I didn't chase you. >> You never chased me. >> Oh, chase? Yeah. Yeah, I did. >> This is the first time anybody ever >> Not only did I chase you, but you know what? You pulled your truck up in the back and you spray painted it black. >> So, I Yes, you did. >> No, I did not. >> Um, you know why he's going to jail, I would assume. Right. >> Um VIOP. >> Yeah. So then he decided to run and make a misdemeanor into felony. Right. Driving without any lights on, running from the police. Um that >> then he runs and he bails out. Yeah. So all he had was just a misdemeanor and now he's turned into a felony. We're probably going to be looking at season. >> How far did he Where was he at when he >> Oh, at old Rachel's house. >> Oh, really? >> Yeah. Mhm. >> That's great. >> Shocker, right? >> Yeah. >> Having her kid act as a lookout, too. Using her kid. It's pretty. >> I I'm pretty sure she's the whole reason that he has these charges in the first place. >> I don't know if these were from him or I think these may have been from Jolene. >> No. Well, the new charges are from Jolene. He had to take a probation. They they made him take the probation. They said they're going to revoke his bond if he didn't. >> And he didn't know any better that he they couldn't do that. So, he took it. And but yeah, that was from some kind of >> So, where where did he where did he come out of? Where was he hiding at? Um, he must have been up here somewhere. >> Somewhere. Okay. >> Yeah, cuz he was right. He came out in front of his lawn mower. >> Okay. >> But he was way over the guy was way over there and I heard him say freeze and that's where I looked where the light was. >> Okay. >> Well, I'm glad I'm glad to make my decision on things knowing where he was at where he's not supposed to be at. >> Yeah. To the girl that got him in trouble. He goes back to her. I don't understand that. Why does he always go back to her? >> I don't know. Same reason I keep going back to him stupid. and he says he don't talk to her anymore and blah. >> Oh yes. Yeah. >> But she I you know she she would love to know that I'm here. Like I'm sure this that's what probably cause all the fights in the first place cuz he thinks he can have two girlfriends. But >> I don't see why a guy ever thinks that's going to work out. >> I know. >> You know unless the two girls are >> lives so close and unless the two girls are okay with it. But like but they ain't like how does he think that's going to work out? >> All right. You just want to hang out in the camper. All right. >> Yeah, that cool. >> Yeah, just hang out in the camper. I mean, we're just going to be here for a little while going through the pickup truck, getting it towed out, maybe getting his getting his patrol car towed out. >> Yeah, good luck with all the >> uh won't be the first roachinfested vehicle that >> we've gone through. If he's saying something about giving me stuff in his home, >> no, whatever he has in his pocket is going with him to jail. If he wants to turn it over to you, then he can do that inmate release form to what whatever he needs to do and you can pick it up from the jail. But >> I think it's just some cash that was in his pocket. >> He was arrested on his active discussion >> and additionally charged with attempting to elude a law enforcement officer with lights and sirens activated, resisting an officer without violence and violating probation. He was taken to the Sheriff Perry Hall inmate detention facility where he is being held without bond.
