on July 1st 2024 a leard police officer on patrol noticed a vehicle parked after hours at Ericson Park in Gail's Ferry Connecticut inside a man was seen in an unusual State nearly naked wearing cuffs on his wrists and ankles black stockings and women's underwear and a bra you got a license on you uh yeah I think I didn't you think you what I think I didn't grab it might well wallet did you to grab your wallet right okay how much you had to drink tonight uh I'm not sure okay you had drinks earlier at home right okay and then and where'd you go after that uh home and then they just decided to come here and sit okay you're home you came here and sat that's it that's all we did right who else is at home with you just me just you okay we get me up with somebody or you just comeing here to sit
