drunk you need a bre her car right now before she goes you need breath laser driver of that sing each way as Sheed into that car all right he saw Britney lever sit in the car she was talking strangely and she looked unsteady when he asked if she had been drinking Britney said she had only had one glass of wine she said she wasn't drunk but was upset because of something personal Britney said she had just argued with her boyfriend trying to steer the conversation away from her drinking hi I'm sorry just hold on a second man right Sor well um you been drinking tonight um I had a whyne why uh somebody just said stated that you may may be drinking you swerving do you have your A license on you I'm fine honestly got to fight with my boyfriend I just want to go home well what's going on what happened to your boyfriend we're we we're supposed to be engaged and she's been cheating on me with his first girlfriend from like 5 years ago honestly like right now I'm trying to like my cousin lives on and I would I'll keep my car here and I'll just go to okay just hold on one second officer Loop felt the situation was serious so he called a DWI task force for a proper check soon Sergeant Rory Miller and officers bi aner aroyo Mark Lombardi and Damon Bates came to do sobriety tests however Britany refused to cooperate in a mix of tears and frustration she demanded to speak with her father Dr Jeffrey lever a councilman in nearby Saddle River and even name drops saddle River's mayor okay let me just explain to you what happened so we we got a phone call that your car was blocking the driveway but the driveway is right here yes I know I understand that but your bumper is overlapping the the line of the driveway hi officer I'm just trying to leave I I am so sorry I parked in this I thought right here is like the garage like I'm so sorry I'll go to right now you can't leave right stay here for now just just hold on a second all right we got we got we're situated in a police responsible Britney was let go to her mom's care while she was being processed Britney's attitude changed a lot sometimes she argued and other times she seemed like she had given up showing how
