on May 3rd 2023 officers were called to an apartment complex for a domestic dispute in chambley Georgia upon arrival the male resident answered the door and explained a day of arguing with his intoxicated girlfriend while they hadn't gotten physical or broken anything his girlfriend refused to leave and wouldn't let him leave either [Music] sh H all right you I did but she tell down we had a little situation where just arguing yeah she's on the phone with her girl the guy is walking around but she's naked so I'll come right here I who who else is in there that's our r y already got a file that's her she's sitting there talking to her yeah she's there who else is in there that's just my girlfriend that's it just y two well it's girlfriend trying to get been here what's going on today okay so all day she's been antagonizing me I've been on the couch she been in the room she just been coming in the room coming in the room [ __ ] with me all day [ __ ] with you just why you not talking to me I don't want to talk to you go back to the room leave me alone iidea take all the lights out all the lights are out so she proba who else is in here nobody in here just her just her you can tell pull her out I pull light okay so she's you for ignoring her all right so she drunk no I got you all right so sir can you step over here so I can talk to you this door I know I just need keep an eye let me keep that door open so she was yelling you for ignoring them and then what for IGN and pretty much all day she just been take I'm like you can leave she's been on the phone with these trying to get my stuff out of the room she's throwing my stuff out into the hallway and then she broke you know just moving stuff not really breaking just throwing stuff around so she just like what are we doing so she so you tried to grab stuff to leave and then she what you was just grabbing stuff from you well I C it out of the closet I was just trying to get stuff out of the closet and then she went close the door wouldn't let me in so then when she finally let me in she's just you know putting stuff just wherever so I'm like okay whatever I'm not going to deal with it so I've been going back and forth in the room out of the room trying to tell her just leave you can just leave you're not you know what I'm saying you don't pay nothing here you don't have to be here you can leave she don't want to leave so it's just been one of those all day back and forth I'm not saying nothing I'm in here now trying to watch TV and mind my D so I'm not touching her dealing with her no more I just want her she won't leave so I got to stay here so I'm staying how long have you how long has she lived here she's been with me since November all right well I'm pretty sure we've been out before so you know the eviction process and all I've read the reports we've been out here before so you're familiar with the whole we can't kick her out you can't kick you out type thing so already know that did she break anything or was she just throwing it around she didn't break so she was just rearranging your room rearranging so I took the light bug because she took me in sitting there showing herself you took which light buls in the lamps in the room like if you don't pay for nothing you don't use nothing so I took the lamps I put all the I'm actually packing up all of my dishes getting everything that I have get me packed so if I have to leave I'm going to leave she won't leave she I mean she just won't leave I got you the situation took an unexpected turn when officers spoke with the girlfriend finding her naked they requested she put on clothes before explaining her side of the story her version of events blamed the boyfriend for the argument claiming only clothes were thrown peacefully I want you out and then what happen he said and I'm naked so I literally just got out of the tub just got shower in the tub uh he post you in the tub as well right while you yes he came in the bathroom he he actually just came to pee so there was no knock on the door I'm already in the TU he just came in to back and came to pee came to pee I'm like um well no warning right just just keep doing it because you already feel this type of way about me supposedly but y a break or anything like that me and him are going through an emotional thing yes okay um did you get this to guys no at any to him at you no no so was just like he when I got out the tub yes he started to throw the cooes out of the closet and do all that stuff and try to make it seem like I was doing it because I'm like okay if you're going to leave it get the rest of your CL I'm helping them like if you're going to do that then do it okay Sol talk I so uh so how we solving this tonight because here's the thing okay so it was just throwing clothes nothing got broken no one got hurt or anything she didn't nothing happed so there's really there's really nothing like that but I just can't leave this on a cliff note right here I need to find some sort of a solution I will stay on the couch for tonight I will get a restraining order or a fiction started tomorrow and she will have to beat Val within 30 days that's pretty much what we get okay so you think if you sleep in one room she sleeps in how many bedrooms are in there just one bedom so you share a one-bedroom apartment with your ex-girlfriend and you don't get along with we just started not we just became ex like we W even exes a week this is new and she just a reason ex because of this no I got you but the one bedroom thing really doesn't her room reigniting the argument prompting her boyfriend to call for help again this time officers encountered the woman naked in the hallway after convincing her to dress the story took another twist the boyfriend claimed she had broken a camera and TV after leaving the room M you please put some clothes on I try to oh yeah put some clothes on put some clothes on [Music] all and can you stand you where the TV is stand right there sir the woman's extreme intoxication made it impossible for officers to get a clear explanation of her actions 6 both parties you just wa outside are St all right room and come in get his items out of the room which you would see up out of here um I did not approach him until he approached me sir okay when I came out of the room it was to let him know we were so I don't even know how much of it where's it at it was I don't know where it she but it was hooked up as you can see and she threw it somewhere you got any of that on video I don't know if it did because it's not connecting right now so I got to see if ITN he so she's back there getting dressed she was outside naked so I've got 89 right there bare minimum so the camera was where it was plugged supposed to be separated the bed he took the sheets off the bed he said I'm not going to sleep peacefully tonight he said all of those things I remember that from the last time what happened this time
