two years he reaches out to me again he says I'm sorry for everything and we talk as friends and everything's okay all of a sudden today I'm getting emails like where where are you who are you with what are you doing he was looking for me for 2 days and like calling different places trying to find out where I was he looking at parking lots for my car okay think places where he thinks I would be and he finds my car and I guess today is when he put a GPS tracker on my car claim he put a GPS on that's what he told me he said it's either it's on the left side tires I don't know which Tire it's under but he said it's like a magnetic device that's stuck under my car he said he put it in the wheel well I don't know now I'm just kind TR yes please if you can take it off I would really appreciate that while the officer was taking the GPS tracker off the woman's car another officer in the area located the suspect male at a nearby gas station I cop hello hello hey how are you good U my name's off I don't know what's going on today okay so that's the first time I this I just thought she might be with someone so I thought to see where she was that's all I did I didn't do anything else I didn't I never had any criminal history like that I just wanted to see where she was and I'm want to meet her who what's your relation together we hang out for 2 years you guys are so you guys around that uh the other day and next like 2 days back she said she went to Hotel so I thought she went with with somebody so that's I had a track device like a couple of days but last week on so I dispatched to a home after a female made a frantic 911 call alleging that a male was trying to break and enter into her house upon reaching the house the officers learned that the male had also been stalking the female no have you ever invited him no he's like he was my best friend for some he has even met him before and then he just like lost his uh a friend 3 years ago two years ago I haven't seen him in years just kind of infatuated with her and yeah you haven't seen him in two years and but he keeps popping up like I stopped talking to him in two years I got these have you told him not to come around yeah plenty of times he was in this back patio yes he was in the back patio and he was trying to get through the him yeah he he look he looked through the window this window was looking through all the windows and I saw him there I told uh to run cuz he kept on trying to have a conversation and trying to like pull my pull the phone open was he doing anything else to the door besides trying to pull it open well he was banging on the window he was banging on the window yeah to the point where I thought he was going to break the glass so I sent my daughter into the room and told her the police on November 25th 2019 a lacrosse police officer was driving home when he noticed a vehicle began following him closely the officer pulled him over and called another officer on the scene to investigate in the right lane he's in the left lane riding some lady's like bar on up against her bumper and she pulls off and I hear him rubbing his engine so then I get in the left lane to pass a person in front of me and as soon as I get the left lane he just passes me in the center lane just barrels it okay so then I light him up and then he's not stopping I can't smell anything but okay this is who he is um yeah we have non-arrest charges on him oh you do yeah itic some some sort oh yeah sounds good just following too closely and then following too close and then passing in no
