another right to travel fail courtesy of
Thomas Humphrey yes that Thomas Humphrey
the guy who drives around with these

bewildered every time he gets arrested
and his minivan gets impounded and today
is no different when he gets pulled over
by CHP but unfortunately Thomas's phone
didn't capture any usable audio for the
first minute of the video which includes
the initial stop when the officer
returns with his citations and his
refusal to sign the citations until
threatened with arrest but as you can
see Thomas was kind enough to provide us
with some on-screen text of his version
of events anyway I'm going to start the
video where Thomas gets out of the
vehicle to speak to the supervisor
sounds good so this is the this is what
you're what you're being excited for
this uh the identification that you
provided me okay your Caravan doesn't
come back registered anywhere right yeah
because you chose not to
so you'd be excited for uh
no insurance unregistered vehicle on the
highway and being an unlicensed driver

absolutely mandatory to be driving any
states in the United States
you're taking a note to protecting the
friendly Constitution sir yes sir I took
it's my Fifth Amendment right to privacy
and also you cannot deprive me of my
property without due process this is
this is not correct due process
so this is the perfect example of
someone who wants all the protections of
the Constitution but none of the
responsibilities he cites the Fifth
Amendment when he thinks it suits his
position yet ignores the amendment that
gives each state in this case the state
of California the right to enact and
enforce the traffic laws he chooses to
ignore so I've got absolutely no
sympathy for him when he cries about
having his van impounded especially
because he's driving it around without
insurance

the right to travel that's the
privileges and immunities clause of the
Constitution also if you think the right
to travel extends to planes and trains

license is a commercial license the
Black's Law definition of driving is to
be engaged in Commerce on public roads
license or commercial you guys need
licenses
even if for argument's sake Black's Law
did Define driving I was being engaged
in Commerce it doesn't by the way but if
it did definitions in a legal dictionary
are not official authoritative
statements of the law also why would
status issue above commercial and
non-commercial licenses if you only
needed a license for Commerce
do you see how your BS doesn't hold up
to even basic scrutiny

won't end with him skipping California
like he did in Minnesota Missouri and
probably Boston and of course the eBay
game has begun and some of his followers
will be stupid enough to fall for his
grift like in Boston where they appeared
to get his van released at the end of
last year
