on November 19th 2023 Flagler County sheriff's deputies responded to a home in Palm Coast Florida a resident there reported that a neighbor identified as 33-year-old Philip mcra entered his garage and punched him in the face after an argument after the attack McGraw's stepfather 84-year-old James Jones pulled up to the victim's home and drove away with mcra in the passenger seat responding deputies eventually caught up to the stepfather's vehicle and attempted to pull it over but he refused to stop off 212 turning on Cunningham now dispatch has been updated vehicle's still rolling slowly dispatch has been upd dispatch has been updated the vehicle came to a stop in front of mra's own home at which point mcra ran from the truck towards a canal behind the home dispatch hey he's out he's running 1031 1031 suspect then jumped into the canal and attempted to swim away from law enforcement jump [ __ ] up get out of the water now [ __ ] up 11 swimming to the other side the deputy drove to the other side of the canal to catch the suspect but he jumped in and swam away again come on out l primary he went back towards the canal back he's going back down towards the house toward the end of occupied and unarmed simple battery petite theft and resisting an officer without violence mcra is being held on $32,500 bond Jones was placed under arrest for resisting an officer without violence and was released after after posting $500 Bond yeah absolutely I told you were absolutely it put your hands behind your back drop the cup drop the cup when there's 100 police cars behind you and you don't stop you go to jail it don't matter red and blue lights are Universal ma'am let me get one more set of Cs I want you going to go to jail but I'm making it more I'm not a damn I don't think you
