You can't go nowhere. You're buried. >> But there's a train >> at least to the right. >> Less than 5 minutes away. >> To the right. >> All right. So then you want to get hit >> by a train. >> You You think I want to get hit by a train? >> No. That's what I'm saying. Get out of the car so we don't get hit. So we can get off this thing. >> Baby, try to the right. >> All right. Get out of the car. >> Okay. >> Get out of the car. >> Okay. I got to order you guys out. Get out of the car. Both of you guys. Come on. Safety first. Safety first, man. [laughter] >> Of course. Safety first. But I mean, I'm trying to get the [ __ ] out of here. >> Yeah, but your car's not going anywhere, man. >> I don't understand that. So, come on. >> Yeah, you guys need to get out of the train. >> There's a train coming. I don't want to see you guys get hit, bro. >> I understand that. >> Come on. All right, let's step over here. >> There's got to be a way to get this car out. >> Look at the tire right here. Look. See the tires? >> Yeah, >> they they're they're buried. You guys are You guys are literally stuck. I mean, there's no getting >> Do you see it? >> What I'm saying? This car ain't going nowhere. >> THIS IS BAD. OKAY. YOU SEE WHAT I'M SAYING? >> I MEAN, I >> That's what I said. They ain't going nowhere. We can't help you with that. >> Um, we got the sun. We're notifying them to see if they'll stop, but they got one coming from Sanford. And it's >> I mean, I feel like we got one, two, three, four. There's four of us. We can push this [ __ ] >> right? >> My concern is us. Okay. >> Yeah, but I'll concern, >> right? Okay. That's the the concern. All right. I mean, the concern is this $300,000 vehicle. >> I would like to just like push this [ __ ] out the way. >> Let's start trying. Okay. >> I don't even know what to do about the tow truck or anything. >> Tow truck. We don't need a tow truck. We just need Can I get some manpower to push this [ __ ] off of this? >> First of all, no. Because I'm not getting you back behind the wheel. >> Um >> why? >> How long ago did you >> This just happened right now. We We thought we were making a right and I [ __ ] turned onto the train tracks apparently. >> I'm trying. >> But yeah, we're not getting back in the car right now. Okay. Um the reason why Yeah. So, >> do me a favor. Keep your hands out your pockets, man. >> Yeah. Keep your hands out your pockets. >> There's nothing in my pocket. >> Put your hands up in >> Bro, I'm Marcus Jordan. I'm Michael Jordan's son. I'm not doing anything wrong. I'm just trying to get home >> and I made a wrong turn. >> Okay. And clearly we would just like to get our car off of the [ __ ] train track, >> which we were not trying to be on. >> You have your ID on you real quick. Let's worry about that. >> He does. >> Okay. Let him know who we're we're out with. Um and then we'll >> Did you have an ID ID on you, ma'am? >> Yes, of course. >> Oh [snorts] my goodness gracious. >> Yes, sir. I'm sorry. >> I mean, I apologize. This is not >> by design. You hold this real quick. >> I got it. I got it. I got it. I got it. I'll hold it. I'll hold it. I'll hold it for you. >> We're just trying to head home, man. I live in Dr. Phillips. >> How did you manage to get on the train tracks, man? >> Honestly, I made a left and I made a right and then I made another right and here we are. >> Okay. Where are [clears throat] you guys coming from? We were at a couple of venues tonight, but >> I was just trying to get home. >> Like, um, >> thank you. >> We got a tow truck on the way. >> We really We really need a tow truck. >> Yeah, we're going to have to walk you here. >> We need a tow truck? Really? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. You We can't get this off the track, >> bro. I mean, there's one, two, three, four, five. There's six of us. We can't push this thing in reverse >> and get it off the tracks. >> No, fellas. >> I'm just trying to get my car off of this train track. I didn't realize that this was a train track. >> Okay. >> The key to your car >> to mine. >> Yes. Let me see it. >> Yeah. And that that's why we're out here with you right now because I heard spinning tires. We see people walking on train tracks and >> there's possible trains coming. >> Such I I I understand that. So the quicker we can move this [ __ ] the better, right? >> I'm telling you, we cannot push this car off the track. There's no possible psal way in this universe. >> I disagree with that. >> Okay. But >> you have more than right to disagree with me. Okay. >> I mean, I just I'm just saying if there's six of us and we throw this thing in reverse. >> Well, I've already got concerns for your level of impairment anyways. Okay? So, that's why >> because I can smell alcohol coming from you and you're on the train tracks. Okay? So, come on, man. >> Just listen to me. That's why I don't want you back behind the wheel anyways. Okay? >> I'm fine behind the wheel. I just would like to get my car out of this. >> We'll deal with that after after this. Okay. We'll we'll deal with that after this. >> But that's why I had to get you out of the car. Okay. Because I hear spinning tires. I hear slur speech from you. You're driving on train tracks. >> I'm not slurring anything. And I'm okay. I'm letting you know I have concerns for your I appreciate that driving a vehicle. I can't let you back behind the car and drive a vehicle. >> I app I appreciate your concerns. >> Yeah. I don't want >> But I am not inebriated. I'm not anything that cannot drive home. >> The thing is >> I'm not familiar with this area. >> I made a right. >> I thought I was making a right onto the highway. >> I made a right onto the [ __ ] >> train track. Where did you turn at, man? >> I wish I wish I could tell you, but >> you're way down the train track. That's all I'm saying. It's not like you just turn. >> We're not way down the train tracks. We We made a right and another right. Um I'm just letting you know there's no physical possible way in this universe we can push this car off the train track. >> I disagree with that. >> Oh, I don't care if you disagree or not. Okay, I'm letting you know. >> I mean, I I get that, but I I >> we're not getting back behind the wheel. Okay, not at this moment. Okay, >> there possibly is a train coming. >> Okay, so we need to get off these tracks. That is my concern right now for your guys' safety and our own. Okay, man. Bro, you you can't get the car off and we're not pushing it. Okay, so I'm letting you know that. All right. >> I mean, I could definitely get this car off if you gentlemen would like to help me. I I told you we're not pushing a car off of train tracks like this. And I'm not getting back behind the wheel till I know that you're safe enough to operate it. >> Okay. So, what do I have to do to show you that I'm safe enough to operate it? >> Well, I'm going to ask you to do field sobriety exercises in a minute, but I'm going to read you your Miranda rightites first because there's so many of us. That's the only reason I've already ordered you out of the car. I gave you orders. Before I ask any questions, I have to I have to read you right. You're not under arrest. I just have I know I'm not. >> So, the reason why I have I shouldn't be. >> I understand that. So, what I'm saying is >> because I smell alcohol coming from you being stuck on the tracks like this. I got to read you your rights first. Do you have the card? >> But we're going to get off the track though first. Okay. So, if you want to roll if you want her to roll the window up from the passenger side or something or if the car's turned off or something like that, it's >> we can do that. But we got to get over here to do that. >> Okay. So, we are going to get off these tracks. >> Okay. That's my main concern right now. >> I I if so, if I know anything, I'm pretty sure that nobody's going to get hit tonight. >> Okay. >> Right. My main objective is to just like um >> get my car back on the road because I took a wrong turn apparently. >> Yes. >> And so that's all I would like to do. >> Okay. >> But I understand you guys have a job to do. Like I'm not I'm not trying to interfere with that. I I respect all of that. But >> is there an easy way to get the buses over here so >> Yeah. I mean that's that that's what I'm saying is like Three, four of us can easily move this [ __ ] >> Going this way then. There's a big opening where >> Yes. Let's Let's I'm I'm open to any ideas you guys have. >> You want me to go this way? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. >> This way. This way. I just get my car for the [ __ ] train track. >> And we got a tow truck coming to do that. >> We off the track. >> We really need a tow truck. >> Yeah. >> Wow. Okay. All right. >> Okay. >> Okay. Um, come on over here, sir. I >> I'm right here. I got to go over here, sir. over here, sir? >> I'm I'm I'm working my way. Okay. >> You okay, Tyler? >> All right. >> All right, ma'am. I'm going to be doing an investigation on them right now. So, that's why we got multiple cops here. So, I got I'm going to have right here. So, ma'am, if you'd like to stand by the cop or stand back there. Um, but I'm going to be doing an investigation. So, I don't want to warn people that I Okay. All right. So sir, I got a couple questions. >> Did you want to stand back here by the car? >> First, I got to redo this >> here if you want. Let's go move over here. >> Just stand by the front of the car real >> Thank you. >> Um, so just let you know I have concerns. >> Why? Because you drove through here and drove on the train tracks. Okay. I smell alcohol. Slow speech. I see several signs. Let me I'm not my observation. It's my opinion. Okay. >> My opinion. I'm not slurring any speech, sir. I understand everything that you're saying. Lower your light, please. >> That's not me. I'm not I don't have any light. That's all. >> Sir, I'm letting you know. >> Okay. I appreciate you letting me know. >> I'm perfectly fine. I made a right thinking that this was going to be the shortcut for us to get on the highway. Okay. >> And apparently I was mistaken. >> Correct. So Okay. So that's why I'm here to do a possible investigation for a permanent. >> Sure. Do you do you have to do so? Um >> whatever you have to do. >> That's why I said if you're willing to talk to me about it, >> I'm talking to you body exercises and all that. Okay. I mean, if if that's what we have to do, then we have to do that. >> Yeah. I mean, my job is to keep everybody safe. And if you if we get the car off the track, I want to be able to make sure you're able to drive it safe. >> That's all I was trying to do is trying to get the car off the track because I know I can drive it safely. >> Okay. Well, that's what I got to make sure. Okay. >> Sure. Sure. >> All right. Um, so >> give me just a minute. Okay. >> Please >> stand on everything, bro. I'm I'm at you guys's disposal. I mean, I apologize. I I the least thing the last thing I wanted to do was put my car on the tracks. Obviously, it's a $330,000 car. Why would I want to be on the tracks? I apologize. >> All right. Um Yes, sir. Okay. So, where were you guys coming home from tonight? >> Uh, we we were at several venues. We did dinner at Prao. >> We ended up leaving Prao. We went to AA. >> Okay. >> Had a cocktail. >> What is AA? >> AA is a restaurant owned by the Melee Group. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I >> Where's the me group at? >> Uh, the Millie Group is based out of Miami, but they opened up a restaurant here in Winter Park. And so we went there at one cocktail and uh my friend Taylor ended up running into some girlfriends that she knew and so we ended up going to another venue and that was that. Hey, now I was just trying to get home and I got a little mis discombobalated apparently because I thought that this was going to cut me on the street but clearly I'm >> going to railroad track instead. Huh. [laughter] >> Right. And and I wish I knew that because obviously I wouldn't have came down this way like >> where which way did you come from though to get back here? Cuz this is like a back road. This isn't This isn't like a a main road. That's all I'm asking. >> I'm not sure, sir. I was >> You know, I'd have to >> Were you ever in Sanford tonight? Going through there? >> Stford? >> No. No. From Winter Park? >> No. >> But you were coming from Winter Park, right? >> Came from Winter Park. And then we went to uh Dancers. Uh Casabir. >> Dancers. Racers. Cast. Yeah, that's that's I'm sorry. >> Is that place pretty good? >> Nah, I've never been. Not my favorite. >> Right, baby. >> So, I am going to have you um if it's okay if you want her to hold your jacket. Um I'm going to have you do >> her jacket right now. >> Well, I'm going to have you do exercises with your hands. >> So, if you want to either set it on the ground or we can have an officer give it to her. What What do you want? >> Whatever you want to do, sir. >> Okay. I'll hand her the jacket then or >> I will hand it to her. Is that Is that >> You can come over here and grab the jacket if you want. >> I'll hand it to her. That's fine. >> Thank you. Thank you, baby. >> Okay. So, all right. Um, I got a couple questions for you. >> What's up? >> How much did you have to drink? >> A little bit. Under under the leg. >> Okay. What's the legal limit? >> Was it 008 or something? >> Yeah. >> So, how many drinks was it 08? >> [ __ ] I know, man. I'm not >> That's why I was asking scientist. >> So, that's why I'm asking how much you had to drink. I know you said under the legal limit. Was it 1 2 10 20? How many? >> I know that I'm under the legal limit. Okay. Um, did you have any food tonight? >> Yes, I ate a lot of food. >> All right. What'd you have? >> Italian, >> baby. Baby, what about >> Thank you. Okay. >> Thank you. >> So, I see you wear glasses. Are those for reading, seeing? What are they? >> They're for everything. >> For use in the Okay. >> Yes. >> Do you wear contacts all? >> No. >> Okay. >> Can't get them in, can't get them out. >> Are you diabetic? >> No. >> Okay. Do you uh have any issues with walking or anything like that? Any injuries? >> No, sir. >> Okay. Do you uh do you take any prescription medications? >> No, sir. Okay. >> What about any substances tonight? Heroin, anything like that? >> No, sir. Okay. >> Okay. Um like I said, um I'm going to have you do a couple exercises. >> Okay. Um Sure. >> And what those are is I'm going to look at your eyes first. Okay. >> Sure. >> Um so what I want you have to do is >> stand right here to face me. >> All right. and take your take your glasses off or look at your eyes. Okay, I'll have you hold them so you can put them back on afterwards. Okay, >> I'm holding. >> Feet together, the heels, toes touching. Keep your arms down by your side. It's like this. >> Feet together, heels, toes touching. >> Yep. Heels and toes toes. Keep your arms down by your side. >> Sure. >> I know you're a little taller, so stare at the tip of my finger right here. Okay. >> Exactly. >> All right. Follow the tip of my finger with your eyes and eyes only. >> Keep your head still. Okay. So, just your eyes. >> Yeah, man. I'm doing my best. I'm Did I miss a step? >> Just make sure you keep following. >> Okay, I'm following Keep your head towards me. Keep turning a little bit like that. All right. >> Okay. >> Follow it with your eyes. I am use your peripherals. I want you to see I see it. I'm following it. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> You keep looking at my finger. >> I am. Then why are you looking at me? >> No, I want you to see >> because I see you with your finger when your finger stops. So So keep your eyes on it. >> All right. It's a simple simple instruction, right? Follow the tip of my finger. Keep your eyes on the finger and keep your head still. [music] Look down towards me. All right. Now, stir my follow. Turn your head. Turn your head. Um. >> All right. We're going to cuz I got to put a tape wine down. So, that's fine. >> Sure. Can we back my car up, too? It's a $300,000 vehicle. That's a nice vehicle that we ain't going to be able to move right now without the tow truck. It's stuck on the track, man. I keep telling you that the joker's stuck. All right, go ahead and put your glasses back on. I can eat them to see. Okay, >> I do. >> All right, so we're going to grab some uh some tape and uh have you walk on the line. Okay. Do you feel comfortable in those shoes? >> You able to walk on them? >> I'm comfortable as [ __ ] Okay. >> Pretty relaxed. I feel great. >> Okay. Um, he's going to back his car up. So, ma'am, if you can move out of the way a little bit by maybe by the tree or something and we'll uh he's going to back his car up and Are you good, babe? >> All right. I can move by the tree. There you go. Grab this. Hold on to it. Start it from here. Go ahead and place it on the ground. Can you see it? Okay. I mean, I see it. All right. See? All right. Perfect. When I tell you to begin, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps down the line. Make a turn, which I'll demonstrate for you. Walk nine heel to toe steps back down the line. It's going to look like this. Say I've taken six steps already. Seven, eight, nine. You leave your front foot on the line. Small steps with your back foot. Take a turn and nine heels 10 steps back. One, two, three, all the way to nine. You understand what I'm saying so far? >> Yes, sir. Is there any reason why you wouldn't be able to do this exercise? >> I mean, there might be, but I'm willing to do it anyway. >> What would be that reason? >> N it doesn't matter. I'm I'm willing to do it anyway. >> Okay. I'm just trying to make sure I get proper >> and I'm trying to >> So, go ahead and get back into position. I'm in position one. >> That's in that position. Reverse that. This >> This is one reverse that from there. >> One 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. Do we need extra tape for this? >> No, sir. No. Do the turn. >> So then one. Here's the turn. You're going to raise one foot 6 in off the ground like this. See that? >> No. >> See? Yes. >> You're going to point your toe away from your body and make your foot like parallel to the ground. >> Okay. >> You're going to keep your arms down by your side throughout the entire exercise from the legs straight like this. >> You're going to look at your raised foot. You're going to count out loud 1,00 1,00200 3. So, I tell you to stop. >> Sir, I'm going to put your foot down to get directly back up and continue where you left off. You understand? >> Whatever you say, sir. >> Okay. You have any questions about the sex? >> I don't have no questions, man. >> Okay. 30 seconds by my watch. >> Sure. >> My phone, >> do by your watch, your phone, whatever you whatever you need to do, man. >> Jesus [ __ ] Christ. All right. Put those hands back. >> I believe you have too much. Okay. Just letting you know. >> Okay. >> I disagree with that, sir. But whatever whatever you say, >> that's what I'm letting you know. >> I mean, I hear you, but I disagree. >> Once officers placed him in handcuffs, his tone quickly changed. The apologetic driver turned disrespectful, but the officers remained calm and professional throughout. >> We're going to walk to this black car back here. >> I'm following you guys. >> I'm following y'all. Y'all walk. >> And I'll follow you. >> I'm [ __ ] walking. >> Pushing back again. >> I'm not pushing. You walk like an old person. You be all right. I am a [ __ ] normal person, man. I'm playing right now to go sit down. >> I'm having a conversation. >> Sit down. Cuz if not, I'm going to put you in the car. It's going to hurt. >> Hang on. Hang on. One question. You can ask me one question. I'll answer it and then I want you to sit down. What's up? I just want to understand why y'all are treating me as if I did something [ __ ] criminal. >> Because I think you have driving under the influence. So, I've answered your question. Now, please sit down and I'll answer more questions. Please sit down. >> I got nothing else for you, bro. >> All right. >> Can I sit down? >> Yo. Yo yo yo yo.
