woman named Tiffany causing trouble when the police got there they found her in the bathroom where she was said to be acting inappropriately the police tried to handle the situation carefully to not make things worse hey police department and um came in Miss Police Department can you just make sure she's not using the restroom um it doesn't smell like smoking here does it no but you need to get out they said that you need to leave the premises you have to listen to them okay that's fine okay but just you know she came in the restroom in on me like twice bang the door and then came in again and said I was smoking I'm glad you're here to witness it exp okay do you mind just let yeah trespass her whichever one of you just got to let her know so you're going to be trespassed from here you can't come back from a year if you do you'll be arrested what's your name okay the officers tried to ease the tension by calmly asking her to leave the area to prevent more problems but during a tense moment while she was on a phone call they asked for her ID she hesitated and an officer patiently talked to her stressing how important it was for her to cooperate even though the officer was was polite things quickly got worse and she was clearly told to leave the store or she would be arrested for trespassing I've been respectful about your phone call do you mind just giving me your name so can you wait one minute are you the one that I need to talk to to got here I'll walk out with you miss yes ma'am and I have an officer here what's your name sir officer p thanks guys yeah I'll grab it for you yeah the FR Billy we got to go outside for a man to come in's restroom I can't walk outside I my you're not allowed in the store you need to leave you're going to go to jail reason you're trespassing you need to leave for what now they're trying to trespass me his Billy can I give you my phone number he went ahead and trespassed you and said you need to leave he formally trespasses if arrest her for trespass passing and getting in the way of their work since her actions could be dangerous to others the arrest was very tense the woman fought back and yelled making it hard for the police to handle the situation safely when the police tried to handcuff her she actively resisted not just a little but a lot what I don't ma'am get off the property what though I'm doing absolutely everyone safe and follow the law as the police took her to their car she started to understand the serious trouble she was in including how it could affect a job interview she talked about okay you're walking over here get my other stuff I will what are you arresting me for trespassing I told you to leave so many times what how can you arrest somebody for trespass when they hadn't been trespassed yet you can't do that what is wrong with you you didn't listen I told you so many times I got off the phone in the moment I did and was walking away you arrested me that's why I don't want to listen to you because you don't respect me you're on at all yeah hanging up the phone and walking away okay that's why I didn't want to because I knew youd do some that is unreal you feel good about that I told you I didn't want to arrest you I mean do you seriously feel good about this I did not want to like how is this even possible let's go into the I mean what is wrong with you you would you you you legitimately would I legitimately did that's all you needed to do was what's wrong with you that's all you needed to do was leave that's all you needed to do was leave I probably gave you five seven chances no now you're under arrest cuz you're resistant too I'm not yes no I'm not yes and you resisted okay you're not okay you can believe what you want but you are under arrest I have a job ripped your arm away from me and I had to throw you on the ground problem it's all I'm body cam I told you that probably asked 10 times her and then when I said she was going in Hand by the way it happened way over there I was already walking away he was following me thank you sir appreciate it I don't want to go with him I don't want to go with this man the jail won't let you take that in there miss why do I have if you get trespassed like immediately get arrested for a trespassing how's this even possible dude and he wants me to look some kind of way like this if you refuse to leave after I tell you 7 to 10 times to leave then that is trespassing what yeah I'm good despite the clear trespass warning and multiple requests to leave she stubbornly refused challenging the patience of the staff and eventually the police so do you know who she is oh no I she would I ify herself which is fine but she uh refused to leave she's in the bathroom smoking The Vape Billy Ray trespassed her she stopped twice in the store wouldn't leave and I asked her probably 7even 10 times to leave told her I didn't want to arrest her in the lobby here said fine as I was walking in my car she was walking she stopped again and engaged me in conversation I said leave she began screaming again I said okay put your hands on your back the offices use controlled techniques like an arm bar or a leg sweep to handle the situation safely making sure nobody got hurt during this her phone accidentally broke seeing how upset she was the officers kept following their rules and reassured her that everything was being recorded to keep things clear and honest just if you want to search right here I'll just cuz it's raining I'll uh and then I'll just put her in my car all right if you a favor into jail I I told you probably three times for I didn't want to take you to jail when you rip your armo and say no that's resisting put your foot in place then the officers started to search her things beginning with her wallet to make sure there were no more problems they carefully explained why they had to arrest her she was arrested because she kept refusing to leave the property you're a liar I what you it's on body camera good yes oh good trust me my dad's a city manager I'm going to get you I I I it's in her wallet I think I'm just going to search her wallet real quick just going to get some air ster and then I'm going to search her property there is a camera you're right you know what you did don't quite explain yourself I'm not it's on camera he doesn't have to explain to me hey ma'am ma'am he's he's my partner and he doesn't have to explain it to I don't even know how he's going to live with this throughout the situation the officer stayed professional and focused on what was recorded on video which could be reviewed legally if needed you don't know me Tiffany why I want you don't know me what I'm doing all you had to do was listen I did you didn't what did I not do Tiffany I don't even remember the last time I had to use force on somebody what did I not do did you asked me to do I leave you didn't leave I was walk no you stopped and then you started yelling again what did I say when I yelled Tiffany it'll be on body camera you can review it with your attorney say when I yelled you're I don't I don't even need to answer to you I'm just being polite after the arrest the police had to deal with her personal thing she couldn't take big items with her to the holding area the officers told her she could keep small things like her wallet but big items like her purse had to be kept at the police station they made a property slip for her so she could get her belongings back when she was released I no I'm serious if it's like a small wallet they'll take it but if it's it's a small little purse they've taken a whole backpack here before for a deputy they will I'm a city officer Miss what's the difference I'm Municipal I have to stay within the city boundaries the county jail is ran by County deputies like they will take County deputies property for their arres like a big bag but for a city officer they only take up to a wallet okay so I'll have
