please behind your back now on April 14th 2023 an officer responded to a retail theft dispatch advised that store employees had caught a male and a female shoplifting multiple Cosmetics items and keeping them in one of their personal bags as seen on their CCTV cameras upon arriving at the scene the officer located the suspects and prevented them from leaving the area here's how the events unfolded stop in the shade both you stop I'm recording sit down right there you're not free to go you take off running we're going to have an issue sit down stop sit down I'm sit down I'm going to put have your idea I said I'm not getting you my ID who are you well your husband just took off and we got your plate number and I'm like what so I start walking out like what's going on I see the truck is gone where it was parked I'm like what the [ __ ] I'm sorry right so allegedly they're saying he stole something now right right and I'm like okay so I'm walking across the parking lot cuz like you know what I mean they're like you I'm like I didn't sell [ __ ] you know I me and I I sorry I me I guess I should have saw but like I'm like you saw my purse I don't have nothing on me so I'm walking across the parking lot and I get by the gas station and I see him walking on the other side of this bank uhhuh and I can tell it's him cuz there ball head shining and I said what are you doing what happened and I couldn't understand what he was saying cuz we were too far apart uh and then we met right in the in this Bank parking lot and we didn't even get two seconds and he pulled up and then I was crying and worried about him and I said where's rucky he said the truck's over there the male was charged with resisting arrest retail theft and aggravated assault on a peace officer while the
