hey I'm not resisting on February 7th 2022 an officer on patrol noticed a suspicious vehicle parked at a motel he observed a temporary tag affixed to both the front and back of the car after running the vehicle identification number of the car through his records he discovered that the vehicle had been reported as stolen he immediately took action and alerted his colleagues as soon as the suspect entered the vehicle officers surrounded him here's what happened next oh he's going to come back all right I'm going to follow him for a little bit with the 17 let me see your put your hands up put so you'll get a copy of the warrant it'll tell you why they charge you with that so just make sure you show up to court because failure to appear means you didn't show up to court so you must have been charged and then you missed court so it is what it is we we're going to release the girl to you before uh we put you in cups can I get you to take your jewelry off I'm going to I'll grab a bag you're adoptive mom is that you said when did you adopt her oo I've had her since she was 3 weeks old really yeah oh how did uh how did that happen Okay her dad the one that just got arrested he was with some other girl and when she was born she came out positive for cocaine okay and they asked me if I would Foster her so I said yes and then they asked me if I would be willing to adopt her wow and I said yes because I didn't want her to go anywhere else you know to yeah strangers or anything so I've had her since she was 3 weeks old how are you related to valuel he's my nephew because he you're in custody pending batter on the PO charges B really I didn't do nothing you started hitting me in the face I pulled my hairs trying to get out of the way I got scared Well ma'am I I will tell you this LLY we all carry cameras and it's on incident we'll be able to review those later okay the suspect was transported to the hospital for [Music] treatment I can't I can't oh my God you're everything that you do and if you listen you comply this doesn't happen simple if your wife is that your wife or your girlfriend my wife if your wife listens and complies then this doesn't happen ever and we don't have to sit at a hospital for hours we don't have to do reports for hours very simple soon he was taken to the jail for processing hey take a pie you need to take a piss it's going to be up to them my Chargers you my charges are I don't have them this guy in here has them I think they said it his position on St vehicle are you serious that's what I think that's what the officer I that car I went car was getting some the car for somebody and all the for position the male was charged with receiving stolen vehicle and assisting other agencies while the female was charged with
