Where are y'all coming now? We're just going back. We're going back to do what? To talk to mom. Yeah. Where'd y'all go? We went up the road and that way and sat at that little river thing. Yeah. And we sat there. We me and her talked and everything, and then we were deciding to come back home. So, we come back home and then we see cops. No, yeah, cuz mom called us. If you run from me, I want to tell you something. I promise you. Okay. Just wanted to go ahead and get that out of the way. I promise I'm not going to run. Okay. Have a seat for me. Okay. Stand right there at the front of my car, man. Watch your head. [Music] All right. Tell me what happened cuz I I feel like your body language is telling me a different story than what he's telling me, okay? So, what what what what's going on? >> I'm so scared I don't know what to do. I understand. I'll believe it >> trying to hurt me if I want He's not going to hurt you because he's in the back of a patrol car, and me and this Deputy Johnson are standing here, and we will not allow him to hurt you. He's about to go to jail. Yeah. He's about to go to jail. I mean, look at the damage to your That's your vehicle, right? >> Yeah. Yeah, I mean We get called out here for Hit and run accident. He's about to like open the door or something. He can't even open the door from the inside. Would you like to step to the rear of my vehicle? I have body cam on. You're female. I have a body If you'd rather step back here to the back, that's fine. As soon as she got out of her boyfriend's vision, the poor girl was able to let go of her fear and speak freely. Okay, so he's my boyfriend. >> I understand. Um We have like really bad like I know, I've dealt with y'all. Remember I was at the office, yeah. I controlled his car. Okay. I pressed charges on him. He paid for my car. And I came down here one day. I stayed here for the first night, and then his mom wouldn't let me stay because she was she felt like I was going to I don't know, do something stupid. >> Yeah. I don't know what mom told you, literally. I just don't even want to be here at this house cuz she's abused me. Today his mom was like, "We're going to go to the laundry mat." She said >> Okay. You and her? She said, "I need your help, honey." And I was like, "Okay." He was fine with it. He's like, "You can go as long as you're with my mom." >> Why is her clothes everywhere? And so I I was like, "Okay." So, then I went to get in the car, and he's like, "Wait, you're not going." And I said, "You just said I can go. What are you talking about?" Yeah. And he was like trying to pull me out of the car. Out of which car? Out of his mom's car. >> Okay. And so when he did it, she slammed the door closed, and she locked both doors, and he's beating on there trying to get the out of the car. All right, my question to you is did you damage the passenger side window of >> No, I didn't. It happened when she ran into the back of me. Okay. So, you didn't rip the door handle off or dent the side or anything like that? >> No, I promise. Okay. When she ran the hand All this stuff is down there at the road. He was like, "I'm going to beat the [ __ ] out of you." And you're standing over me with this boot. And I was scared I didn't know what to do. Okay. So Where Where did Where did this car come into play? It was about to come into play cuz I I said he walks away and he goes to mom's car. He said, "I'm going to beat the [ __ ] out of you. I'm going to kill her. I'm going to kill her." He cut in front of the car. It's like, "Do you want to get out?" I said, "Mom, keep driving." She's like, "Okay, keep driving." And I didn't want her to kill him, but I just said, "Keep driving. He'll move." >> Dude, trying to get away from him. We we understand that. And he eventually moved, and we drove off, and then he gets in my car up there and chases us, blocks the road so we can't leave. And he goes in front of us, and now we're like back to back with him. Mom stopped. And then I said and he's still in the car. I said, "Mom, get around him. Get around him and go." And she tries to go around him, and he's he swerves the car and slides in front of us again, and we We almost got instant tamed, so mom just reversed and started driving backwards all the way back to the house so that she could turn around in here and turn that way. Okay. And He reversed, too, and then he drove in front of us, swerved in front of the car. Now we're going this way, and he's in front of us. And then mom's going, and then he slams his brakes in front of the car, and my face hits the dashboard, and mom's face hits the dashboard, and the car was just crushed. And that's how it started. Remember the broken car window? The obsessed abuser repeatedly punched through the glass trying to open the door and force his girlfriend to get out. He smashed my windshield, rips the glass out, goes in, and he's moving like this. He's cutting up his wrist trying to open up the door. Yeah. And then he opens the door, pulls me out. >> Yeah, my side. Or the windshield? My side. Yeah, yeah. The passenger side window. >> the door, grabs me. Mom's screaming saying, "Put her down." And grabs me, and he throws me on the ground, and he steps on me with his boot. He said, "You're going to come in the car with me." He puts me in the car and he closes the door and I know don't run. Don't get out and run. He'll run me over or something crazy. So, I just sit in the car and I'm just hoping that the cops are coming and you guys will find us. And then he was like, "I'm going to hide too in the woods and you don't know what I'm going to do to you." And he said he I was like crying like I didn't know what to do. When y'all went past me, what did he say? He said the cops are coming. I'm going to run. I said, "Are you stupid?" He said, "You don't run from the cops." He said that I'll just crash the car and I said I like I didn't know what to do. So, I'm holding my face crying and he drove past us this way and I'm like this and then I saw you turn around your lights go on. And that that was it and then he said he was going to come back to your house and he said, "You better lie." He said, "You better lie and and tell them none of this happened." He said, "You just better lie." And I said, "Okay, I'll lie." But I wasn't going to lie. I was just trying to make that again. Go all the way home. All right, I'm going to tell you the same thing and look, I do not mean this in a mean way, but I told you this last time. >> I was stupid. >> you this last time and I'm going to tell you again, okay? You got to stop coming back over here. Trust me. Listen, we're here today. We're luckily Listen to me. We got here in time today. Things aren't worse than they could be, but I'm Listen to me. I don't want us to come out here one day and you be laid over somewhere where you Listen to me. I don't want you to be strangled or stabbed or gun shot or something like that. Like I know. But nobody deserves this. Not you, not the next girl that's I don't mean that in a mean way. If he is with another girl, that girl doesn't deserve it.
