employees informed the officers that a man was opening merchandise boxes and putting the items inside his pockets they even caught him doing so on the CCTV camera once the officers were certain about the man's appearance they moved ahead to detain him here's how the events unfold pictures he's kind of like high right now like smoke I was coming from like by my house when the came out I was trying
