Autumn accused of trespassing for the second time upon arrival the officers encountered autum who was believed to be trespassing and and 6 speci will be 10 12 hello d That's the police department hey you got your ID on you no is it in that purse by chance it is not no it is not what's your uh what's your first name I'm not here to give us any identities what's your first name I'm not here that way hard way that's up to you we're trying to find what is your first name my lady they explained that they needed to confirm her identity to ensure that she was not violating any property rules or legal boundaries Autumn however remained uncooperative she didn't provide her name or any form of ID complicating the officer's efforts to resolve the matter peacefully we're trying to make sure you're safe and find out who you are real quick okay if you don't have any warrants or anything like that and we're good but I didn't get your first name and all that information okay I'm just I just Autumn had previously been warned about trespassing in the same Lounge the officers attempted to communicate this to Autumn hoping to persuade her to cooperate open up your purse and give me your ID I don't have one hm I don't have one sir you don't have one no I actually have to get my IDE back today from where your girlfriend's house okay then give my officer your first name nothing huh no give him it now or we're going to go in cuffs and we're going to walk downstairs and I'll find out who you are later he said she's been trespassed before my officers and anything you got the case number yes sir I was just contacting my supervisor and it looks like her too mhm okay 602 dispatch aum's Behavior continued to be a mix of confusion and Defiance okay no thank you sir say what okay no thank confirmed and her reasons for being at the lounge clarified this decision was not made lightly as the officers were aware of the potential for the situation to become even more confrontational when the officers informed her that she would be detained for further investigation the woman resisted you're not free to go stop please don't touch me go sit back over there please don't touch me go sit officers decided to arrest her and requested that she write a statement regarding the incident as the situation developed Autumn asked to use the restroom a request that the officers initially seemed to accommodate we're going to um just have you write a statement to about the previous incident and then was that let use the restroom yeah let the restroom seriously yes sir no worries [Applause] walk me no I'm not resisting you are resisting however the situation escalated when autumn began to resist the officers attempts to manage her this resistance included physical actions like kicking and an attempt to move away from the officers which led to the officers demanding that she stop resisting and accusing her of not complying with their earlier requests to stop kicking what why am I going to trust you now when you didn't do what we asked the first time what did you ask to stop kicking us and what you do keep kicking us you're pathetic I as you to sit down you would sit get off of
