crying softly the officers turned their attention to Xavier who was still on the sidewalk he tried to stay calm saying he was doing what they asked hey okay can you come over here for me man don't do not put your hands put hands on me I'm putting my hands okay I have no reason stop walking away then up walk over there I'm not walking nowhere I'm staying on the sidewalk like you just told me you step back I am over here but you don't have to handle him like that you do not that's my back up or you'll get cuff too Mom Mom I did nothing the officers thought there might be something else going on with Xavier especially because he fought so hard against being searched when they finally put hand cuffs on him they found a gun hidden in his pants this surprised everyone even Xavier's mom who had come to the scene he tried to tell her and anyone else who would listen that he didn't have anything illegal on him and that the officers were being unfair his no no pull my pants up I don't have nothing of my stuff like I need my shoes on my phone ow why is he going to jail because he resisted and he's I did not resist they slam me on the ground going the sidewalk mom they the sidewalk I went the sidewalk and they slam me Mom they told me go the and they slam me on the mom this D was punching me in my head he punching my back three times he punched me my neck dude take a breath take a breath calm down right here okay just let them let them do their job take a breath put your she oh my God bro excuse me can you loosen These Cuffs up a little bit please even though Xavier kept saying otherwise the truth was clear he had a hidden weapon without permission which is a serious problem the officers told his mom that because aavia was 18 they didn't have to tell her everything but they made sure she understood how serious the situation was so where was he even coming from I don't no ma'am I showed up after the struggle between the two officers the officer that pulled him over which officer pulled him over that's the officer I want to how old is your son he just turned 18 okay then we have under no obligation to tell you anything okay just so you know he's okay so what I'm going to tell what I'm going to as the supervisor what I'm going to tell you okay as a supervisor I know you're a parent am absolutely yes ma'am but what I'm going to tell you these officers conducted a traffic stop okay your son resisted when I showed up he was on the ground handcuff I am the officer that pulled this out of your son's underwear okay that's not a common place I'm sure he's not licensed to carry this so that's that's a jail sentence right there it's not a thing you don't have to be like yes you do to conceal it you do ma'am yes absolutely and that's not it's not holstered it I don't carry my firearm in my underwear okay clinched between my butt cheeks that's exactly where it was and that's what my report's going to say the situation got really serious for both teenagers afterward Xavier was chared chared with a lot of things like getting in the way of the police hitting an officer fighting back hard having a hidden gun and having the gun while doing something illegal these charges meant he could go to prison for 30 years and have to pay up to $116,000 in fines Harley also had serious charges like getting in the way of the police having drugs and things related to using drugs and her driving mistake she could be in prison for 5 years and have to pay a $77,000 fine thanks for watching until next time take care care and stay safe
