just ask him where the accident was just
fine how were the accident was let me
know
I'm gonna go home inside okay what we're
gonna do now is we're just gonna perform
a series of standard field sobriety test
it's fine to make sure that you're safe
to drive fine
um so right right now my partner is just
going to take a quick look at your eyes
you're not spending your night in jail
or anything all right
he's okay
okay we're gonna take a walk over to my
car now okay
you're making our jobs
you just ask him where the accident was
just fine how were the accident was let
me know
I know County from 11. do I have another
uh car around to this crash
ing find out if it was right there find
out if it was one of the cars could
disregard
okay do you grab your license your
registration and your insurance for me
where where were you going today
home from where
I Work It
did you have anything to drink today
okay
I don't I I'm so on here I'm not that's
not me okay sorry
okay
um grab your license your registration
your insurance I'll be right back with
you
look at dude you have no [ __ ] idea
what I think Steve sorry all right I
didn't mean that don't apologize okay
all right can you grab your license your
registration your insurance for me
hey things have been so [ __ ] up lately
dude I hear you
you might figure something click again
they're trying to charge me twelve
thousand dollars because you did not
Sylvia the [ __ ] mental ward because I
was kids thank you twelve thousand
dollars can I help you with that yeah I
got it thank you okay you might not
recognize me with this ridiculous
um so many cops last time me and you
were cool you were showing me card
tricks we're bullshitting me and you
were having a great night
but here's the thing you're nice not
over don't make it worse deep breath
it's a crash that you got rear-ended and
and you know you're gonna fall for
getting rear-ended man no but then I
rearrange her I hear you where did she
stop it was there a red light
yeah
doing [ __ ] 90 dollars
okay more trying to get away from me
okay
I shouldn't have followed him right here
I was just so [ __ ] pissed off lately
thank you
do you have registration insurance on
the car yeah
you want trade I'll trade lives hey
Steve do me a favor just don't talk to
her I'm sorry I know you're good man but
just okay you're uh so you're leaking so
I gotta get you a towel I have no idea
I can't afford itself I got in my own
tow truck I'll go get my own truck
I can't afford nothing dude I'm [ __ ]
broken homeless all right I I understand
so
I'm gonna be moving it left to right as
I'm doing it you're going to move move
your eyes only you're gonna fall with
your eyes you're gonna move your head
okay that's right all right it's gonna
feel like you're getting more
comfortable
I'm right here Maria can you just give
me a second
ready
[Applause]
remember what I said right
right
here
great
you guys don't understand
we're almost done I promise
bad stuff
[Music]
is going to continue on the other test
Samantha just put your phone on the hood
of your car for now while we do the
other two times
[Applause]
okay what I want you to do is I want you
to come over here and I want you to put
your left foot on this line like this
all right
just look at me as I explained don't
start the test uh before we do start the
test you have any injuries with your
legs anything that would prevent you
from walking in a straight line no okay
so this is the walk-in turn test where
you're gonna start like I said you're
going to put your left foot on the back
of that yellow line right there so your
left foot in the back of that yellow
line you're going to put your right foot
over your left foot so that the heels of
your right foot are touching the toes of
your left foot like this okay so I want
you to get in that position now
you're gonna put your hands at your side
this is the starting position don't tell
the test don't start the test until I
tell you to do so okay when I tell you
to begin you're going to take nine Heel
To Toe steps in the following matter
you're gonna count out loud
one
two three I did three you're gonna do
nine all right on your ninth step that
way you're gonna do a series of small
steps like so get back in the starting
position and nine more steps like that
okay
uh when you're doing this stay in a
straight line keep your arms at your
side and uh don't stop the test until I
tell you to okay any questions
okay you may be good
one
sorry
okay next test
um we're just gonna do the one leg stand
so can you can you balance
don't don't start until I tell you to do
anything okay I gotta explain it and
then you do it okay
so is there anything that would prevent
you from balancing on one leg no okay
so what you're gonna do now you're gonna
stand with your feet shoulder width
apart hands down at your side like so
again
don't start the test until I uh tell you
to do so all right you're gonna pick one
leg up either of your choosing I'm gonna
lift my right leg approximately six
inches off the ground you're gonna Point
your toe to the sky and you're gonna
count in the following matter one
thousand one one thousand two one
thousand three and so on until I tell
you to stop okay Samantha
remember remember I told you don't start
the test until I tell you to do so all
right okay
so shoulder width apart ends on your
side either leg six inches off the
ground
pointed to the sky one thousand one one
thousand two one thousand three and so
on until I tell you to stop if you have
any questions
okay you may begin
remember
count out loud okay all right
104
number five
106.
okay just stay by the hood of your car
just stay by the hood of your car right
there hold on yep just right by the hood
of your car tests are done
okay
Samantha what I'm gonna do now is I'm
gonna have you put your hands behind
your back you're going to be under
arrest for uh suspicion of DWI okay so
put your hands behind your back I don't
know I can do anything I'm not asking
you now I'm telling you okay
absolutely
no you're not so ready
okay
hey I understand
when we get when we get back to the
headquarters it's really close okay it's
not far we can talk about that more okay
who's watching your son right now
well she's gonna have to help you out
all right these are her part time job
you guys don't understand Samantha can
you listen to me for a quick second now
you don't want to listen to me
well here's what I'm going to tell you
okay you're under arrest right now but
it's not a criminal offense there's a
traffic offense that results in you
being arrested okay so if all goes well
we're gonna take you back to
headquarters we're gonna do some
paperwork we're gonna take your picture
and then you're gonna call someone to
come pick you up okay and you're gonna
be out of here
you're not spending your money
I don't understand my family
yeah
we're gonna take a walk over to my car
now okay
we'll get your stuff go get yourselves
all right
we're gonna walk now
one foot at a time here we go ready good
come on come on now
we're we're gonna we're gonna listen to
you but right now
it's late Samantha
[ __ ]
stupid ass [ __ ]
[Applause]
oh my God
yeah sure
listen if you're not we'll find it out
okay
we'll find it out there we're gonna do
the breathalizing machine
foreign
[Music]
[Music]
oh my God it doesn't matter she's not
gonna help me
I'm not trying to bug you guys I just
want you to know
that but I know you guys uh really good
families where they're there for you and
they want to be good people
everybody doesn't have that
calm down
if you keep screaming like this oh man
because it's not fair you guys don't
understand my life
this is
just the traffic ticket okay
yeah
I am
on the two locations
two different persons I know but
so which one applies to
and then the first one not a bad person
so it wouldn't talk to me
quite Store look at the damage on the
first one the first one
I would I would do the DWI there I'd
have a question yeah sure [ __ ] yeah
no you guys don't get me you guys don't
get me
I'm just going off of what I heard you
say okay look I can't explain see what
that means because I can't okay
if you really want to [ __ ] me up you
will and if you don't you won't you just
decide what you want to do it's not
there's no decision do you see what I'm
wearing on my chest
I wish I could tell you so many things I
just wish I could tell you so many
things that I can't I can't tell you
you're welcome
and they go some rocky was saying I know
we don't understand yet you can't
imagine how hard your life is okay I
can't imagine how hard your life is I
don't know what it's like to be you I
don't okay and I'm not trying to say
that ever that I do
fine okay I'm gonna say
no you think [ __ ]
um I'm really worried about my son
because I have a five-year-old
she thinks I'm a bad mom right now she
thinks oh my God Samantha's hey you're
awesome
again I don't never think that about me
would you like me to talk to you
I'm not
[Music]
you're being right now
okay well guess what guess what everyone
makes
when I was younger okay we all make
mistakes
all right
you're right all right all right you're
right that's fine
as we go along tonight if there's
anything I can do to help you
okay with anything family related and
it's okay I need to be happy to do it
you only told your mom tell her how
great you've been yeah you made a
mistake
it doesn't matter yeah whatever
my parents are Spanish
my parents are so
um
um they're just
it's not your fault
foreign
[Music]
I'll just give him a call
we have a uh
foreign
thank you
I'm not good
don't care about myself
and you said your mom was watching them
Hey where's my car
right behind my car and where's my car
going because it's clearly not going
where I'm coming we're gonna give you a
business card
Samantha the password
this will go faster
we will get you on as fast as possible
you don't even know who his grandma is
even him
I don't even know
I need to go
all right ready to roll I need to go
home
is that figure it's not fair because you
guys put me against me and you don't let
me go home
that's so fair
there's a fear my mom doesn't even know
what's wrong with me my son doesn't even
know me and you guys
my mom doesn't know what's wrong with it
fuel of course
did somebody call my mom and tell us
about me please so she can go pick up my
stuff from this other person's house
this is another person he knows
can somebody please call my mom please
just tell her to go pick up my son
she'll go pick him up
just tell her
you will have an opportunity to tell her
headquarters all right I know but that's
gonna take really long it's not too long
it's only a couple minutes all right she
needs to go to pick him up
he is lonely
okay
I'm not that good mother I'm a bad
mother
you guys don't get it because you guys
are not moms but I just want you to know
that right now you're right whenever I
call my mom I'm gonna be the worst
mother ever and you guys don't care
about that and that's a good desire
problem
under arrest
I can't talk to Ricky you just tell her
when you talk to my location
all right will that make you feel better
but you have to lock me up
I haven't paid for an apartment by
myself it's like one thousand hundred
and fifty dollars and I've been paid for
it every month I promise you for like
three months it's awesome I can't do it
anymore and it's really stressful and
you guys are gonna tell them I can't do
it and I just want you to know that
can I really can't do it
I really can't even though you think I
can
do it I I've been doing it for the past
month and I could do it for everyone
that comes because
um two of them for Cuttery
I can do that for him but if you can't
do that ranking just be honest
just time that you can't give him that
Mr Officer because you can't give him
that because as normal you want to give
him that's what I want to give him but
that's the way you want to give him
I'm sorry you can't get in what I want
to give myself
to give him this and you can't give him
back you don't give a [ __ ] about that
you can only be here for me because I'm
[ __ ] in jail right now but that
doesn't mean [ __ ] for him
if it's not me
Father's Day
another person that's gonna teach him
the things that I teach my son well in a
couple of hours
dinner right now but who knows what if
nobody will pay for me to get out bro
we don't even know me
oh no me
I just hope that someday your girl is in
this predicament and you know what
you're heartbroken cause you can't do
[ __ ] for her
I just hope that your [ __ ] case
because you don't have [ __ ]
[ __ ] you guys think it's okay
he knows everything
you guys
but it's okay because your son whatever
your son is gonna be he's gonna do
everything about you because I will
never forget you I will never forget you
fish
do that never forget you
[Music]
foreign
inspiration
thank you
for 11 we're arriving Landing is 34.4
foreign
Smith I'll be with you in one second
okay sure thanks
I'm off today do we speak on the phone
here Lorraine okay
um so this is the form I was telling you
about
um so what's gonna happen is once you
sign this
and uh do you have your driver's license
with you by any chance and they just
make a copy of your driver's license for
our record keeping
um we could take her down to the
hospital if you want to just pull up
here put your lights on okay
um and then you could follow the the
squad car to the hospital the cheese
okay she is okay she's uninjured
um she's under arrest for DWI so she was
under the influential driving and she
got into a car accident
she got into a car
no one was injured luckily thank god
um but for that traffic offense we put
her under arrest so this is just saying
that you're responsible adult and you're
not going to let her drive drunk
basically okay so I'll check that off
and then uh
over here
and then uh the accent was here in
Richmond in front of the fender fire
department so pretty close right by the
Wawa so if you could print your name
your address
and then uh then you're gonna signature
on the other side right here
and then you could print too
and thank you for coming I appreciate it
so once once she's at the hospital I
mean it's it's uh you guys can release
her right there we release her there to
the hospital Staffing you okay and then
it's then it's strictly a medical manner
basically once you sign that I make a
copy she's no longer under arrest she's
released so that's that's what I was
trying to explain to you was the the
benefit of you coming yeah
um you know now that she has a
responsible adult she's released from
custody
yes please
and then uh print oh yes good catch
so where did you park now all right oh
oh here okay yeah so if you just wanna
after uh I give you the copy of that
um if you just want to pull out throw
your hazard lights on we'll kind of give
you a couple flashes and then you'll
know to follow us and then um that'll be
that I'll be back with you in like one
second because I just have to make a
copy of this okay
thank you
