It's no mystery that women have to deal with stalkers and perverts on a regular basis. And unfortunately, sometimes they're even family. In today's case, a woman went through something just as disturbing when she decided to use the restroom and found a phone placed inside facing the toilet. When she picked it up, to her horror, it was recording a video. Panicking, she deleted the footage. But when she opened the recently deleted folder, she discovered another clip. This time of her sister in the same position. The phone belonged to none other than her mother's boyfriend. And without wasting a second, she went straight to the police and told them everything. In the next case, a mother learned about something so disturbing that she broke down multiple times while speaking with the officer. Her son-in-law had just tried to rap her teenage daughter because he believed she was interested in him. [music] And all of this happened while his wife, the caller's elder daughter, was asleep in the same house. >> This is Amber. >> Hey, Amber. This is Deputy Rig County Sheriff's Office. I spoke to Vic. Can you tell me a little bit what's going on? Um, my daughter reached out to a friend stating that and my old daughter stating that my son-in-law um, my daughter's been staying the week with my oldest daughter and um, she said that last night my son-in-law come in and was making advances towards her and at some point he ined his fingers in her attempted to have with her. Um, she said she told him no. She said she tried to make him stop, but he did not stop. When everything finished, she immediately contacted her friend and the friend's mom and sister. Um, she was scared to tell her sister because she said her sister had already been dealing with enough from having a baby and all of that, dealing with postpartum depression and whatnot. My son-in-law was still at the house and he admitted to it and he said, "Press full charges." He said, "I did this. I really up. I don't know how to undo it, but I know I really up. And >> your daughter's name that he assaulted. >> The one that he assaulted. >> And you say she's >> she's >> Okay. And you you say he's confessed to everything. Correct. >> He He did. He confessed to me and he confessed to his parents and my daughter. We got on the phone and she started she broke down crying immediately and she said, "I don't want to break up my sister's family." Okay. and she said, "But it's really bad, Mom." And then she gave me all of the details. >> All right. I spoke to the investigator and they want to pursue the same path as what I just told you. You know, he may confess tonight. >> I'll leave my job. I I'll leave my job to give you a statement. >> Okay. >> I want him arrested tonight. >> I unfortunately I I can't make the arrest tonight. That's just she's she's going to have to she's going to have to >> grown mana and you can't him tonight and he's admitted to it. >> [clears throat] >> I ma'am I'm just doing exactly >> because because we want to make sure there's a solid case there but we just we just want to make sure everything is in place that way we there is a solid case against him and justice can be served cuz you know if he >> show how justice isn't served and you let us >> we're not >> we're not letting him stay out I promise you everything will be swift and precise okay if we move forward tonight with arrest and he changes his and we don't have everything in place. We want to make sure everything's taken care of. >> I can promise you as somebody who's never abused that is bull that is one of the worst things you could tell a victim or their family. I can assure you of that. And I would hope that nothing ever like nothing like this has ever would ever happen to your own child >> because you would call [ __ ] >> I understand your call [ __ ] >> I wouldn't I wouldn't call bull because I want to make sure that everything's in place so that justice is served and they can't get out. They they get the full punishment for what they've done. >> Without wasting any time, the officer arrived at the suspect's residence. However, [music] he wasn't at all prepared for how readily the suspect would confess to his crimes. >> What's going on, man? >> How's it going, sir? >> Good. >> I'm the one being arrested. >> Okay. Um my sister-in-law was over and we were just cutting up having fun and um I thought she was coming to me. So I tempted her and did and I realized what I was doing. I stopped and I just I didn't know what to do. She along me up to realize that >> I have an issue with alcohol and >> you're his wife. >> No, no, no. >> That's what I'm saying. The guy that's talking to you're his wife. >> Yeah, I'm his wife. >> And this is your sister. >> My little sister. Yeah. >> Who Who are you talking about? You touched my little >> Who was that? How did you >> This was last night. >> What did he say happened? >> He said last night at approximately 12:00 he uh was had a few drinks and he groped the uh Naa and he stuck his fingers in her. Go ahead and lock his mother ass up and he just come right up and said charge him charge him with aggravated stationation. >> Okay. >> All right. Mr. Do you have anything any weapons?
