over asking the young female driver to step out of the vehicle to speak with them hello hello what's your name Sonora key okay would you mind standing up off the car so you're not leaning thank you man what's how's it going today well just yeah what kind of earrings you running you know grocery shopping pilling bills just adult adult things yeah where do you live where do you live I live in from I am if we're being honest I am um on the way to pick up on my friend and cuz like I don't like doing things by myself because I have anxiety so I like people coming on arrived with me so I was going to go pick her up so I can go to The Dispensary get what I need and then bring it back home if you want to I can show you my medical card okay but like I'm really just trying to during this denied being drunk or under any influence Okay the reason you were pulled over um you were called in as a possible drunk driver and from the people that were calling in said that you hit multiple things I haven't been to the other side of your car or really inspected your car yet to verify that but um you were found you're you were found here she's getting out with you we you were called called in as a drunk driver okay upon contact she's finding things that are illegal in your car so this is kind of the development that we're going okay so for right now while she's doing her job we're going to give her some space and we're going to go sit at the front of that car okay no okay that's fine you can I mean the fenders can be hot I mean if you want to sit on this bumper that's potential disaster we thought we thought she was going to kill people like five or six six times on her way home she we started following her on Scenic by the GE Tower or the G plant did she hit anything over there she she was no she missed everything but she was going over the line uhhuh right there by GE and then she would speed up Slow Down Speed up and then at right before Olive she went all the way in the left lane and was head on with cars that were parked on Scenic going south and nearly hit two motorcycles and a whole row of cars she swerved into the turn lane I thought she was going to hit the telephone pole she went all the way around all of those cars in the turn lane got back over into the right lane made a ride onto Scenic mhm or on to 90 rather from Scenic and there was a police officer on the yeah that was me that was you and she went in the meeting almost went across the meeting and then we lost her at the light and she went really slow and then I thought I saw her turn here and you can see where she went off the Road here into the ditch and I think that's where she damaged her car yeah um did she hit a mailbox on 90 that y saw she may have it looked like she did she swerved just in time and then she went so fast that we had to stop at the light and we didn't know but she's hit something it looks like he thought for sure he should turn here but he wasn't sure so it just F me the check okay I mean she miss she missed people by inches man I mean head-on collision just was barely averted but she was like toing her hair and then she's like going well like not a care in the world you know and so we were thinking at first I was thinking maybe there was something wrong like you know somebody drugged her or something and she just was aware of what's going on and R or something I me okay the way she was driving was really weird okay all right I got everything I need from you all right if I need anything else I'll give you a call all right the deputy went back to talk to the young driver again but she continued to deny driving Under the Influence what kind of kind of damage huh kind of thing I'm seeing is there's some scratching stuff right there uh I'm going to get my phone no you're not you're not going to do anything okay but why can't I get my phone to like at least have you're not getting back in that car until they're done okay but I feel like I should be able to it's my right to like record anything that's happening in my life everything's being recorded right here I know but why can't I record it for myself you're not going back in that car but why can't I record you can request this cording you can come with me to my car my phone is right on that seat one of y'all can come with me to that seat to get my G to let talk to you even more and I'm looking at some indicators right now okay I'm looking at your pupils I'm looking at your eyes and I think that you might be on the influence of some type of narcotic not alcohol but I believe in narcotic I understand okay um So based off what I'm seeing so far would you be willing to do pill test to dispel my suspicions that you're under you willing to do that okay do you have any injuries that you about head injuries like said have you had any previous concussions not that I medically seek attention for it yes I mean uh medical wise might have had a concussion
