[Music] on December 16th 2024 a Flagler County Sheriff's deputy was on routine Patrol in bunnel Florida when he pulled over a vehicle for speeding as the deputy was about to approach he noticed the vehicle visibly shaking can I get 1069 code to occupied poort terms all right who's driving why is there no one in the why is there no one in the driver's seat why is there no one in the driver's seat who's driving n I'm not playing that all right who's driving everyone roll the windows down now come on all right I want all the windows roll down all the windows rolled down all windows roll down sir all of [Music] them who is driving sister driving is back here in the back seat is she is she scared of law enforcement yeah we're not from here that's why where you where are you guys from from Atlanta we're going to Atlanta are you guys going to Atlanta yes where you guys coming from Florida the rolling loud thing rolling loud where was that that was in Miami it was in Miami yes what are you guys doing in us one in ban now is there any is there any drugs narcotics weapons in the vehicle I should be concerned about no sir all right so I pulled you guys over for doing 72 and a 60 yes of the police we're not F where you guys they all right so what's going on well I literally just I had the pie so back and I was trying to go to a gas station okay L okay so I clocked you at 72 and a 60 who what made you get in the back seat my your license is suspended I really and that's why you're scared come on is it suspended out of Georgia yeah okay do you have it on can we just yeah just keep ey on them I pulled over she just hopped in the back seat why' you hop in the back seat she's telling me that she's scared cuz her license is suspended is it suspended or you only have an ID card the vehicle the deputy conducted a search and it didn't take long before unexpected discoveries started piling up Alpha 312 Tel type copy a serial number on a firearm for status meanwhile the male suspect was acting suspicious while speaking with the deputies he attempted to dispose of evidence but was quickly caught in the act what I'm shaking you need medical attention H you need medical attention or what no I'm a diab like I don't know what's going on like I have my stuff in the car oh yeah she take she do take you want me to get you the no I have my car uh where is it it's in the trunk are you able to are you able to just wait till we're done yeah but shouldn't be long I we would just prefer you not to take medication right now make nothing in dump it out no I just making sure I okay when the deputy checked the male suspect's real name it became clear why he had been lying and providing false information we're sorting out whether or not they're going to take you cuz you have at least four open warrants maybe five for failure to for for court yeah failure to appear on a handful of things looks like there's a burglary and maybe some fraud a burglary yeah I got Burg very weird one we'll let you know hang on all when deputies searched the female driver's purse they found credit cards with different names and more surprises were on the way person you're still however the owner of the credit card found in the female driver's purse did answer and the story she told was no surprise to them at this point hi ma'am um so we did a traffic stop over here in Florida and we found somebody in the car with a debit card that has your name on it so we're trying to figure out if you know these people or if you've had your debit cards go missing at any point or anything like that we're just trying to make sure everything's okay I I'm so sorry it's really hard to hear you I know I probably woke you up and I'm so sorry for it no that's okay um I was saying my cards went missing from my tote bag um it was in my wallet in my bag on our bus on campus okay so you reported it to the the college campus I reported to the police on campus um and I think they were still looking for the girl involved okay um I just don't know their name oh that's fine that's fine um so I guess my question is do do you did they give you like a report number for it that way because we we have your card here and I mean they have a bunch of other stolen stuff with them so I mean it's not fair to you did you lose any money from like did they take any money out of your account um yeah from my debit and my credit card um but I got the charges reversed okay um well that's great now you got your money back I because there the the people in the car are saying that you gave them your debit card and I'm like well why do you have 15 other debit cards with different names on it that doesn't make sense yeah that's a lie right so um but you you had your debit card and your tote bag and your tote bag went missing or just a debit card is out of the tote bag went missing just the um debit and credit card had went missing okay um can you uh do you remember what your the bank was able to give it back to you um it was a lot of charges there was one like $200 she charge and then they tried to I think get someone out of like an inmate place cuz I'm in Atlanta I go to more lies unaware that they already knew the truth all right so these are your rights you have the right to do you understand all right so we went through the purse that was on your person M uh we found a we found a Disney card yeah um that's that's my S that's my sister bir I don't know the um car I seen the car when I got Miami I switch first that's my sister first I guess her she let her friend use it and I guess she love her c in there but it's not my car but everything does in there is mine were you using it in Miami what are were you using that c today no noed no it's kind of weird to carry a c and not use it yeah but it's crazy cuz I just got the Press of my sister we dropped in Gainesville and she gave me the purse and I told her I was like you need to let your friend know her card in my in the purse but I never use the card but everything go is mine in the cash so that's your sister's card no that's my that's my sister friend card that's her that's my sister per yes she was let her friend use it in canesville where we droing her off at do you want to know something really cool about the year 2024 law enforcement agencies are able to find out anything and everything by just searching a handful of databases and making a handful of phone calls right okay so I'm going to do you the favor of not lying to us anymore and I'm going to tell you that we have already talked to the person whose name's on the card I I know it's Hannah I can't pronounce the last name and she told us that she had a bag stolen in College Park which is outside of Atlanta and when she found the bag all of her identification and debit cards were and we got her on a statement already over the phone telling us that but I swear to God Le don't everything I but she just told me that it was your sister's friend's card called her as my sister now that car was in there person I just came to Miami that when she gave me that PR I told my sister that car was in their person I never I don't even Ste I don't use no you know what you know what you know what else is crazy to me that same town and I don't know Georgia M but apparently that theft of Disney C happened right around the corner from the Planet Fitness where the gun we found in your car was also stolen from and those two things were stolen in the same city right around the corner that don't have nothing to do with me at all swear to God like she's got a stolen gun from from what they who got a stolen gun yeah so she's got a stolen gun from College Park you have a stolen debit card from College Park and he's got controlled substance and two counts of possession of harmful new legend drug without prescription female driver was arrested for driving while license suspended obstruction of justice and unlawful possession of personal identification information of another when she arrived at the jail it was discovered that she was in possession of marijuana she was additionally charged with possession of
